It is a great place to live. Very convient to the mall and shopping. Also they have done a great job during pandimentic. They also did. A great job during the recent tornado.they made sure we were safe.

My parents, who are in their 90s, have resided (with their dog) in an independent living apartment at Storypoint in Rockford for a year and a half. The services provided have met their every need, from maintenance to urgent health care. The entire facility is lovely, and I truly can’t say enough about how nice, caring, and capable the staff is. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, while the facility is, by State of Michigan mandate, closed to visitors, the management has made extra efforts to keep the residents safe, entertained and engaged.

My mom was very uncertain about moving from her home to a new living community where she knew no one. She was giving up her home of 40 years and it was a painstaking process cleaning and purging her home. I am so grateful to the staff for making my mom so welcomed from the very beginning that she has truly fit in beautifully from day one. Every single person on staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Activities are a wide variety increasing the opportunities for my mom to meet new people and connect with others. Lived in Lake County my entire life, from East Chicago to Hammond to Highland and Schererville finally. After 97 years I think Clarendale should be my last move. Married to my wife for 55 years and raised four great kids, all of whom are over 60 years old. I talk to them almost every day and hopefully I will be able to see them frequently soon. So far, I've enjoyed 35 years of retirement.

I have found [name removed] and her caregivers to really care for the residents. They really try to be always available and they never complain. I love [names removed] and the new girls. THey are awesome. [name removed] is a great leader that empowers her employees to be better.

We just moved relatives from another facility because of frustration with the care and attitude there. Could not be happier with the approach of Wescourt and the welcome received, even during these insane times. Every staff member we met has gone out of his or her way to help with the transition. The facility looks great and we look forward to the time when our loved ones can participate fully.

My Husband loved it here. He loved the Bistro and the people and the landscape. The staff were just outstanding. Very impressed with the safety measures as it relates to COVID and providing a great experience in spite of it all.

[name removed], the sales leader, was great with customer service and follow through. The building looks well maintained and has the pretty high ceiling atrium and lovely decor. For your employer, you are a true asset. She stayed in touch with me over the past 6 to 8 months.

We love the Three Creeks Sr. Living facility where our brother now resides. They are professional, friendly, kind and truly care about their citizens that reside there. We have worked closely with [name removed] who has made this life changing move for our brother. She has been giving and compassionate not only to him, but my husband and me. Doing all this during the pandemic could have felt impossible, but they care about each and every reside and keep them safe and secure. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a beautiful, high quality living facility for their loved ones or themselves!

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years. It is just what we were looking for. The people who work here are great. They always have a smile for us. Our apartment is just the right size. The activities are plentiful - something for everyone. Through this Covid quarantine, they brought meals, snacks and activities right to our door, always with a smile in their eyes!

This was my first experience w/Three Creeks which was chosen by my half sister who is 88. Since I am in healthcare, and a license mental health professional I know what to look for in senior living. And also let me add to my personal experience in that my mother was in assisted living over 11 years in another city. I have been seriously impressed by Three Creeks. Super clean, paying very close attention to COVID demands. I'm thrilled they have a rehab group they work with that assesses the residents. My sister was not the easiest move/transition! The staff esp Kim have been awesome to work with. Their patience is unparalleled! The movers that work with them, Tracey et al, were awesome! I can't thank the team at Three Creeks enough. They have my highest recommendation! PS: I cannot comment on value as I'm not paying the bills!!

Nice and friendly staff. Activities and dances are really fun. The country store is convenient. I enjoy sitting in the atrium with neighbors. Having home health in house is important to me.

Creekside saved my life. When I left rehab, I transitioned into independent living here, and it is the best decision of my life. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

We moved our Parents (both 92 & 93 yrs old ) into Westcourt on [date removed]. This move was the hardest decision we had to make. We looked everywhere in Saginaw County for Assisted Living . This Holiday Retirement Apt. has by far been the best decision we made. The Assisted Living places wanted 8,000.00 a month for 2 ppl. We hired Helping Hands Warm Hearts at the beginning to help with everyday things and to make sure they were checked on all the time we could not be there. We love that included in rent is the Safety necklaces. (911) [Name removed] was very outstanding in explaining all the options to our family. She made the signing of the contract very easy,. Our folks are very sad they had to move from there permanent home in Huron County but they had no choice. (They are adjusting pretty well. No one wants to loose there independence!!) They needed to be closer to family and needed to be nourished back to health with the wonderful meals they are getting provided with!! Thank You for all you have done for our folks!!

My husband and I love it here. We love our apartment. I wish we had a night guard at night for even more security. My husband works 5 minutes down the road. Shopping in the area is so close. I love my good friend [name removed] that also lives here.

I really enjoy living here. it is convenient to the mall and other shopping. Staff is very accommodating and helpful.

I love this place and all the friendly faces. I like the activities and the walking track.

Good place with good food.

Everybody is doing as much as they can. Good people, and good help.

Creekside is top notch. I love the music and dancing on Saturdays. I love the food too.
