I would score them a ten out of five on friendliness. They are just the nicest people It really is home. If you want your family member to feel loved and you want them to feel comfortable, this is the place. They treat the residents like family and they really are a family. I visited other communities, but The Waterford didn't pressure me for a sale, They gave me all of the information about what they had to offer and let me decide. They will accommodate you if anyone way can.

The food is fine. They have done a good managing the COVID-19 situation. They have taking precautionary measures for the staff and the residents to keep everyone safe. They implemented hand sanitizers in public spaces even before the pandemic occurred. I have been really pleased with the community. I chose it because in was convenient to my house and it was affordable.

I have lived here a year now and I feel blessed to call this my home. The staff which consists of the management team, caregivers, kitchen, cleaning, and maintenance. They are all friendly and caring in tending to our needs. A nurse is also on duty if we need advice on any medical issue. They offer exercise classes, crafts and games, and entertainment (when not in lockdown). I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an assisted living community.

The Independent Living has very friendly people, both staff and residents. They are everyone is very social. The food is good. The rooms are good sized. The common area are nice, they have a movie room, gym, library. The dining room is nice, it make you feel like you are in a restaurant.

They have done a good job with Covid virus. It is a small community which I like. They have a geriatric doctor that comes to the community to see patients. It is not the fanciest place but it is clean and they do a good job. My mother loves the food. They have some outdoor space. It would be nice if they had more space for residents to be outside. Room sizes are good. The bathrooms could be updated.
