On the tour we saw a good place and nothing was wrong with the place. The person who gave the tour was friendly and professional. They were also knowledgeable about the community. It just was not my mother-in-law's pick.

Elmcroft has the perfect layout for assisted living. It's one story, the hallway goes in a circle, with a beautiful outdoor garden in the center. Mother was very happy there. The staff was caring and became like family. [Removed], the Executive Director, is amazing and treats everyone like family. [Removed] the activities director, was energetic, caring and friendly. Alma was one of Mom's favorite staff members. Elmcroft became like home. Many groups visit, including church and school groups. Nice entertainment on Family Nights as well, and the ice cream parlor is precious! This was a lovely place for Mom to live.

The other residents were enjoying the activities, and we were able to see the menu that is available. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

We just visited our dear friend that has just moved into Elmcroft-Martinez. We were so impressed with the office staff and the staff overall, they were so friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely consider Elmcroft if I ever needed the services of assisted living. The facility itself was beautiful, clean and inviting.

We toured this community. The staff was very nice and caring. The community is clean. They have a nice library and the community is beautiful. The other residents were nice and friendly and were happy to be there for the good care. The variety of meals are appealing and the activities are offered to the residents that want to participate. We would recommend this community for other families for the care of a loved one.
