Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience - the person who gave the tour was super nice

Our loved ones are very happy with Sodalis Martinez community, no matter what the circumstances are if anything happens with our loved ones the staff give us a call right away and that is something we are so appreciative of. Our loved ones are very well taken care of, the staff are great with them they keep them happy, healthy and busy with activities. They really are on top of it and we would absolutely recommend this community.

Suffering from dementia is frightening for the person and family. I am so grateful for all the comfort and reassurance I felt from [name removed] and her staff the year my mom spent at Sodalis . It was nice to see her smile again, she was a happy person again that loved everyone. Thank you again to the staff for the wonderful care you provide not only to my mom but to everyone there.

The administration team has been wonderful, we really like all the interaction with the staff members. So far we have heard no complaints from our loved ones about the meals so we have to assume they are good. As far as we know they have a really robust activities program which is great

As you walk into Sodalis you are walking into an inviting and welcoming committee who is always helpful . I’ve been given a tour , it’s nice to see residents engaged in activities and welcoming as well . Their infectious smiles make it known you are in a comfortable and inviting setting . Their courtyard is so inviting . Their residents are very well taken care of . Sodalis Staff thank you ! Always opening your doors to help !

We were at a different facility previously that we were unhappy with, and Sodalis Martinez is so much more quaint, cleaner, and nicer. The staff has been wonderful. They take the time to call us and let us know what's going on with my dad. They're on top of paperwork AND care. They are great with my dad. The activities are awesome - they have so much going on. This is how a place should be run. It has been so refreshing getting my dad into a place like this.

A hidden gem that has really has a great staff and has just been renovated. They are very accommodating and easy to work with.

You have to be here in person to really experience the goodness that is in this place. Great staff and resident family!

My husband and I love the job Sodalis is doing. The problem is my mother in law. My in-laws moved there as my FIL needed help caring for her. By himself, he would fine and independent at home. She has been in the hospital or rehab since they time the went to live there (there for maybe a total of 9-10 days) The staff at Sodalis have been great for the most part. My father in law dislikes the "prison" aspect of assisted living. He still drives and would like to come and go whenever he pleases, without using a code to get in it having staff open the door. They are remodeling the kitchen right now and food is being brought in from outside the facility.

Unfortunately our loved one was only there for [date removed] but during that time we had worked with the staff extensively. From the start the entire staff team and head of nursing were very easily accessible. We could email them or text them with any questions or concerns. Their community was very open and always had quick response times.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sodalis Austin while they were hosting an event. The staff who I encountered were very friendly, and the residents I interacted with seemed to be well cared for. The facility itself was nicely maintained and pleasant to look at. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Sodalis Austin, and would love to visit again.

My experience with the staff has been amazing. Their love for the residents is obvious. There is always great energy with a welcoming atmosphere.

We have had several meals and they have been delicious it is not like institutional food at all. They have morning and afternoon activities and they even take the residents on field trips. Our loved one has a one bedroom, with a one bath with a little kitchen area and living room. Based on our experience with Sodalis Milton so far we would recommend them to other families

We went with Sodalis Temple because I liked the overall feel of the facility and we really liked the director when we first met him. We came on a dreary day and the hallways were all very well lit which was important to us. Everybody is super friendly and helpful, the staff and the other residents. This is her first experience so there is an adjustment period, but she is getting used to everything. I would definitely recommend this facility to other families.

This community was small and there were not many mobile residents and they seemed to be in chairs or on walkers. My loved one is very physical and active so i wanted her in a more active community. There was also not a lot of outdoor area for the residents. This was a very good tour and gave me all of the information that I needed in regards to this community.

Referred by a friend, I first checked it out because it is relatively close. I was impressed and kept coming back for more. The staff were always interacting with the residents and helpful to me. In fact, they helped me with a major problem that was delaying moving my husband there. And, on the first day, he thanked me for finding him such a nice place.

My dad has been there for a few years now and everyone has been helpful in assisting him.

Very nice community with great staff. It is very clean. It really feels like home.

I am over the moon that my mother is a part of the Sodalis Pensacola family! Moving her from [community name removed] to Sodalis Pensacola, sight unseen, was very scary, but the transition exceeded my expectations! As soon as we walked in, so many new faces greeted us and at that moment I knew how lucky we were to call this mom’s new home! The facility is beautiful! The staff so far has been A++ I know my mother is safe in their care.
