When my husband first moved in, he was having a hard time adjusting but the staff helped him and made him feel at home. Everyone there is very sweet, I go very often so I've gotten to know some of the residents as well. I haven't had a chance to try many meals, but I feel so far they've been pretty good. If there is ever an issue, they are quick to fix it. I am very happy with the care my husband is receiving.

I have nothing but praise for The Reserve at North Dallas Senior Living. After an exhaustive search through the entire metroplex for the very best senior living facility for my father, I found this wonderful community. Being extremely selective about the amenities my dad's new home needed to be able to provide him with, I was thrilled to discover he could find everything right there. From the first visit, he and I noticed how considerate and warm the entire staff was and how friendly the other residents were. Not only is the community gorgeous (having had a full face-lift), but it has a full roster of activities, on-site home health, and a great location for shopping and doctors. Medical City is right down the road and transportation for the residents is easy to schedule. We tasted the menu and loved all the choices of food, as well as just plain felt like we were exploring a luxurious resort. My dad has since moved in and is the most content I have ever seen him, with no complaints. For the first time ever, I feel that my father is living a full life in an environment where he is truly cared for and appreciated.

This community is the greatest. Totally active and hopping!!!! Love the seniors and Crystal is on it. All the staff are so caring and involved to make life a priority and passion is shown in every area. Thank you Crystal. We love you guys.!!

My father is doing fantastic since his move to the Winslow Court. He really enjoys the dining area. It is open all day long so if he wants a snack or coffee he could go down and get it. He is enjoying the friendliness of the staff and other residents. The size of his apartment is great as well, we are very happy with our decision.

We liked the community. Everyone was very friendly. The residents seemed to be happy. This may be the place for MOM.

On our initial tour we saw that this is not like a nursing home. So far it is going really good for my mom. She is doing physical therapy now and soon she will be able to participate in the activities they offer. I like that they can line up all her doctor appointments and take her to to where she needs to go. She is not too happy with her meals but they are working to add what she likes. I would recommend this community to those who need it.

Love this place. The staff is extreamly friendly and welcoming. The residents all seem happy and comfortable and are friendly as well.

Courtyard at Jamestown is a lovely Senior Community. The apartments are large with ample storage. The dinning area is very classy and Chef [Removed] is always preparing something delicious for the daily menus. The healthcare staff is top notch with RN [Removed] and Care Coordinator [Removed] facilitating any additional cares that your loved one might require. The BEST Senior Living in the Provo/Orem area hands down.

i recently visited the community for my grandmother and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. i loved that they had an entertainer during mix and mingle. the other residents looked happy to be there as well. it was a little too much out of my budget but i would definitely recommend this community. 5 stars!

I am very happy with this community. the staff are great and seeing the other residents so happy and cheerful is wonderful. He is very happy with the meals. They have a lot of great activities for him to participate in. We would highly recommend the care and the value for other families here.

When we toured the Broadway Proper Retirement Community, we really liked it! It was by far the best community that we toured and everything about it was great. The reason we had to chose another community is because they did not have the level of care that my mother-in-law needed at the time.

Mom mother has lived at North Star for almost three years. We love the place and she loves living there. It has become her home and her extended family. She has a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a deck. The apartment has plenty of storage with a large closet in each bedroom and two more large walk in storage closets. The food is fantastic, you can order what ever you like and I have yet to have bad meal there. Try the Steak! My mom is very social and loves going to Bingo, Bridge, Bible Study, Social Hour (with adult beverages), Soft soccer, Trips to softball games, The Casino, Lunch, Dinner and more. You can be as active and social as you like or as little as you like, it works both ways. North Star has a bright, friendly and inviting atmosphere. When I visit my mom after work, it brightens my day just walking into the building, everyone says hi, and walking down the hall to her room where everyone has decorated their door and shelf with personal items or for the latest Holiday. I love North Star and hope they have room for me when the time comes to leave my home.

We would, and have, recommended North Star to other families looking for a quality retirement community for a family member. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our family member has been living at North Star for a few years and has made many friends and enjoys the activities provided. The food is very good and the kitchen is always willing to accommodate any dietary issues.

My parents are very happy with their move to this community. The food is terrific and the staff is more than willing to go above and beyond. My father accidently slept with the life alert and set it off and they were quick to get there. The maintenance does a good job when we need something they are quick to respond.

First let me start by saying placing a loved one in assisted living, rest homes, or any other option is not an easy time for families. My sister is now starting to get used to not being in her home, and having a new future living in a unfamiliar location. We have been very Happy with how her move to Olive Grove has come along. The staff has been good with her and her needs and she knows them all by name and has not had any problems. My experience with the Managers [Removed] has been very helpful and they have taken time to help my sister even when she had some tough days of treatments or long days of doctor apptmnts. We haven't finished getting her room where she wants it, but my sister has had nothing but good things to say about the staff and people she chooses to interact with. I can't be easy for anyone to find themselves placed in a new environment, and if the families aren't checking on them I can see where they can get down or unhappy. But the staff has been very good at making my sisters life as easy and comfortable as possible, which is certainly appreciated by both my sister and myself. I find that it's the patients State caregivers that can make or break the way a person feels emotionally and that can affect the way a person gets used to their new surroundings. I thank the good lord each day for how this event has been made so much easier for me as a family member. The Olive Grove Facility has been a great bonus for us, and my sister is starting to thrive more as she builds her strength, and the staff learns her needs and gets to know her better. She has nothing bad to say about the food, the staff, or any of the main issues she faces each day. Like I say, it can't be easy for the person, and even more difficult for a staff person the have such a wide variety temperments and emotional struggles of the people they care for. We like our choice and Olive Grove is her home now and one of the best of the alternatives we were shown. Thank You [Removed] and the whole team there for your efforts and the caring you have given us both.

beautiful facility. Mom thought it was too grand for her taste. I thought it might bee too large a facility. May be too frightening for her to find the elevator or get to dining room. But staff and residents seemed happy and friendly.

My mom has been at Olive Grove in the memory care facility for the past 17 months. She has Alzheimer's. We (all of my mom's children) are so very happy she is there. The first place my mom was in was a disaster. I won't go into details, other than to say it was a bad experience. We feel it was divine intervention that brought us to Olive Grove. Honestly! That may sound a little out there, but we fully feel she was meant to be there. The care givers are the best! Hands down, a night and day difference from where my mom had been prior to Olive Grove. They are friendly and personable, and very accommodating. All of the staff have been excellent. Memory care is not easy. However I find that the care givers and staff are on top of all things, handling what ever arises, and treating these very special residents with great care and dignity. The food is of good variety and quality. When visiting, on my way in I pass thru the lobby of the assisted living side of Olive Grove. Often there are residents reading and relaxing there and I chat briefly or sometimes for half an hour with some of them. They are always quite pleasant and I have not heard any complaints from any of them. My experience however, and that of my siblings, is with the memory care side. The memory care unit at Olive Grove is not the Taj Mahal. But the CARE, which is the most important, is excellent! (they are currently renovating and updating the rooms) We feel our mom is safe there, as well as happy there. We visit at various times of the day, morning, noon and night, and the level of care and attention is consistent. We can easily highly recommend Olive Grove memory care for your loved one. If I had to complain... I wish they would not serve sugary drinks. Mom is happy. And she's safe. The peace of mind is priceless. Thanks so much to all of you at Olive Grove!

Dad says the food is pretty good I would give it a three point five. They offer a lot of activities. The staff are good with him and he really likes them. They are attentive and we have good communication. They keep the community clean and I would recommend this community.
