My experience here is a pleasant, friendly, and enjoyable. The building is pleasant and clean. The people I have met are friendly and pleasant.

The staff at Park Meadows Senior Living are very friendly and the facility is clean. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff is all fantastic... They are so attentive and personable. Mike was great. Mom had already moved from her apt on the 3rd floor to the 1st and they made it so easy. It's just the right size facility which makes it so easy for mom to get around. She's used many of the amenities including physical therapy, daily group games, library, etc.

We recently had to make the tough and emotional decision to move our 85 year old mother into memory care. My siblings and I struggled with this decision and finding Three Oaks and seeing how Mom has settled in we know we made the right choice. We spoke to about a dozen places and looked at several of them in our area that seemed to check all the boxes. But Three Oaks stood out for us as the most friendly and suitable place for Mom. We especially liked the smaller memory care unit with a more homey feel. After move in we know we have made the right choice. The care givers are attentive and communicate with us so well and all of the staff have been great with Mom. Mom is happy and her clarity now that she has settled in has improved. We couldn't be more happy with our decision.

What we like the most about the Las Soleras Senior Living community is the room sizes, it is not too small and not too large. It's just right. There are always activities going on, like a cruise ship.

Many positive things about Palos Verdes Senior Living. But the best was the caring nature of the staff. My mom always had positive things to say about her “helpers” and the staff seemed to have my mom’s best interests in mind.

I really enjoy and like the staff because they know me and what I need. They also seem to know everybody else and are very friendly and efficient. I’ve been here almost three years and I feel like it is my home.

I really enjoy living at Palos Heights Senior living in Palos Heights. It has been a great experience. There’s people to talk to all the time and aids to help me and what I need to do. I really recommend this place.

My 89 year old mother has lived in assisted living in Streamwood, IL at Westbrook. I cannot say enough good things about this place and its people. From the servers in the restaurant area to the caregivers to the activity director to the nurses to the director, everyone has my momma’s best interest in mind. All seem to have the patience of a saint. Run, don’t walk…to move your loved one here!

The food and food service has been below average. They run out of an item but do not relay this information and sometimes they will substitute while other times do not substitute. They have staffing issues. We have complained, so management is aware of problems. For the activities, slots fill up fast so you may not get the opportunity to join. As for the value for cost, it is a lot of money for residents but staff that provide services are probably not compensated to provide good service. Additionally, billing issues have not been resolved for over a month. You must pay attention to what you are being billed. The amount to be refunded keeps increasing each month.

Mom came to memory care last January and she has thrived in their care. The nurses and resident assistants are compassionate, sincere and feel like family. Memory Care is always active with games, crafts, yoga, trivia, and so much more each and every day. There are weekly happy hours that include everyone from independent, assisted and memory care residents in the community. Wonderful entertainment from the surrounding communities including amazing singers, talented piano players, and exciting dancers..even Elvis showed up! The most important thing about this place is that mom feels at home and treated with the utmost respect.

We are so happy with our experience at Lombard Place! The staff is amazing and caring. The facility is beautiful and very well maintained. We are so grateful that mom has a wonderful place to live! Highly recommend!

Come and take tour—best way to appreciate. Facility good well prepared food—-lots of activities—religious support if wanted—-bus to travel to outside places of interest—-movies in private room—-library for easy use—-plenty of parking and garage spaces available—-room cleaning every two weeks done when you schedule it—-coffee and water w/ lemon available in ice cream room available—-PT with instructors available—-Director available for information usually available anytime you schedule appointment with her([name removed]).

Our over all experience was very homey. Lombard Place is bright and clean. The people are very nice and upbeat. Everyone is there to help. My dad loves it here! It makes the transition of bringing him to a senior community much easier when he is being cared for so well.

Lombard place is a special place, from being greeted with a smiling face at the front desk to the attentive caregivers. My father has been a resident at LP for a year, currently on the memory care floor. He says, “If you are bored here, it is your own fault. After breakfast, his day starts with a morning work out then followed by games or art projects. There are frequent guests and entertainment brought in for the residents to enjoy. Different religious services and prayer opportunities are available. He especially enjoys going on trips on the “Act your age, However you want bus”. I am grateful that he is busy, safe and well cared for.

Lombard Place provides an environment that is like home for its residents and staff members that treat your loved ones like family. My mother has dementia and was beginning to wander and fall. Living alone was scary for her and concerning for us. It became imperative to find a facility for her that is extremely safe. We toured and compared the facilities of eight different companies and agreed that Lombard Place was the best choice for mom. The skilled staff members are friendly, professional, and very caring. The individual apartments and shared common areas are stylishly beautiful and clean. Safety measures, healthy delicious meals, respectful treatment, and a variety of interesting activities all support our mothers physical, mental and emotional needs.

Found and toured Lombard Place after looking at several facilities prior. After touring the facility with [name removed] I knew in my mind it was the right place. Brought my mom back for a tour and she fell in love with Lombard Place immediately and the rest is history. Beautiful facility, updated, apartment options are great, close walking path, plenty of amenities. The staff is very friendly and caring. I have full trust that my mom is being cared for as expected. Would highly recommend.

I couldn't have been happier with my choice of Cedar Lake memory care for my mother. The folks that work there are all wonderful and caring - caregivers, nursing staff, reception, etc. There was always a clear channel of communication between myself and the staff in regards to my mother. The on-site amenities are so convenient - hair salon, visiting podiatrist, physical rehab room, etc. I especially appreciated the full activity calendar (games, parties, sing-alongs, arts/crafts, etc.) throughout each day. During the warmer months, my mother enjoyed hanging out in the MC garden area - a private and secured outdoor area with lots of seating, large covered patio, and lots of plants and flowers for her to enjoy. They also foster kittens through a local cat rescue. I have personally seen how these kittens have enhanced the lives of so many of the residents with their ability to give and receive love. My mom loved cats and having these kittens around was priceless and gave her so much joy!

Cedar lake is very clean and everyone we have met are so friendly. My parents are so looking forward to moving in and enjoying everything you have to offer. I like that ot is so easy to get around. Food was wonderful.
