The Waterford has given me so much comfort on how they care for my Loved One and all his Dear Neighbors there. His needs are always attended to along with referring to him by name! Their effort to keep life calm but provide stimulus I'd a lovely balance

Overall our parent has adjusted well. Seems only complaint is quality of food when we visit/ask. Also, we think you should ask all residents to participate in activities. Our parent does not know where to go & needs reminded of what/where things are going on. We try to call & remind her but that doesn’t always work. Nursing dept is wonderful!

Walford Creekside is a great facility. The staff is always helpful, pleasant and kind. My sister is very happy there. It's always clean and fresh. I would recommend Walford Creekside to anyone who is looking for a wonderful facility.

Moving to Waterford was a scary deal. I am not a very outgoing person. However I have found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and easy to approach with questions and needs. I have met several residents who welcomed me and have become new friends. There are many activities that I am beginning to enjoy and feel comfortable with. My dog is also welcome and has also made friends, both 2 legged and 4. I am really enjoying the food menu as well as quality. After much procrastination I finally made the move to come here. My hesitation to move was unfounded. I am really enjoying the atmosphere and surroundings.

The Lodge White Bear is a great community with a caring, friendly staff and residents that always greet you with a smile. My mom has been a resident for 3 months and has adapted well thanks to the encouragement of others to participate in daily activities and various outings. The Lodge is a good fit for her.

Awesome place very professional caring and clean lots of activity everybody up and about wonderful place to be great atmosphere this is where you would like to be for yourself at point and time so most assure for your love one this place is above and beyond

I am ending my 3rd week here. I love it. The food is fantastic. The staff is very visible and always helpful. The facilities are 5 star. Activities abound if you wish to participate. The ride service is easy to use and available by reservation. With all the senior living options in our city, Waterford is the best fit for me and I look forward to experiencing all it has to offer.

I think this is a very nice, clean facility. It is quite streamlined on securing entry and personnel is always eager to assist. It smells nice from the time you walk in the front door. The grounds are well kept. The foods served to the residents is well balanced and usually looks pretty good. The care givers stay busy but are always eager to assist.

Woodlands of Hamilton is a wonderful place to live. Our loved one is very happy and content living at Woodlands. The staff, on all levels, are very friendly, concerned, and take interest in the residents. The residents are respected and encouraged to participate in a wide variety of activities. As the adult children, we are confident that the staff are capable and involved; and that our loved one is in a very clean, safe environment where she can excel. We recommend Woodlands to many people.

Our family has been very grateful for the care that Mom has received at the Marquis community. Within a few days, the staff knew about Mom’s special needs and how important she is to us. My friend needed a higher level of care and after careful consideration, she chose Marquis Place! We were grateful for the understanding and caring she received even during a first interview and tour. Staff took her physical and financial needs into consideration and found just the right fit for her. All staff has been helpful and caring, surroundings are safe and clean. So glad my friend found her next home!

I am glateful that my Mom’s daily needs are being met, and that she can discover what she is capable of achieving. The smaller size of the facility allows for a more personal touch in her care, and the staff are very friendly.

My dad seems to be adjusting to the Waterford nicely He like the staff and is meeting more people everyday. The family finds the staff to be very informative and very helpful to us as well as our father. We thank them for all they do.

What a great place like a resort.The staff is amazing.Great customer service all around a great experience for our family and our mother it's very convenient to come in and visit any time.Always feel welcome

The swimming pool is fantastic. The whole pool area was just recently resurfaced and updated. My friends and I do aqua exercises together. The water and the hot tub are at perfect temperatures. Or rates 5+ stars.

The workers are so friendly. They do a wonderful job taking care of their residents. Checking in on the residents multiple times a day. Making sure they get whatever they need. If needed I would use this place myself.

I helped my Friend find this place. It took her a minute to acclimate, but she is realizing that the Lodge has everything she needs. She was hesitant to go down to have a meal and now I need to be careful not to call her at meal times because she doesn't miss any now. She is so very happy about the bus and just how far it will take her. She is able to conduct all of her business, bank, groceries and medications via the Lodge bus. This is definitely a 5 star place.

The staff was fantastic. Everything was nice, my mom was happy there.
