Well staffed. Friendly and professional. Residents well cared for and pleasant. Food is good.

The area is very nice. It is very affordable. They are easy to work with. The staff is very friendly. We like that there were three meals a day. The room sizes were adequate. There were decks and other outdoor spaces for the residents to use.

We recently moved my husband’s Grandmother to Northfield Senior Living. We were nervous about moving her because she had lived in the same house for so many years and she didn’t want to move. For multiple safety reasons, we moved her at the end of March, 2020. It was in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic and the owner as well as the staff at Northfield were so welcoming and warm hearted. They checked on her daily, emailed us, and even text messaged us to keep us up to date with her progress. It took a few weeks for her to settle in and now I can’t imagine her being anywhere else. She now comes out of her apartment, speaks to other residents, eats in the dining hall, and enjoys sharing stories with the staff. The dedication and team work of the Northfield staff is exemplified on a daily basis and we have been so happy with our decision.

This staff is so kind and loving. I am looking forward to calling West Shores home one day. I toured in January 2020, but wasn't ready to move yet.

The community is great and I like it. It seems like they have a good amount if activities. I love my apartment, I like the building, and it is nicely landscaped. Most of the time, the food isn't good and the kitchen wait staff try but they understaffed and overwhelmed. Maintenance requests don't get completed . I chose this community because of location, the apartment was set up well, and, for the most part, it seemed like everyone was nice,

Prior to the virus, there was much to do - trips, games, exercise, movies, social gatherings. Since the U.S. was hit with the virus I have been very impressed with the protection and care to avoid the virus. They have been very cautious. I am usually greeted in a very friendly manner. I was going to say with a smile - but you can't see it under the mask.

We love the staff and they do a great job. They have had no cases of the Covid-19 virus at the community. During the community lock down, the activities director has been sending us pictures of my mother and the other residents engaged in crafts and things like that. She has a birthday coming up and they are planning on doing something special for her! We wouldn't want her anywhere else. We can call and talk to her any time and the staff will set up FaceTime for her if we want. Not the most expensive community, we definitely think Benton House is a good value. We would recommend this community for everybody.

They changed their staff right after my folks moved in. It was a good change. The staff worked well with me, I always felt like I was heard. The rooms were nice. The staff was friendly. It is a nice not over the top place to be. They handled the Covid-19 situation very well. They were good at communicating with us.

The community is fantastic and there is something going on everyday as far as activities go. They have beauty shop and a small store run by the residents, The food is absolutely fantastic They offer a salad bar a lot of variety. I chose this community for the price ,it is more reasonable compared to others. They offer exercise Monday through Friday.

I think that the management is excellent and that they are very proactive in communicating with the families. The staff has longevity and that speaks well fro the community to me. The food is very good with variety offered. The building isn't new but has a very homey feel when you walk in and not an institutional feel, It feels like you are going into nice apartment building. It has several sitting areas, a nice outdoor patio, and they have tea, coffee, and snacks available all day. The have a wonderful activities director who tries to get everyone involved.

The community is pretty clean and they have been trying to keep the residents safe during the Covid-19 pandemic and as a result, the residents are on lock down. The staff is pretty friendly with the exception of the executive director. The services are good however we think there could be some more activities on each floor of the community. They are also offering activities in the courtyard. The food is pretty good, although they could increase the variety of options. Definitely a good value.

They do a good job with keeping the community clean. The staff is all very nice. The food and activities are good. The food could be a little more of a variety and if they could make sure the meals actually come out hot, that would be ideal. From what I have seen, it seems like they have a lot of family activities available. It's a wonderful place to live!

Staff is very vigilant in updating me if staff have any concerns with any of my home care patients. [Name removed] wellness director, always very knowledgable of patient's concerns, orders, changes, of any new symptoms. Waterford at Plymouth makes my job easier do to great communication.

I work in hospice and I recommend Waterford to my families for they have taken great care of my patients/clients.

Caring staff, good food, communication fairly good between staff and families.

Waterford of Plymouth is a great facility with my staff who truly care about their residents. They are always willing to do what us therapist/nurses ask to ensure the best situation and care for each resident (Occupational Therapist of outside agency coming into Waterford).

The best move ever. Our home of 50+ years was getting to be too much to take care of. This is the 1st senior living I've looked at. Then, of course, the virus came into the picture. Praying for a "miracle." We now have our meals brought to our room. Face masks when leaving our apt. The care team here are open we have staff here that work hard to keep us safe.

This is a wonderful place to live in. It is well-staffed, the food is plentiful. It is kept clean. Everyone is treated well. All the staff are very friendly and do their best to keep the tenants happy and comfortable. The food is plentiful and tasty.
