Stellar Senior Living

I am very fond of Pueblo Norte because they provide a wide range of services. They have a dining hall and beauty salon on-site. They also offer transportation for the residents. They could stand to do a little re-painting of the exterior and improve a little on the food quality.

At The Oaks, A Merrill Gardens Community the value is excellent even compared to other facilities. The care she receives is wonderful. The activities are amazing. Mom is so involved she is never in her room. She has memory loss so she doesn't remember a lot of it but she really enjoys the activities in the moment. Mom would run out of medicine and the staff went and refilled it for me. That was so convenient for me. Mom needs a high level of care so the cost is worth it to me. Maybe if someone else doesn't need such a high level of care it wouldn't be but I just love mom being here.

The staff at Thunderbird Senior Living were really great to work with. It was a really good experience there. Mom is pretty much bound her apartment so I cant really speak to the activities provided there. The facility is undergoing some remodeling currently. The staff were really flexible in working with a payment schedule. Overall I am very satisfied.

It all seemed fine, it seemed great. It is just a tough situation for people going in there, so you are battling a lot of different things if the person does not have the right attitude. It was great though.

We have been so impressed with the care our mother has received at Atria. The staff are all great and very caring, food is excellent, it is very clean, common areas are beautiful, and they try to make everything easy for the families. It really feels like a resort. Thanks to all of you!

I think for my mom, she might have been starting to deteriorate when she got there, so I think as far as assisted living goes, the value she got was decent. I think if someone were not wheelchair bound it would have been a better experience, but for someone who is wheelchair bound it's hard to get a round. We had a pretty pleasant experience there for the most part.

The area it is placed in is beautiful. My mother cried when she first saw it. She said she did not know what she had done to deserve such a place. The food is good. You can order off the menu or they will make it if it is not on the menu.

Personnel very knowledgeable. Very impressive facility. Has been newly remodeled. Lots of resident and personnel interaction. No set in stone eating time. Rooms are very comfortable. This one is my first choice.

My mother is very happy at Thunderbird Senior Living . The people there are all wonderful, and the food is amazing! The place is going through a complete revamp so if we love it as much as we do now I can only imagine how much we are going to love it then. When I first saw it my initial reaction was "you have got to be kidding me, this place is amazing!" and it has certainly continued to live up to that initial impression.

My mother is having a great time there. There is nothing they could do better, it's wonderful. Everyone there is very friendly, both the staff and the residents.

My mother is still new at the facility but it's gone fairly well so far. I would say that some signs to find the dining room at night would be a big help. One night, my mother wasn't able to find the dining room, she got lost and in turn didn't get to eat dinner. Signs on the ground floor to locate things would be very helpful.

My dad is doing very well there; he looks very much forward to activities and loves them, he's made a lot of friends, and he says the food is excellent!

This is a brand new facility that has been open less than 3 months. We moved my mother-in-law in two weeks ago. The staff at The Groves have been very helpful and supportive as she makes the transition to her new home. We are thankful this community is available for her to live and know when the time comes that she needs memory care all we need to do is move her to the other side of the building. The cost is typical for the services, amenities and care being provided.

Beautiful facility with very friendly and qualified staff. The apartments are spacious enough with walk in closet, extra storage in kitchen/bar area that you usually don't see in other communities.

A beautiful facility that is well staffed and managed. My mom enjoyed the activities and just being able to sit out on the patio with view of the golf course. Recently remodeled so it looks so fresh and new!

It's a beautiful facility. It's very elegant with a lot of beauty, which is what my husband needed. The staff could not be more supportive and helpful. They just opened when I put my husband there. The facility is 5 minutes from where I live. I'm very happy with it. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. I rated the care services and activities 4 stars because they just opened. They are just getting on their feet.

It took me a little while to get settled in and used to things here at Pueblo Norte Senior Living, but since I have everything is going fine and I am good.

The Groves, A Merrill Gardens Community was very welcoming when we got there and they have been very good with my dad. They have done a really good job engaging him, taking good care of him, and making sure he is right at home.

It's a pretty satisfactory place. They have a very friendly staff. The residents are friendly as well. It's always very clean and well kept. It has a welcoming atmosphere. There are lots of activities to keep the residents busy and engaged. It is a bit expensive though. It has been an excellent experience. I would highly recommend.

The people there at Granite Gate Senior Living are amazing. They are all very kind. It is very beautiful here. I tell everyone that I meet how wonderful it is. I am very happy. They really go out of their way to help out in any way they can! I can not think of anything at all they could possibly do better!
