I’m new here only two months. It’s taking me a while to get used to everything. Wait staff is great but food needs improvement especially dinner 5 pm. Seems clean. It’s Christmas time and we have trees up, some music, but you can’t put up a nativity figures as you might offend someone. In WBL it’s 98% Christian. Sure don’t understand that! Jesus is the reason we have Christmas! Overall staff seems good.

I have been very satisfied here.

Overall, Wellington has been good for mom. She has had some challenges fitting in with the residents but the staff has been good to her. She is very happy with her spacious 2 bedroom apartment and the amenities it offers.

Mom has has numerous UTI. Sample of urine always contaminated only to find out they don't use any female wipes before getting sample. (Waterford does not supple those!?) So I purchased some and sample were better! Having all those elderly and don't supply urine wipes for UTI's testing? Always very short handed!!

Friendly staff and residents. Accommodations are spacious and well-maintained. Meals are well presented.

I love my neighbors. I love the church service and the activities. I really enjoy the BINGO. I usually enjoy the meals. From time to time when staff quits and new staff is hired. I have to remind them about some medicines so I will get them when I am supposed to. Overall I am happy here. My children monitor my needs, supplies and laundry.

I would recommend to others, both women and men. No cooking, meals are served in the large dining room. Transportation to appointments is provided. And there are activities to keep you busy or you can spend time in your apartment, whichever you choose.

My parents have been at Addison of Bluffton for over a year. Very caring staff! Common areas and front entrance (outside) could be cleaned more frequently. Food quality, temperature and delayed meal time definitely need improvement. Elderly folks have difficulty cutting and eating tough and dry food. They don't have the manual dietary to cut. Well and have dentures. If they can't eat the don't get nutrition.

I was interested in an assisted living facility 2 1/2 yrs after my husband's death and I found Benton House Addison with everything I needed. It had a friendly atmosphere, caring, staff, good food and much more. The activities, especially the exercise have helped to improve my strength and health

Physical therapy group located at the facility. Pay them separately. Day trips weekly and rides to doctors two days a week. Last week mom was served food contaminated with seafood and developed an allergic reaction. They acknowledged the chicken and fish are cooked in the same pan. This was a known allergy. Their new chef apparently was not told about it. Activities are fine, mom calls them "kindergarten crafts". The value for the money is reasonable to faculty, food and safety.

This is a great community; I am happy to live here. I have many great things to say about this community. Activities are great and I like the shopping trips. Thank you to everyone for the great care.

Very friendly staff, always couteous

Father been here 3 + years. I have been satisfied with the level of care. He’s comfortable and well looked after. Staff is attentive and keeps my Daddy involved in activities.

The care my dad receives is good although he is mostly self-sufficient. My mom, however, reached a point of care that approached higher needs. She was weakened after a hospital stay and therapy was recommended. One of the therapists (contracted) had a lack of compassion that was frustrating and disheartening for our mom. The Chateau has staff that is caring and professional though, for people whose needs are bordering a higher level it is a less than ideal fit. Meals are prepared and served well. Some foods have been challenging to eat/chew. It might be my parents' opinion and that of me and my siblings, but meal times would be better if 1/2--1 hour later. Also, people who live there should feel free to access the dining room and sit where they wish rather than sit in arranged seating. There's emphasis on this being "your home," but it's discouraging to see that the dining area comes with limitations. Chateau has a good activity schedule and is varied. 7. Value for cost seems reasonable.

It's not just for Mom, but for a Grand Uncle or older brother. A welcoming community is found here. The residents are encouraged to be active and to interact with others. The Executive staff always have time to facilitate and help make this a meaningful place to be.

The staff is very friendly and compassionate. The food is not so great and the delivery expenses to have the food taken to the rooms adds up in price. The rooms are very small and the place is not very large. Overall, it's a friendly place for people to live out the remaining years of their life.

The food could be improved. They care about the residents. Great value for the money. They do their best to accommodate any requests.

From the first day to a year later, we still enjoy this fun and loving community We enjoy not having to do some chores like changing sheets, mopping and bathroom clean up. This allows us to play all the fun games and activities, from bingo to, Farkle, puzzles and more! The food is mostly good. Management is fun and dedicated. We feel very much at home.

The facility is very clean. It is a great value for the money. They are currently undergoing new management. I would recommend The Wellington at Arapaho to others looking.

It was much nicer than the other one we looked at and had a room downstairs, close to the door so she could take her little dog out. My loved one just moved in a few months ago and they told her they are raising her rent so she has to move into a smaller apartment to be able to afford it.
