Staff are friendly and helpful for the most part but they were short staffed so some things like cleaning my moms room and doing her laundry on time got late I would recommend Rosemont to others looking for care for a loved one.

[name removed] passed last [date removed] so she was only in The June for about 3 months. They treated her very well as a resident and the whole family in her last couple of weeks. It is always a difficult time and the June gave us time, privacy and support through her last days. Moving her "stuff" out was straight forward and we settled her accounts with the June professionally and with no issues.

We are pleased with my bother's care at the Wellington. The staff is helpful and friendly. My brother has had memory issues and they help me problem solve issues that come up with him. Staff is patient and he likes his apartment and the food.

They have had a turnover in directors, but I still give them a 4 rating overall. They are friendly, but I do think they could be more responsive. It is often the next day before we hear back from them or messages are not passed on to the correct staff member. They have changed chefs twice since we have been there, we are hoping things will improve soon. I would recommend The Waterford on Highland Colony.

We had difficulty confirming a move in date for my mom. There was nothing The Wellington could do about it, but they were terrible about communicating with us. I needed to call repeatedly to get an answer. The internet and cable were not usable. We ended up purchasing our own so that we could ensure my mom had them. My mom is not a huge fan of the food, but I think part of that is she used to go out to eat with my dad before he passed, and she misses that. Overall, I would recommend The Wellington to others. The apartments are much nicer than others that we saw. A full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the unit was a must for her. For the price, I don't think there is anything better out there.

I love Wellington because they love me. They are all willing to listen to you and are very accommodating I just texted my daughter in law that I'm amazed at how much storage I have. Since I'm squeezing more of my home in here daily. My one suggestion is that families with pets be checked weekly and to insure they are using good hygiene.

My loved one is currently a resident at Summit Point and things have been mostly good for her, so far. It was a big adjustment for her, so that makes it difficult. It was very easy to work with [name removed] in Sales. Overall, we are satisfied and would recommend this facility to others.
