Wonderful facility. great staff. excellent programs and activities for residents. Very homey atmosphere

The food was good. I saw plenty of activites. Its expensive but for what they provide, it's a fair price. They offer three meals per day/snacks., and they have a kitchen available for residents to cook.

They are trying very hard with my mother and father, I give them 5 stars. They are doing absolutely everything they can. They offer a lot of activities and from what I have seen they are very good, but my parents are not participating. They have had no complaints about the food. My mother has Alzheimer's and my dad has Lewy body dementia, they are trying everything they can to get them involved, feel comfortable, and caring for them. we could not ask for anything more and would highly recommend Aspen Grove to other families. They are great with communication to the family.

We had a wonderful experience at The Etta at Shavano Park. The staff is great the food is great, it was all around a positive experience. My loved one really enjoyed his time here, but he decided that he wanted to move home with me so that is what we are going to do. I would highly recommend the facility to others.

Living at The Oaks has completely transformed my mother's sadness into joy. The people are very friendly. The meals are incredible, and she loves the kitchen staff. She loves the management staff. Overall she's very happy. Her apartment is adorable, and she loves it. It's very spacious for one person. The bedroom is huge. The closet is huge. It's very cozy, and she likes it a lot. She also likes having her own outdoor space.

This was my third pick on the list. I liked this community, and was very well pleased.

What was the deciding factors for us was just how helpful and informative the staff were - also everything they have said is the truth. The friendliness of the staff and overall value gets 10 stars and based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families

They could work to improve on the quality of the meals - they are not the best. They could also work on improving the activities there is just not much going on during the day.

I absolutely love the kitchen staff and the food. Everything so far is amazing, flavorful and beautiful presentation.

I love to cook and have done so for groups over the years. Cooking and meal prep and presentation requires skill and training. The staff at North Point do a superb job of three meals per day, seven days per week. The taste, presentation , and obvious love for the residents is consistent. Keep up the great work of the team.

Overall North Pointe assisted living is the place to be. It is a clean,friendly place. Love the activities. I ate supper with my mom and the food was great. Will be eating with her again.

The food is phenomenal. It is a great well-balanced meal and they always make sure their residents receive their food just how they like. 5 stars for the kitchen!

My mom is living at North Pointe. She has always been a picky eater. The dietary team at North Pointe has actually helped put a few pounds back on because they have some good southern cooking. If mom does not like what their main entrée is they will fix her something else. They fixed her a chicken finger salad that was better than restaurant salad. They have the best cooks. If you are looking for an assisted living community for your mom or dad, you have to visit North Pointe. You will not be disappointed with their food at all. There meals deserve a 10 star but it will not let me give that!

I can't speak highly enough about Heritage at the Plains. It's an excellent facility overall. The residents are well taken care of by the staff members. They have a lot of activities, including group activities. The staff won't allow somebody to just stay in their room by themselves. The food is excellent - the meal we had there was very good. And everybody just seems to be so relaxed and happy.

We really like the care that was given to our loved one, we really liked the meals - they were very good and organized. The staff members were just outstanding and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families

The staff is very caring. The place is very clean. The food here is appetizing.

The building is very clean and homey. We have a wonderful staff here. All of the other residents are like family to me. We are always looking out for one another, like a family. I am grateful to be living here.

I have been living here for a little while now. All of our meals are great. I rarely do a menu change. They always try to gear our meals towards things we all like as a community. The caregivers and staff are very helpful when I need it.

I enjoy all of the music they play for us throughout the day. I usually dance to it when I come out for meals. The employees at the waterford are always there when you need them. I love that I can go to the administrators when I am need need of something because their doors are always open.
