I appreciate the people here A+ Elmcroft who take care of my parents. They have been attentive to the needs of mom and dad.

My mother has been in this community since Feb 2015. She was placed on the assisted living side at first and now is a resident in HV. From 2015 to present live seen the changes that have been made at this community. The entrance is more instructing and have homely look. All staff during my mom’s stay (assisted side, “HV) have always been very friendly, concern, attentive, responsive, caring and informative. The housekeeping team ([removed]) are always smiling, [removed] and [removed] have always been responsive and willing to assist when needed with appointment, the nutrition team ([removed]) always assisting with moms needs and the nursing team are always (smiling, creative with activities ([removed]), patient ([removed]) [removed] and [removed] have always been available when I have questions, concerns are when something is needed. Great Team! The reception team ([removed]) always smiling. [removed] is a delight and works very well with assisted living residents. I usually see them in activities would nice if HV residents had a dedicated activity leader CPT) Only Concerns – snacks need variety for HV; new changes to enhance. Look good!! Leave it at that.

It’s a lovely facility and my sister likes it. I’ve only been here once, but have heard good things.

This is the nicest facility I’ve ever seen. All the staff are so caring and nice. I’ve never seen anything like it!! Thank you!

I love the place and all the wonderful staff. I know I have made some, many problems, please for going me. I am sorry, but when I see some people do what they please and never concern about other people’s feelings it hurts. Special when they are always in your room taking things from you. It hurts as my family work hard to keep me here.

The staff at Elmcroft seem nice. Mom has started to participate in some of the daily activities. The grounds are nice, however I think they could do a little more frequent cleaning in the memory care unit. The food is good and they offer lots of vegetables. I do feel it is better for the residents to have visitors. I would recommend this community.

A Place for Mom was very helpful in giving me options for a facility for my father. I would recommend to anyone to use this free service.

The move for my mother-in-law has been going very well with no complaints from us. We are very thrilled with all the community offers for the residents. I like everything from the good meals to the many activities planned. The staff are doing an awesome job.

We Love this place!!! My parents are here and the staff is so good to them. The Food is wonderful and sometimes I eat dinner with them. [Removed] are Great.. The Senior citizens there are also a delight.

I liked most of the staff although I have had some major issues with one of the nursing staff that is being addressed. I am very pleased that my mother is doing so well and is enjoying all the great activities that are offered there. She also likes going to the dining area and the food is very much to her liking. I feel that we were having issue of refilling meds and making sure her blood pressure is being monitored on regular bases. The activities director is amazing and he is taking the residents on lots of interesting field trips and getting them involved.

This is a wonderful community, and my mother is really enjoying her time here. I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. The director is very attentive. She is always here, and stays on top of the staff. The staff is great. They have been very helpful whenever needed, and very kind when I visit. This is a brand new facility. So everything looks great, they do a very good job with the cleanliness. There is always something going on for the residents. They offer plenty of activities through out the day. The meals are very good I know she is safe, and in good hands. This is an amazing community, and I would highly recommend.

My dad is having a good time and he is enjoying the community. We eat lunch or dinner with him and the food tastes great there. I notice when he pushes that button they are right there quickly. I definitely would recommend them to anyone. A Place For Mom was great and helpful. I wanted him near me so the family can be there all the time.

They were a nice community but we did not get a connecting feeling when visiting. They were professional and gave us more than enough information to make the right choice. They did great.

This is a nice community for care for a loved one. We liked that tour that would have been a nice place for care for my mom. The staff is caring and able to answer questions We like the menu and the activities. We wanted a community closer. We would suggest this community for good care and the value that is offered.

My sister has been here for almost 9 years. I would not think of her living anywhere else. Everyone here always lifts a hand to help many show acts of kindness always.

I love Elmcroft. The food is delicious.
