Nice clean facility but not for anyone with medical assistance needs. Staff not trained for medical attention.

The Waterford is a wonderful place, very clean and neat. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs someone close by. There is always someone to help you if you need it.

Everyone on staff that I dealt with at The Beacon at Gulf Breeze was extremely helpful. The move in/out process was extremely smooth and the staff was helpful in making it as convenient as possible to my schedule. Communicating with everyone was easy and my questions were answered in a timely manner. I encountered one housekeeper during my husband's stay. She seemed to be quite thorough. She also made it clear that she would only clean once a week. I always wondered if she was the only one cleaning in the Memory Care unit. The hallways and common areas needed attention daily that they didn't get. Overall, The Beacon at Gulf Breeze is a lovely facility that I would recommend to others.

Everyone is SO warm, friendly and welcoming. The residents and the staff. We love that they are pet friendly and that they receive hot cooked meals that are served twice a day. Also love that so much is included, like transportation for doctor appointments and errand running. My only mild complaint is that I think it could be a bit cleaner but it is certainly adequate and my parents are quite satisfied with their experience thus far.

I have titled my review "Home Away From Home", because I believe that this is as close to home as anyone could imagine. Not being able to stay in your own home is a difficult task, yet the employees at The Waterford at Ironbridge understand this. They are so good to show their kindness, thoughtfulness, and understanding towards their residence. The activities provided are top notch, and the ability to be transported to different appointments or events is very meaningful to those who aren't able to transport themselves. The staff is very on top of fixing the problems that goes along with a facility and it's structure. I have been very impressed with this senior living facility!

I would definitely recommend West Shores to others for Assisted Living. The staff are very friendly and responsive to my mom's needs. She feels very safe at West Shores. Her room is quiet and it feels more like an apartment. There is medical care on site, which is a big bonus. The food does seem to be hit and miss and is probably the biggest complaint that we have here. Prior to moving in, we were told that the food was great, but this has not been our experience. I hope this changes. Overall, West Shores is a nice community!

Staff is friendly, but could use more help. Difficult at times to get someone that can answer the phone or return a call.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, and it seems like really enjoy it, my family members haven't really participated in stuff yet so that's all I can tell you right now. Hope they will start to join in on stuff

the residents are very friendly. I think the kitchen needs to use recipes and follow them. There are no admin staff here on the weekends

My loved one is currently a resident at The Wellington at Springfield and this facility has been overall very good for her so far. I think this is a wonderful facility. I will say that for whatever has been an issue, and so far it has been minor, the staff are very ready and willing to make corrections. They listen and seem genuinely concerned. My loved one is very happy at this facility. I would recommend The Wellington at Springfield to family and friends.

While no one wants to move a loved one into assisted living sometimes it’s not something an individual can handle. Being able to visit and move in some of my loved one’s personal belongings helped them adjust. The positive attitude of the leadership made all of us feel more comfortable as we adjusted to a new way of daily life.

pleasant experienced,. the staff is friendly. my mother doesn't have any complaints about the food would like to see a bigger selection. facility is clean and the caretakers do a good job cleaning the rooms. overall good experience.

We toured Independence Village of East Lansing when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. The facility was very clean and smelled good. It was dated, but is going to be renovated soon. If they would have been closer to my house, we probably would have gone with them.

I love it here. Marquis is a wonderful home. I'm very happy here I have just sold my house so this room is my home. Most of the staff are very congenial & ready to help you at any point. We have residents that show beginning stages of dementia but they are transferred as a room becomes available. Rooms were larger for equal prices. Memory Care residents are in separate wing. VERY IMPORTANT!!

. I would have to say my dad experience at the Anthology was a great one. He received the quality of care that he needed. He also was able to enjoy great caregivers. So overall I would say, I would have to rate the Anthology at a very high score of 4+.

They're new, still have issues to work out but they are trying. It depends on what level of care a person needs. If it's minimal, this place is great. If more care is needed, maybe look at a nursing home.

I am currently a resident at The Waterford on Huebner and the experience has been good for me overall, so far. Most of the main staff here are polite and helpful. The kitchen staff is an entirely different story. I don't know who creates the food supply, they may need to go to cooking school! The housekeeping is alright, considering they are assigned several rooms to take care of. The move in process went well for me, though it took me awhile to adjust to the environment. Would I recommend the facility? For those who can afford the rent and are not bothered by emotion, yes. After awhile, they pay attention to the residents' needs. This is a good facility. Is it the best? Far from it. But it's a good facility overall.

I experienced a good vibe from the facility during my visit. We picked this community because of mostly the ratings online and the cleanliness and willing to negotiate prices.
