Senior Star has been nothing short of a blessing for my mother. The employees who work there genuinely interact with the residents and families, and they genuinely care. They are very authentic and consistent in their care. The nurses are very thorough making sure she gets the proper medication and treatment. The food is amazing. It’s very nutritious and homemade every day. They have lots of activities for residents such as live entertainment, pools days three days a week, and off-campus trips. There’s also a donation committee to help residents pay for off campus trips no that anyone can go who wants to. The community itself is very well lit, very clean, they have a security guard to patrol at night, and someone is at the front desk 24 hours a day. This community is wonderful. It would be absolutely worth taking a look at.

Very impressed with this place. This would have been my first choice but my in-laws felt like it might be too large of a community for their liking. Staff was very professional from the time we walked in the door. You can tell the residents (and employees!) here are happy and engaged. Very impressed with [Removed], the Family Advisor. Even when she knew we wouldn't be moving in to their community, she reached out to let me know she'd still be happy to help, answer any questions, etc. Very well managed community and I love they have old-time music playing in the lobby. Clean, bright and very professional.

Seems to be perfect for him. Three meals a day at any time between 7 and 7. Close. clean and bright. Residents seem happy and the staff engages with them.

The Courtyard at Jamestown really feels like a home away from home and not just some hotel. The building is old (but very well maintained) and sits back in a quiet area away from the roads and is surrounded by trees with a beautiful view – I couldn’t have chosen a better place for myself and my retirement. The staff here is very attentive as well. They keep up with their responsibilities like medications and cleaning, and are very conscientious about how they’re represented which is so nice. The food is really great; their portions are just the right size and very nutritious. The facility has tons of activities that keep us entertained throughout the day and we have a lot of excursions off the premises so there’s always something going on. I looked for a while for the right place to go but this community really feels like home. I would definitely recommend them.

There are many wonderful things about Atria. One of the most important is a very caring staff! Second the facility is kept very clean. There are many appropriate activities. The staff is wonderful. They make you feel safe and welcome!!

I think you are all wonderful. Every body is so kind and nice. It is like going, vacation and have a great time. The people hear are also so nice. I have really enjoyed my time here.

When I first came here, I did not thought to come here. But the staff has made it very pleasant, a lot of things to do, and I made life long friends!

I’m very pleased with the staff and the activities. They offer a variety of activities that suits way. The food is outstanding. The building creates a lite and bright and cheerie atmosphere to live in.

Overlake Terrace has grown as a community in the two years that I have been here. It is a place where you will find some of the best care staff, wonderful activities, and friendly people. There is alway a fun activity happening, and the staff is always taking suggestions for outing and new group activities and games. Our Memory Care team is the best at taking care of our MC residents, making sure they stay clean and are having fun! The management team has invested in the staff and hired the best people for this job. You can't go wrong with a place like this!

We toured this community for care for mom and dad. We like the friendly staff who were nice and able to show up the environment. We found the community to be cleaned and we liked the variety on the menu of meals. They offer activities for the residents who want to participate. We would suggest that families take a tour for the care of a loved one.

We are happy with the care that my mother is getting from this community. The staff has been very caring. The menu is very good and she likes the good variety. I like knowing that she is going on trips away from the community. I would recommend this community for other families for the good care and good value for care for a loved one.

We toured this newer community for care. The menu was appealing. My father did not want this part of town and wanted to tour other communities for his care. They do offer activities for the residents. We would suggest that families tour the community to see if this is what they are needing for a family member

My mother is doing great since her move to this community. She really likes it, and I'am comfortable with her move to this community. This a wonderful community with kind people. Everybody is very nice, and friendly. The staff is very helpful whenever needed, and they are quick to respond when needed for help. We love everything about this community. She has gotten involved in the community with the activities they offer. They really take good care of her, and her needs. This is a community I would recommend to anybody, it is fabulous facility.

I like the care from this community. The staff is nice and caring. The menu needs some improvements. They add too much salt. They offer a lot of healthy meals. We like that they keep offering her activities for participation. We would recommend the care at this community for other families

The community is beautiful, the residents and staff were friendly and the Executive Director came over and spoke with me for over a half hour about the community. I had a wonderful visit.

This was a nice tour for my father's care. The staff was able to answer the questions of the care that is offered here. We found the community to be clean with a nice environment. The menu seemed to be appealing. The activities are the offered to the residents who want to participate. We would recommend families to tour this community.

This was the 2nd place I visited and the atmosphere was very warm and inviting. The interaction between the staff and residents was wonderful - they all seemed happy. [Removed] greeted each one by name and it was evident that it was genuine. I toured the facility and it was so well done, I did not have any questions when we were finished. It is a beautiful facility and it will definitely be on my list to consider when my parents are ready to make this move. It seemed like the people there were content - whether reading a book or playing Bridge or waiting for the bus for an outing or having a late lunch... did not see any sad or unhappy faces. Even tho it is 20 years old, they do very well at keeping it maintained and up to date.

The staff at Hunters Pointe are making every effort and are encouraging my mother-in-law to be a part of activities offered there. They are also working hand in hand with her care givers from HomeInstead in (coordination of) her care. The dining area is a very open area and welcoming and all of my (mother)-in-law's basic needs are met very well(;) they pay attention to details. They are very accessible and easy to work with (and) if there are any issues they are addressed in (a) timely (manner). I would definitely recommend Hunters Pointe to (friends) and family.
