My experience from the first time I reached out for a tour to each and every time I visit my father has been an incredible experience. I am the only child of my father (my mother has already passed) and when he was diagnosed with dementia, I knew he was going to need more than me taking care of him. The sales manager who guided me on the tour and who was my point of contact during the transition was extremely compassionate. She never rushed me and helped me through each part of the transition, especially the hardest part of winning my dad over and helping him see how this facility could help him. Once my father toured the facility in Palos Heights, moving forward with a plan for him to move in all fell in place. He enjoys being there and speaks highly of the food, and he is able to tell me of the activities he does while I am at work during the day. I feel he is in very competent hands and the medical management was a very seamless process. The caregiving/nursing staff is excellen!

Our mom/MIL has lived at Three Oaks for over a year and we can’t say enough about how wonderful it is. The staff is absolutely amazing, the facility is so clean and the food is great! They have many activities as well. It is really the warmth and family feeling that make this place such a success. We would highly recommend!

I have lived at the Enclave in Chandler for 6 years and am very content here. After cooking , and cleaning for nearly 60 years, it is nice having that done for me. I grew up on a farm and ate what we grew including out meats. My Mom was a good cook and baker. I never had fancy dishes , just wholesome meals so I enjoy the food here at the Enclave in Chandler. I enjoy the almost daily entertainment. There is always something to do! I am very happy here.

When we were looking for a place for mom to live after dad had passed away and she could no longer stay at home, we looked at several facilities. What stood out to us about Three Oaks was its location, its facilities, the overall staff and the amenities. Mom moved into an 1 bed apartment in [date removed] and she loves the place. She has made numerous friends, participated in many activities and gotten the safety and support that she both deserves and needs. It is on a nice campus and easily accessible. Mom has made different friends and social contacts and has told me repeatedly that she feels like she is at home and is glad to be there. The staff is friendly and looks after her well and she is able to come and go as needed with family or other friends. She has a beautiful apartment overlooking the back garden/patio area which provides a sense of peace and calm as well. We are very glad she is here and is happy.

The team here at 3 Oaks is amazing. They care deeply about my mom and take such great care of her. They always have a smile and are welcoming from the moment you come in the front door. The nursing team are experts and provide excellent care. The food is good and the dining staff are so helpful. They have a lot of different entertainment options including outings and Friday afternoon entertainment which is special. I highly recommend them as it's great care and peace of mind for our family!!

My mom has lived at Peakview Memory Care since January of this year, and I could not be more grateful for the care and support she receives. From the very beginning, she has felt safe and truly at home here. The staff does a wonderful job with her every day, treating her with kindness, respect, and patience. The community itself is always clean, well-kept, and welcoming. The leadership team is approachable, professional, and excellent at communicating, which gives our family great peace of mind. We have regular updates and open communication with staff, which makes us feel like true partners in my mom’s care. Choosing Peakview for my mom was one of the best decisions we’ve made. It gives me comfort knowing she is in such a supportive, caring, and safe environment. I highly recommend Peakview Memory Care to any family looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with dignity and compassion.

Smaller is better for memory care. This facility is cleanest. Housekeeping is spotless.

My mother was there a short time and then she passed. Overall good experience but as you would expect took a bit to get everything dialed in. Nursing staff was a little disorganized. Once we had outside nursing staff things were better. We liked how clean the facility was. Some of the caregivers were pretty in personal but I thinks you could expect that given the amount of residents.

We were so worried that my Mom would not transition well, from her home. However, this has not been the case. Previously, she was by herself, lonely, and not receiving much stimulation from activities and being around others. This all changed, once she moved to Shawnee Hills. My mom loves being around others, playing games, attending church & other activities. She loves being waited on and eating delicious food. The staff are so caring. Mom loves her new home and is so happy!

The staff have been a pleasure to work with. It is very clean, and the residents I have spoken with seem very happy there. My mom's apartment suits her well.

We recently moved my 90-year-old father-in-law from NY to TX, and while he didn’t want to go at first, LTIL has completely changed his mind. The staff—from the management team to the dining crew to the Front Desk, have been nothing but kind, patient, and welcoming. The apartments are bright and spacious, the building is modern and clean, and the atmosphere feels lively. Every time we visit, we see residents laughing, socializing, and enjoying activities like movie nights in the theatre room. Even meals have been a pleasant surprise—good food and friendly service made it easy for him to feel at home. After just 2 weeks, he’s gone from resistant to genuinely happy here, and that gives our whole family peace of mind. I’m also including our 10 year old son’s review, who LOVES visiting. amazing place The food is amazing. The apartments are. Staff is super friendly.(especially front desk staff). Game room is nice. The pool is clean and nice. Love visiting my grandfather.

[name removed] that does the initial getting the apartment, and size was very knowledgeable. She was also very helpful in all aspects. At my visit of Mason Assisted Living and Memory Care everyone was welcoming, and all the staff worked together as a solid team. It was a an all around clean facility too.

My Dad has lived at Lincoln Meadows for over 3 years in Independent living. We recently had to move him from Independent Living to Assisted Living. The entire staff, from the front desk staff to the sales staff to the in-house handymen, made the move smooth and uneventful. This is our family's first experience with assisted living and they had a solution or suggestion for every question we had. We are looking forward to Dad enjoying his new apartment as much as he did his previous one. He has made some good friends while living there and enjoys still meeting them at mealtime.

This community is pretty great! I work in the industry and enjoy working here very much. The staff works hard to make a comfortable living for seniors. The community is beautiful and kept very well clean.

Rigden Farms was very helpful in assisting my sister with a speedy move-in after her previous plans fell through at the last minute. They have been very friendly and welcoming which has really helped my sister adjust to a new environment. She has really been enjoying meeting new people and participating in the many activities that are available..

Palos Heights Senior Living has been very attentive. The facility is great.

First, I liked that Memory Care was in a stand alone, one level building. Second, it seemed fresh and clean. Most important the staff seemed capable and caring which has proven to be true.
