This facility is amazing. The staff are extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable and helpful. More importantly, they are kind, caring, and really seem to care for the well being of their residents. They could not be more friendly and willing to do whatever is necessary to meet each resident's individual needs.

Our tour with Benton House was wonderful. They were very accommodating and what stuck out to me was that they had a high level of safety precautions to get into the facility.

Clean and Friendly atmosphere. Staff at WS goes above and beyond to accommodate residents and guests. Clean environment and smiling faces. Kudos to Our Director, [name removed] for her efforts during COVID19. West Shores Strong!

We would like to take the opportunity to thank all of the wonderful people who cares for my mother during her stay there. We felt at ease knowing my mom was cared for when we could not be there with her. The food was excellent and available 24/7. I highly recommend The Waterford to care for your loved one. Mother has lived here since 2007. She is now 102 years young. The staff has always been courteous, professional, and willing to help. However, the current staff is outstanding...from the receptionist to the servers, medical staff, - too many to mention. Our family is grateful that these people are caring for our mother.

One of the most pleasant, comfortable, and professional facilities in Pensacola. The staff are kind, generous, and always willing to go the extra mile for their residents.

Carpenters Creek is a good ILF/ALF that I would recommend to potential residents in the Pensacola area. The building is clean, staff pleasant and caring, and residents are kind. There is a nice variety of activities for the residents to take part in each day. The residents I have spoken to are happy to be at Carpenters Creek.

The nurses at Carpenter's Creek are very caring and concerned. They take great care of my father. Most everyone of the aids do a wonderful job in taking care of him. The food is good and nutritious. The facilities are very clean and well taken care of. It is a good facility.

Right when we first walked into The Waterford it immediately had a homey atmosphere to it, it is smaller and everyone there is so friendly. Our loved one has fit right in and has improved dramatically since moving in. The community is very close in location to us, and she is very happy with the meals and dining.

They are taking excellent care of my loved one. The staff are very helpful, and are very responsive to any questions or concerns I may have. There is sometimes issues with the modifications with dietary restricted meals. They served a lot of fry food.

Aspen really does fell like home for my loved one, they are surrounded by nature. They really have a home feeling. The choice for meals looks impressive also.

This community is definitely worth looking into. They are very considerate of your needs and desires. My parents are very happy and I think your loved ones will be happy too. My loved ones talk about the bingo, card games, and the encouragement from the residents and staff to participate. They also have chapel service once a week and my parents love that. They also have little trips available for residents.

[name removed] and [name removed] are absolutely amazing. As soon as you walk in the door at Superior you are greeted by a smile and a warm welcoming feeling. I instantly felt at home. As I toured I noticed happy, engaged residents, as well as, smiling staff members. It is the whole package! Highly recommend this community for your loved ones.

We chose Summit Point because they had the biggest room size for the money, the apartment has a full kitchen in it, and they accept pets here. My mom just loves it here and we would highly recommend them.

The Waterford has exceeded my expectations in a living community for my father. The staff is always friendly and professional. I am greeted each time I visit by[name removed] at the front desk and she always has a smile and friendly conversation for me. From housekeeping, nursing, dining room staff to administration this community is the perfect place for my father.

We tried assisted living for my mother to give her some independence with her own space. wanted her to be around people her own age. My sister and I have been caring for her. She was staying with me 2wks then my sister 2wks for the past 4 years. She was starting to decline mentally. she now is taking part in activities which the facility provides. She is now getting her hair styled and putting on earrings. so I'd have to say this has been a great change for her.

A wonderful and friendly place to have our loved one reside in. We believe she is well cared for and we feel welcomed when we come to visit her! we have even had some help her with the kitty litter (which is above and beyond)!

My parents have been residents at Carpenter's Creek for nine months. They are both in their 90,s. I visit them every day and have come to know many of the staff at the facility. I am very impressed with the kindness shown not only to my parents, but all the residents, and all visitors. I have never seen anything less then true professional behavior all down the line from the top to the housekeepers. I am really pleased with [name removed], at the front desk, [name removed]who just moved her even closer to the main door; [name removed], who keeps the building hopping; and so many more.
