Googled “Assisted living in Fitchburg” and The Waterford came up. an appointment was set up quickly despite Covid challenges. Met with [name removed] who did a thorough job of introducing us to all the Waterford has to offer for our sister-in-law. We immediately put money down and [name removed] escalated the preparation of the apartment to get it ready quickly for moving day. It was a big transition, staff has made our sister feel welcome and at home. She loves the variety and taste of the food. Great to be able to get her nails done, get PT / OT, and feel safe and comfortable. Nice to have levels of Assisted Living, staff has done a wonderful job considering the challenges of covid-19.

They offer gourmet healthy food options that support diabetic and high blood pressure dietary needs. My mom loves the shuttle to her doctor appointments, weekly events, and activities.

We have lived here at the Waterford for over 10 years. This is our home, we love it here. The staff are so friendly, like family. And always available. We enjoy the amenities offered such as housekeeping, maintenance, dining, food, library, and activities. It's very clean. During Covid, they were very responsive and made us aware of changes and new policies. We feel safe during the pandemic.

This place is very clean and decorated nicely. The outside is very pretty and well-maintained. They're very responsive to apartment maintenance requests or questions in general. My mom loves the food and orders off the menu to orders there frequently. Normally the activities are throughout the week which she very much enjoys.

Absolutely love it here! Have no regrets, I have been here about six months and it has been my home, my friendships and where I plan to stay forever. Before pandemic, lots of activities and fun, but their handling of things kept us safe and we are looking forward to many new things.

Waterford is a very friendly place and great place to live. I had three meals a day, housekeeping, I was taking to doctor's appointment, shopping. Played a lot of games and had fun happy hours. We also had entertainment on Thursday, usually really good.

Love the Waterford staff [names removed] just to name a few. They made my mom feel welcome. From day one. The facility is clean, spacious and convenient for us to visit. The kitchen staff, cleaning crew and maintenance man are always willing to go the extra mile to help Mom when needed, and gives me comfort to know she is booked out for when aides or family are not around. Love with the extras – piano music, happy hours, entertainment.

Nothing but a positive experience. even though my loved one was only there for a few months they did everything they could to make our experience positive. Even as Covid was starting up they found a way for us to see my loved one before he passed.
