We wanted to start gathering information before it was necessary to move into an assisted care living facility. I was so impressed with the tour and the staff. They showed me how they track, on a computer, and all of the tasks necessary for each patient's daily care. For example, there are tracked tasks like emptying the trash, ensuring a resident had showered, vacuuming had been completed. The amazing life experiences of residents while at this facility are proudly on display throughout the hallways , making this place a very uplifting place for the people that make this their home. The amazing lady, [name removed], that gave us the tour was so thorough and caring. Her genuine care was seen as she took all the time my loved one needed to answer all questions. She took notes and followed up with a call about a week later and not putting pressure on us to make a decision. Bottom line is that this is the place where you want your loved one to be. They will ensure that they are safe, healthy, and happy.

I have always had a pleasant experience with all staff members of this organization. What I love the most is seeing staff out in the community giving back in the for of volunteerism, philanthropy and other causes we hold dear. Their environment is family oriented and it shows.

Housekeeping is outstanding once a week, but extra if needed. I travel to the doctors office every 3 weeks excellent waiter are accommodating in dining room. Easily making friends. Adequate food, excellent apartment, roomy big enough for my place and close to family.
