I like the location of the community, the size of the rooms are very large. My apartment location is in a great spot. The staff and services are very nice, and very wonderful but there is just not enough of them. The meals are great, the food they serve is just wonderful but the service is not that great. The maintenance team is also not real responsive when it comes to requests.

We chose The Springs of Scottsdale because of the convenient location. The apartment sizes at the facility are adequate for what he needs. He said that the food during the week is really good but then it is bad during the weekends. It is cold and the quality is not as good. I would suggest the staff park in an area not as close to the building, because some residents have a hard time parking close to their units. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

Our family did a virtual tour first and our experience was okay, it was pretty good. We were able to eventually go do an in person tour which was really nice and it came down to this community and another, and our loved one just felt the other place was a slightly better fit.

We virtually toured The Groves. The facility seemed to be nice and clean and they provided good amenities. The staff members here also seemed friendly. We did not go into as much depth with them about things due to being more interested in another facility.

The food is oily and salty. They give you enough portions. You're able to order your food like a restaurant and then take your food back to your room. This makes it nice for those residents that want to do that. They are understaffed in the dining room. The dining room is open all day though. The apartments are beautiful. It is like living in a resort. The residents have some type of view from their room. The location is wonderful. The stores are nearby.

I chose this facility because of the size of the rooms are large, the location, and they provide transportation to doctors and grocery stores and I cannot drive. They also have a lot of activities provided for the residents. They are recovering from a year of covid and changes so I am hoping to see that they will improve with things like the food service and maintenance.

The biggest complaint of our client is the food. I would tell others it is a nice place. The grounds are nice and groomed. It is easy access. There are nice sidewalks if residents would like to take a walk.

We were able to visit last weekend and the activities are coming back, they had a lot of things going on. The food is good, however sometimes things are not served in a timely manner. Sometimes the coffee is served late, or the food is not on time, but we do think that issue is just temporary. My loved ones there are very happy with their living quarters and we do think the value for cost is really good.

We toured the community and the facility was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was the pricing was out of our range and the community was not pet friendly.

This was one of [name removed]'s 2 top picks. Nice floorplans and there was a lot of people milling around. [name removed] sent lunches with us when we left. The food was excellent

There was a two-week quarantine period when I first moved in. I had to call somebody from maintenance to come walk my dog because I wasn't allowed to. One thing I wasn't too great on was the food. It was making my GERD worse. But someone I still talk to there says the food has gotten a lot better. There are new owners coming in, and once they get all the safety features in place they'll be adding an assisted living section. But overall it's a good place. I enjoyed sitting outside with the residents. There's a lot of camaraderie there. We all liked the staff so much that at the holidays, completely on our own - Broadway Proper had no part in it- we got together to show our appreciation for the staff to let them know what a good job they're doing. In the end, I think I was just too young for the place.

Really friendly, clean and hospitable. Had a great studio with mini terrace. Nice physical therapy space. Extra care costs on sliding scale. Dogs allowed. Gardening club.

I would recommend Farrington Court. They do what they advertise. The call button response is sometimes slow. The staff is very friendly. They answer all the questions over the phone that I may have about my loved one. The room is good for my loved one. I would recommend that they remove the carpet and put in hardwood floors.

Even though it advertised heart-healthy foods, they do not serve heart-healthy foods. the community had good activities and the staff was very friendly.

The staff is very caring and there are so many things to take part in. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

The staff is really responsive. My loved one always says the staff is always nice to me. The dining room is now opening up to the residents to eat. The community had a luau for the residents. The residents had their second round of COVID vaccinations. They even brought in a camel during Christmas and dressed for holiday for the residents to pet.

My grandma had stayed here before it was Bear Creek and that is why we chose it for my friend.The only complaint that I do have is I was on the phone with my friend, he was having heart pains and when I was talking to him on the phone, I could hear a staff member was at the door screaming and yelling at him. Other that incident, we were happy with the faciliy. The administrator here was very nice and helpful.

My dad was on Hospice and they were wonderful and I'm so glad they took care of my dad. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

They are just now starting to open the dining room back up, and they are beginning to bring back some of the activities. In comparison to other places, i do think this community has a good value.
