Lovely facility. Waiting list. No skilled nursing.

Beautiful facility. Warm and friendly. Make sure you set up good communication channels for family support & comfort.

Overall, the facility is ok. Staff is a hit or miss. Some are great and some not so much.

I'm thrilled with the place. The cleaning has improved. It's a smaller facility, which is good because the last place was larger, and dad would get lost. The staff is pretty good. There is not too many complaints with food. The activities director is amazing. It is a little pricier than other places but worth the value. Overall, it's a great place, dad is very happy. Also, the activities director is awesome-very musical, and has music sessions with individual residents. One other thing, my dad loves the bus tours.

The staff members are very friendly, but we have had a few issues with the follow through of the care services. Our loved one has had no problem with the meals they are serving and they have been offering plenty of activities. That is one reason we put our loved one here, is because most communities were restricted and Allegro was not. The value for cost is good, we wanted a place that was up to date, clean and new and this is the place. Our only problem with the community is its really dominate in religious lines so there is not a lot of diversity and some groups of residents tend to be inclusive.

The apartments are spacious and lad out well. The dining room is has plenty of room for wheelchairs, walkers and people to move around in. Overall the facility is pretty and welcoming. I can't say I'm happy with the medical part of this facility. You need to go with there provider to package the meds in a push pack. Our father was given the wrong medicine and the wrong amount on a number of occasions. Because dad is a veteran and he's med's are at a discount it is more of an expense for us to go though there provider. Dad is for the most part happy there.

The apartments are very nice and so is the overall decor. There isn't much of an exercise area/gym; few machines; the family member we have there was assured there would be people he could converse with and it just isn't the case. Heis very alert, intellectual, well read and has a lot of life experiences and peoople there don'tremember him from one day to the next and he feels lonely. The activities are pretty mundane; the dining room has employee issues and the staff is working in the kitchen presently and helps w/serving as well. Not getting our money's worth but our family member is safe and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. These places need to find worthwhile activities who have all their faculties and are only in assisted living because they need physcial assisance. Our family member has no social life or friends because he is so much sharper than most.

This looked like a nice community when we visited. They offer rehabilitation services including a jacuzzi. The staff I met were friendly and the community is clean. This community is in a congested location and we did not think this would work for our loved one.

I am comfortable with my loved one's stay. The facility is kept very clean, and my loved one is receiving her medication and is eating well. My primary concern is that the facility is short staffed, so my loved one does not always get the care that she needs. Luckily, she is a higher functioning resident, but I have found that this is a problem for residents that are not as high functioning. My tip to families would be to check in at random times to be sure that the staff are doing what they are supposed to do.

I really thought that this community was very nice. The people were very helpful and reassuring through the process. Residents were out walking around. The only issue that I had was the price it was too expensive.

They were always clean, and they had plenty of activities. The meals were good. They were able to keep up with medications, and any changes. Any time there was a new doctors appointment they were aware of it and made sure we were aware of it. Unfortunately there were items were stolen from the room. [removed]

My mom has been there for a couple of weeks and is slowly getting adjusted. It's terribly expensive, but it's where she needs to be. Most of her meals are provided and there is bingo. A friend of my mother's recently came to visit her there and I don't think my mom would've invited her if she wasn't happy.

A lot of what was promised was not delivered. Food was not good, there was crossing of boundaries with staff, It was clean. On multiple occasions there was no sanitizer and paper towels at times in the hallways. Apartment size was good! Some things went missing during my moms stay. It wasn't horrible. It just was not good.

Room size is fine. If the room has lvp over carpet it would be better. Cleanliness is ok. Laundry...items go missing which is annoying when they are labeled. Care is mediocre at best and has gone downhill since new ownership. For whatever reason staff is fleeing. Food was very good. There were some concerns about communication, as family was not always notified consistently about resident incidents. There were also occasional concerns about personal care and handling. On a positive note, the staff was willing to work with the family as care needs changed, and their recommendation for additional support services was helpful. As care needs increased, a higher level of care became necessary. Overall, there were both challenges and positive aspects to the experience.

The staff was good. My husband was given a medicine he should not have had which sent him into decline.

Spring Arbor of Crossville was very bright and and seemed much more organized. I am not sure about the food because the patient complains and other times he loves it. Also he complains about his roommate. He doesn't talk very much and his TV is on all the time very loud.

It's my mother who lived there for a short while. From my experience, the staff were friendly, the care was good and pretty responsive. There were plenty of activities for those who wanted to join. The food quality wasn't the best and they did a pretty dismal job of cleaning my mom's apartment.

Talk to residents there before the transition and now. Confirm if the aligned RN lives locally. One there when my father-in-law was a resident was based in FL
