I wanted to improve a small platform under the chair in my dad's room - but didn't have any of the tools with me. An inquiry to a housekeeper soon sent [name removed] to the rescue. He set me up with tools and materials to effect the fix i needed. What a supportive staff! I'm glad my dad is living here! [name removed] - is awesome too!

Finding a place a parent to live is certainly a challenge. The team at Independence Village made the choice easy. Mum loves her apartment with a balcony. She can read to her hearts delight enjoying the fresh air. Mum enjoys the exercise classes that are offered 7 days a week. She also walks around the community which makes her hungry! She says the food is great although they should only give her a 1/2 portion. Not a bad problem to have. Mum feels comfortable and safe. I am very happy that we chose Independence Village for Mum. Thanks for all you do!

Independence Village of Waterstone is amazing! It is in the center of a beautiful subdivision that has lakes and a golf course. It feels like you are at a resort! The staff always calls me by name and Mom loves the care givers. There brunch is awesome too!
