The Lumina staff are very welcoming and take time to get to know the families as well as the residents. We also liked the setup of Lumina and how safe it felt for our loved one, especially with the monitoring in every room and in the facility. They also had a lot of activities that kept residents and their families engaged within Lumina and the community.

I would give the facility an easy 5. All of the staff I've interacted with have been very nice and helpful. The facility is beautiful. His room is a nice size. The bathroom especially is spacious, even by assisted living standards. He hasn't really been going to activities despite my urging but he loves the food and is very prompt for every meal. I would definitely recommend them.

Lumina Las Vegas has been an excellent choice for my dad's needs. He has dementia and the staff and programs at Lumina have been a welcoming experience. Super friendly staff provide superior care and assistance as needed. The food is high quality and the presentations are much like a quality restaurant. [name removed] and [name removed] make the onboarding a breeze and every care giver and medical tech have been extremely friendly and helpful. While my dad was originally resistant to change, he has settled in very quickly and loves everyone involved in his care.

So far I would give all 5s. We have been very impressed so far.she has only been there one month but all good so far. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Anything we have needed they have been there to help. We also got off the waitlist for a bigger unit quicker than expected and they have been great with the transition,etc.

Our dad, 86, has been a resident for 1 year and he & we love EL. His room is bright and always clean. There is no smell in the halls. The food is great. Everyone on staff smiles and is welcoming. Lots of great activities including daily happy hours. They have trips and bring groups in, have movies and lectures. He does not engage with as many activities as we would like but the ones we have attended with him have been great. Highly recommend Echo Lake to anyone looking for great quality care.

They have friendly people and staff. They are caring - I was in the hospital twice and I was told I was missed. I would recommend this community to others.

We were very impressed with our visit to Artisan as we considered independent living and memory care for my parents. The community was well integrated among the stages of care. We were most impressed with the memory care program and how the neighborhood was purposefully designed using Teepa Snow’s approach to care for those with dementia. The facility was designed for social engagement and activity and was lively with residence. The team of staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, and showed respect and care to every resident in the community we saw that day. I would recommend visiting for those looking for warm and inviting “next home”.

I visited a friend in her modern and well arranged apartment. There were several windows and the natural light added to the setting. I found the numerous Common areas were inviting as well and people were taking advantage. The Dining area was well maintained, with friendly service and the food was very good. Staff was helpful and my friend has been enjoying her stay. She’s joined a few of the extra curricular activities as well. I would gladly stay at the Artisan when that time comes.

[name removed] is always there to help with a smile on her face. You can tell she enjoys helping the residents. We all appreciate [name removed], Christmas is coming and she deserves and has earned a special bonus.

[name removed] is an outstanding life enrichment assistant. She bring a very warm and personal touch to her work and spends extra time making sure my very shy sister is included in activities. She has made a tremulous difference in [name removed] life try helping make her feel important and included. She has aa rare talent that brighten every day for everyone.

My mom is there for a temporary (we hope) 30 day stay. She’s been at a couple other facilities before this for 20-30 stays and couldn’t stand them. But 20 days into Artisan at Hudson and she couldn’t be happier. She’s treated well by all the staff, and feels like family. They’ve been very attentive to her needs, including dietary restrictions (as best as can be managed). If she needs more than 30 days, no doubt this is where she will be!

I really enjoyed the tour at Artisan. [name removed] was extremely knowledgeable and friendly as other staff members I spoke to. The community is very clean and well designed. The residents were very happy. I would recommend it to anyone.

I recently visited my mother after her move into Artisan and enjoyed seeing her happy, comfortable, and thriving! Especially after moving from an uncomfortable rehab situation, we were hesitant however she immediately felt at home and is enjoying the activities and accommodations. This was a great reassurance that we made the right decision trusting Artisan!

[name removed] and her team were outstanding to work with. [name removed] is super responsive, supportive and helpful. We were very impressed with the memory care programming. The community was lovely and very well kept up!

The people are lovely and the food is good. Lots of activities are available and the rail trail is very nice.

My partner and I started visiting Lumina to teach a yoga class with my therapy dog, as a way to give back to a population that is near and dear to our hearts. [name removed] welcomed us with open arms. We love seeing the residents and making them smile. Storm always gets lots of pets and snuggles, so her review would also be awesome. Thank you for taking such good care of the residents and letting us share a little bit of love with them.

This is the most vibrant memory care facility I have been in. All the staff are on point, super friendly, and welcoming. The activity schedule is full of fun things to do. Both my mom and my father have lived in Care homes, and the activities at both their homes don't compare to the ones they have at Lumina. I highly recommend this place because they want your loved one to be engaged and enjoy life in their final stages.

Everyone here is friendly and the food is good. You can spend time by yourself or play games with other residents. There are movies to watch in the theater and trips to go on together. You can also enjoy walking around the garden. The housekeeping staff is wonderful. They change my sheets and keep the floor clean.

I love it here. It's clean quiet, and I feel protected and safe. The physical therapy is wonderful. It helps keep me active each day. The people in the the community are so nice.
