Staff is very friendly, helpful, and hardworking. The move-in and move-out process was easy. I would recommend this facility.

My loved one is a resident at The Bentley and overall things have been good. However, the food is a hit or miss and I do wish that they had a better housekeeper for the units.

The staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Clean and friendly staff, but there's been a big turn over with staff. I like the large rooms & big bathrooms.

We have only been here about 60 days. The price is good. I would recommend Sodalis Austin.

My family & I chose Sodalis TC because it is close to home but when we walked in, the friendly, welcoming atmosphere sealed the deal for us. The place was clean, everyone spoke to you, not just the staff but the residents also. SInce being there from Oct. 2023, they celebrate many holidays and special occasions. Welcome families to join in the celebrations. Exec Director, [name removed], is on top of things. Any concerns we've had or she has had, she contacts us immediately. My mother loves everyone that works there.

They are currently renovating the facility. They do seem slightly under staffed but the staff they do have, have been wonderful. The value is great! This was the main reason we chose Sodalis. They've been very kind, welcoming and helpful when I've been there.

The price. And faith in the new administration, the obvious updating and renovation going on, very friendly residents. The shower build is poor however, pretty tricky and narrow, not very safe.

Everyone is very nice and the staff is very helpful. This is the first time I've ever been in a place like this I've always lived with my wife or by myself the last five years so far everything is going great! I sure do like it here.

I would say that my dad seems to really enjoy it and is comfortable. I liked the location and the cleanliness over other places.

Med techs are the BEST! Understaffed, manager does not even have an assistant. The scheduling of meals is very compact. Everyone has to come within an hour. Those with walkers are urged to keep walkers by hall and walk to tables. Food seems to be red meat much of the time. Need to offer grilled cheese sandwiches, tuna, egg salad sandwiches and hot dogs. Simple foods. Would like to have a little longer time for each meal, perhaps 1 1/2 hours so it is not so crowded. Overall though people are very friendly, cost is reasonable for today’s economic mess. I would recommend Pinewood Hills to my friends.

It's a good community with a few small problems. We picked this community because the price, and for what you get.

The facility is beautiful and everything is newly redone. The staff is welcoming, but not overly so. The activities are better than some other places, but they still are focused on things inside the building more than outside the building. Also, the add-on medical care we've gotten there has been uneven. We're working on that.

The facility is clean and they are attentive to our needs when we call upon them. I like the size of the facility. Also since it's only about 60 residents. My biggest concern about sodalis Is staffing levels and their penchant for calling out over holidays and holiday weekends. They need a better staffing level and a more accountable staff. Accountable to each other and accountable to their scheduled hours. They put undue pressure on the employees who are there all the time. But overall, I find the staff to be caring and compassionate And I've been told by my mother-in-law the food is good.

Have repairs needing attention, dinner meals need to vary, staff are great considering they are short staffed. Corporate needs to make positions filled for further relief of overworked current staff.

I enjoy the quietness in my apartment as well as the activities that are offered and the people that are here. However, the food services leaves A LOT to be desired.

The Maddison is a clean, and nice place to live. However, not everyone wants to eat in the cafeteria with a lot of people. My loved one likes to eat and watch TV. They are adding $[removed]per month to your already $[removed]. I'm very unhappy about that.

They are through some changes due to new management but once that is ironed out, it will be great for everyone! So reasonable on price and very nice rooms! They have and are upgrading many things! People to live and work there are so nice!

Our family really likes the size of the apartments they have for the residents as well as the bathrooms, they are nicely sized. Also the staff members and other residents living there are nice and friendly.

I am currently a resident at Arlington Plaza and most everything has been very good for me here. The meals are okay. Overall, Arlington Plaza is a good place.
