Amazing community with outstanding helpful staff.

My mom has been in the Memory Care section at StoryPoint of Granger for 2 months. I have been impressed by the caring and knowledgeable staff…..whether it is the administrators, the nurses, or the daily caregivers, they are all easy to talk to and ready to help and advise. I particularly like the activity program they offer for their residents. They offer everything from fitness class to music and art activities. The Memory Care area is small, which makes it easier for the residents to get to know each other and their caregivers. I feel good knowing my mom is being well cared for at StoryPoint.

Our family has been comforted knowing that Mom is in a warm and caring environment in Memory Care. The daily activities keep her engaged and the staff go out of their way to treat everyone like family.

I absolutely love this community. The staff is wonderful and very helpful, they will accommodate you in any way they can. The residents are amazing, they are very welcoming to any and all. Oh and they have Bingo twice a week, everyone loves Bingo. Hands down best place all around.

I am a hospice nurse and this is one of my favorite buildings. All of the staff is here are so nice and helpful. It is a warm and homey atmosphere.

The staff is caring and cheerful. Every effort is made on their part to get to know the residents. Sometimes a relief group has difficulty in meeting the needs of residents but probably because they do not have a chance to get acquainted. I would give the community 5 stars.

Everyone is very friendly. The food is great. The staff is also willing listen to concerns. Looking forward to making more close friends.

What is great above this place is the people, the staff. They are caring honest, helpful, and look after me. I like that I feel safe. I like that we are pet friendly. I like the cafe, I read in there everyday and I like happy hours.

What a wonderful retirement home! The staff cares so much about the residents. And the building looks beautiful!

I toured this community and loved the personal touches. It looks like an upscale hotel instead of a dated retirement home. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with their improvements.

I have worked closely with Hathaway Hills Assisted Living for the past two and a half years, and have seen first-hand, the dedication to care for their residents. Their staff goes above and beyond to make sure the residents care needs are met, whether it's something minor or a serious health concern, everyone is treated with the highest level of care. They are led by a trusted and committed management team, between their Executive Director and Resident Care Director. I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family looking for a safe, fun and caring environment for their loved ones.

My Mom had to be moved into assisted living after several falls she had taken this past summer. We were so lucky that a spot for her became available at Hathaway Hills in Greenville. The staff welcomed us the first day with open arms and have now given me peace of mind, knowing my Mom’s in great hands. My Mom just mentioned to me today how much she appreciates that a couple of her favorite caregivers stop by her room just to tell her hello, even when they’re not working in her hallway that day. Hathaway’s a special place and the residents are well taken care of. I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing to take this big step with a loved one.

My parents moved to Devonshire in the spring of 2015. None of us knew exactly what to expect, but we had heard good reports. I spent roughly half of my work life in supervisory rolls, and have studied organizational development. The management and staff of Devonshire have exceeded all expectations. [name removed] has established and maintains a caring and attentive environment. The staff treats the residents as family. That is extremely valuable to our family, because we entrust the care of my mother to our friends at Devonshire. I give them the highest recommendation!

My Aunt [name removed] lives at Lakeview Terrace in Michigan. I live in Tennessee I go visit when able. The place is very clean & friendly. The last time I was able to visit they were playing Price is right. My Aunt likes to put puzzles together & she is able to leave it out in the great room & all are welcome to try there hand's at it. One of the things I like the most is that they have website. They post quite often I just love to see pictures of my Aunt playing games they even took them to see the fall colors. You can tell the help like there jobs. They are very friendly. It's a home & it feels like it a great place

My dad spent the last two years of his life at maple lake assisted living and it was a true blessing to have him there. He experienced many challanges including the covid, blindness, loss of his wife,complete loss of mobility among others. [Name removed] and the staff at the facility did an outstanding job of caring for him. Many a time Dad said to me thank god I am here.(it was his 3rd home).?My sister brother And I thank the heavenly stars for Maple lake!what a great experience in trying times.

My aunt is always well cared for. Her apartment is well kept, her clothes are clean and she is always happy. The staff there treat her like their own and are always empathetic to her needs.
