This community is working out well for my father, and his needs. Since he left rehab, and moved here he is doing a lot better. I do feel comfortable with his move here, they are taking good care of him, and his needs. The staff is good, and they are meeting all our needs in caring for him, and needs. They do a good job with the cleanliness, everything looks nice, and clean when I visit. There are good activities offered, and he is pleased with meals. It is a convenient location for us to travel too. Everything has worked out well since my fathers move to this community, and I would recommend it.

I would give the Elm Croft 5 stars! My mother has lived there for 14 months and she loves it. The staff is very friendly and take care of her every need. She recently needed some different medical supplies and they took care of it without me having to ask! I would recommend them to everyone that needs assisted living! Good job Elm Croft!

My mother has been in this community since Feb 2015. She was placed on the assisted living side at first and now is a resident in HV. From 2015 to present live seen the changes that have been made at this community. The entrance is more instructing and have homely look. All staff during my mom’s stay (assisted side, “HV) have always been very friendly, concern, attentive, responsive, caring and informative. The housekeeping team ([removed]) are always smiling, [removed] and [removed] have always been responsive and willing to assist when needed with appointment, the nutrition team ([removed]) always assisting with moms needs and the nursing team are always (smiling, creative with activities ([removed]), patient ([removed]) [removed] and [removed] have always been available when I have questions, concerns are when something is needed. Great Team! The reception team ([removed]) always smiling. [removed] is a delight and works very well with assisted living residents. I usually see them in activities would nice if HV residents had a dedicated activity leader CPT) Only Concerns – snacks need variety for HV; new changes to enhance. Look good!! Leave it at that.
