I have been living here for a few months now. The food is always great, I never miss a meal. All of the staff is very helpful and very nice. We have lots of activities to participate in. We are always having an event that keeps us on our toes.

The atmosphere at the Jefferson is always welcoming and the staff friendly. The food is also very good.

The management team are all intimately involved and interested in their residents. Attention to resident satisfaction is exemplary.

Everyone is wonderful.

They are all friendly. They address me by name. I watched the other residents interaction with the staff while we first toured the place. They were all friendly and glad to see each other. Both the staff and residents. They contact me concerning anything about my parents. They also take care of things that need to be fixed right away.

It has been a very good experience. We chose The Amberleigh because it was a good value for the money but also I really liked what I saw when I went to tour and the staff were all great with me. I feel very secure that my mother is here, they have been very good with her care. I would recommend the facility to other families looking.

My overall experience has been nothing but great. The folks at Amberleigh have tried to go out of their way to accommodate my parents. I was a little concerned at first as I felt like they moved in and then were "forgotten about" but when I was back there (I live in California) on my last trip I brought my concerns to [name removed]and she looked into the protocols for new residents and noted the error. At that point I saw an immediate change and the proper introductions of the staff began right away. I was so happy I chose to speak to her as I wasn't sure if it was my parents or there was truly a gap, I again had total trust that I made the right decision to move my parents to the Amberleigh. The cleanliness of the facilities is very refreshing as it is decorated attractively, always someone cleaning up the common areas. The rent includes weekly housekeeping which is amazing!! The staff knows everyone's name which brings smiles to those acknowledged. They engage in quick hellos, maybe a short conversation or if needed they help. Very friendly. My parents are in independent living, did have a slight concern when they had to pull the help cord and the staff that arrived it not know what she was allowed to do and left, thankfully my husband and I were in the building. Again brought this concern to [name removed] and we were assured it would be addressed. Thankfully she just took a non-life threatening fall. We also better understand the situation and are not concerned with the quality of care in that situation. Everywhere has new on boarding staff! The food is freshly prepared, they have an amazing dining room menu and for those like my parents can have it delivered for a small cost or pick up to go. The activities are abundant and have what appears like- something for everyone! Movie ?? nights too! As for the value for your money- how can you really justify your loved ones safety and comfort? Judging from what my Dad had in California my Mom & bonus-Dad have in New York at the Amberleigh at 2/3s the cost. So the value in my book is hands down amazing! My biggest and most wonderful experience was working with [name removed]!

My Grandmother was a resident of The Wellington before she passed and I have to say the Apartment was very well taken care of and the staff was amazing. I had the opportunity to dine with her in the dining room and the food and staff were surprisingly very good! My Grandmother was very happy there and was treated so well. I would definitely recommend The Wellington to anyone that is interested.

I am very happy being here. Everyone is very kind to me. I enjoy the food and the fellowship.

The Wellington has the most helpful staff and the friendliest residents around. When I toured, not only was I impressed by how pretty and clean the building is; but everyone stopped to visit with me. The residents were all smiles. You can tell they are happy here; and that makes me feel at ease about moving into senior living.

Staff members are extraordinary- caring and compassionate. There is a real team spirit- no one ever says "that's not my job," but everyone is willing to do whatever is needed. Everyone is friendly and personable.

I moved here in October 2021. I have an apartment directly across from the library and near the outdoor patio. I find the staff friendly and helpful, meals good for institutional food. Would recommend to others.

I visited willow grove of maumelle and had a wonderful and amazing tour I was looking for a place for my family members I had visited other communities and by far willow grove of maumelle was the best 5star!

This facility is perfect for mom. The only suggestion I have is better handling of patients who don't want to get out of bed. They're not very effective with helping with motivation. I would love to see that improve. Housekeeping does a good job with keeping her room clean. Communication with the family is exceptional. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Mom has been living at the Wellington about 6 years now. She loves it here and really enjoys all the activities.

We toured with Rose Arbor & Wildflower Lodge and loved this facility - it was our second choice. We just got a really good vibe from the moment we walked in. The gentleman who showed us around the facility did a great job. The reason we decided against this one was just because it was more expensive. They included more things in the monthly rent that my loved one would not have taken advantage of. It looked like a great facility.

Beautiful apartments and saw so many people that looked like they enjoyed living there. They had arts and crafts going on and outside entertainment having everyone dancing and having a great time. When I get ready, this is definately the place I want to go!
