They did not keep the residents' rooms clean. There is not as much medical care or knowledge as you would think. It is a nice group of people and a nice facility, It is a newer place. They are not very organized.

We only have limited knowledge to pull from since we have not been able to visit in a number of months. The room size is good. The layout is a little confusing. You do have to know how to get back to your area. My mom is not thrilled with the food. They have an outdoor courtyard for residents to use.

I recommend that someone should look at all local options. They were accommodating to get us in. I feel that they could have done a better job keeping sick residents away from healthy residents. The room sizes and the layout of the community were good. My mom was in the memory care unit. They had an outdoor garden for residents to enjoy.

The staffing was a constant problem with constant turnover. The caregivers were very friendly. We chose this community because of its proximity to his house so there would be less transition for visitors, friends, and doctors. The food was adequate but not really as promised. The building was very clean and he had a patio off his room .

They are all for show no substance. Room sizes are pretty good. The food was alright. Things went down hill the whole time we were there. Optic were good but no follow through. They had a central courtyard and a covered patio.

The food is mediocre. They do not have many activities. They have been doing their best during the quarantine. The room sizes are adequate. They do not have much outdoor space. The layout of the community is acceptable. The staff for the most part are good.

I chose the community because my mom really liked it. We liked the apartment size. The place is very clean and I do think the staff are really nice. They have a pretty good menu with daily specials and other menu items that are always available, like sandwiches and burgers. The dining room also has really long hours which my mom likes.

First impression of walking into an dining room with old decor is a downer - I felt like I was walking into my mothers nursing home, sorry... everything was clean and smelt fine but just looked old - and the resident playing the piano during diner was absolutely awesome! The residents were friendly and the staff knew them by name. 3 meals a day Weekly housekeeping, linens changed All utilities paid except phone Garbage pickup daily Resident little store Barber/salon shop Happy hour Friday’s Wednesday stringed pickers playing music Thursday music Friday Gospel Music Dad would love all this [Name removed] was great and thorough as she showed us around.

Average compared to [community names removed]. High personnel turnover.

The residents are very friendly and welcoming. The food is always good on the days when we eat with my mom. The common areas of the community are open, airy and bright.

Good atmosphere, nice 1 bedrooms, but no studios in assisted living

Nice place, has some potential. Apartments are nice size. Located away from busy traffic is nice but still may be difficult to get to on busy days for visits

Nice except rooms/apts are smaller, no doors between sleeping area and living room. Priced good, near current resident.

Curb appeal reminded us of a nursing home. Small facility. Small bedrooms. Clean and very welcoming.

I was searching for a senior assisted living facility for my elderly parents that have been living with me for the past 13 years. The Hamptons at Meadows Place was very accommodating when it spoke of meeting my families needs, my mom has a dog that is her life line and they were willing to give it a try. They worked at meeting our financial needs and said all the right things to make us choose them as my parents next home. These first 3 weeks have been challenging as we all work towards finding a workable routine for my parents. The promises made toward their care has been slow in coming as the adjustment to my mom’s dog has been challenging. There is no procedure for new residents to welcome them and make them feel wanted. Three weeks in and I’m still unsure who is to take care of and aide my parents on a daily bases, a “team” atmosphere is missing. It would go along way if new residents were assigned one person they could go to for answers and someone to show them and their family how things work. The administrative staff has been good at listening to my frustration but slow in my opinion to following through on solving the problems. When it comes to providing for your elderly parents time is of the essence. My other lower rating is on the catagory of activities. There seems to be a lack of communication as to the how, when and where. The activities are not varied so if you don’t play games, cards, or watch movies there is little for you to do. I have and continue to remain involved daily with the transition and do believe that though the level of care is not what I expected, we will get there. At no time have I felt that they are in danger.

Nice environment. [Name removed] was super nice and very helpful. Apartments seemed a bit small in comparison with other communities. Additional Person cost is high $1500.

Parents have lived there over 5 yrs. In the last years a quick downturn. Food, nursing,and care-all deteriorated. Fees have gone up and they try to raise rates any way they can-nursing levels, food, staff.. But you don't receive the improved care. You have to be on your toes and end up providing care. Then you are hassled by nursing director. So the way the rate cost on the scale is not accurate. It is high. So use your sense and know that the in the door presentation is off the charts. But buyer beware.

They seem to have trouble keeping help here. When mom rings her beeper, often no one comes for more than an hour. 1 helper to 15 people is really too high. The food is ok. It would go a long way to have more nurses or care managers, and more help for the residents.

I’m not a fan. They could do a lot better. Spend time monitoring the place. I could go through a list of things that could be more professionally handled. Dirty clothes that sits for two weeks. Ungloved hands dispensing meds, and food. Meds not dispensed at all. Last week a woman asked me for help. The aide left her in the dining room and forgot to take her back to her room. Unmonitored community room in the memory care unit. That is getting better. I could go on, but you get what I’m saying. It doesn’t take much to get it professionally run but they don’t seem to want to do it.

Overall my Mother-in-law has settled in, and she loves her room. I would say the biggest complaint she has and I have to agree with her would be the food! When you get in that position to have to go to a home, you look forward to a good experience in the dining room. They need a good cook and good quality food. Unfortunately that not the case. If your meals are important to you, I wouldn't recommend this place.
