Everything is great! Been here 4 years!

Living here is a pleasure. My apartment is a sunny location for me and my little dog. The staff is caring. The food is wonderful!

I hated the thought of Mom and Dad having to uproot from my childhood home. But the memories will always be with us and they have already made new ones that I will treasure forever. Thank you MS for allowing them to continue to love the life they live!

Beautiful community! The atmosphere here is just so friendly! I happened to be in the neighborhood and decided to stop in to see the progress since their open hosue. They welcomed me with open arms and were happy I stopped in to visit!

I love it here! Everyone makes me feel happy! Everyone makes me feel important! Everyone shows me love!

I didn't think I would like being in assisted living. But now... there is no where else I could imagine calling my home.

After discussing my situation, [name removed] was very helpful in explaining how they could help my mom. I'm new to all of this and dementia is scary. Mom was just diagnosed; when the time is right I could definitely see the benefits a community like this could provide.

How can we ever thank you for the wonderful care we received to celebrate our mother’s 90th birthday. My mother is still on cloud NINE! She wants to take out a newspaper ad to say, THANK YOU! Magnolia Springs was so helpful in every way. You provided us a lovely space, all the chairs, tables and table clothes for the event. [Name removed] was right there to dump the trash as it became so full on the patio. He also saved us on different occasions letting us store items in the refrigerated walk- in. It was so hot, so we needed this! He also helped us with a cart, suggestions on how to best conduct the party outside, and the list goes on….. We had the absolute best party. (I hope we weren’t a problem?) [Name removed] at the front desk was also so helpful with our guests coming in and out. She also checked in with our mom to make sure she was having fun! How thoughtful. I know so many guests were impressed with the facility, and I bragged to them all about Magnolia Springs over and over again on this day. The philosophy at Magnolia Springs is real, not just a marketing term. Magnolia Springs wants its residents to feel like they can use the facility like it is their own home. THAT WAS SO TRUE! And we sure did use it! The outdoor patio was a wonderful party space. The kids could do a bit of putting, and corn-hole. That was just terrific. Thanks again from our entire family. You only turn 90 once. And this party has brought my mother to LIFE with her enthusiasm, her delight and her appreciation to everyone at Magnolia Springs for such a wonderful birthday. However, let it be known with [name removed], her birthday celebration needs to go the entire month of September! Ha! ( and to think it will soon be a year she has lived at MS. I think we have made great strides over the year for the better, in many areas of her life-THANK YOU) -The [name removed] Family

Clean. Competent. Accommodating. Possible placement

Magnolia Springs at Bridgewater is a superb Assisted living Community. There are so many activities, special events, and outings that my wife and I often regret not having enough time and energy to do all the ones we would like to participate. The administrative team does an excellent job providing the leadership and inspiration that is behind making this a great community. The culinary/dining room and meals/food is a pleasant social experience, and the preparation and presentation pf the food is outstanding. My wife has noticed I eat food that I normally would not like or eat previously. My apartment is spacious and homey, well tended, comfortable, clean, as well as the building and grounds themselves. It sometimes feels like I live in a luxury hotel with all the comforts of home. The care I receive is prompt and delivered by caring staff. If I have to wait more then 5 min for care, I wonder if there is a problem with the paging system. The concierges are kind, efficient, and assist us well to meet our needs, smiling, with answers. Overall, my experience at Magnolia Springs at Bridgewater has exceeded my expectations and we are very content.

Following based on score of 1-10 (10 being best): Staff: 10 - love them Residents: 10 - know names and greet daily with love Helpers: 10 - very nice, smiling and always there Waiters and kitchen staff: 10 - smart, there for you We came for food - the dining room. If we are up 8hrs/day we easily could spend 3 hours in dining room. We are old, like the food we grew up with. Food: 8.5-9

Hard to believe it's been a year since our last review, but as the saying goes: time flies when you're having fun here. Always something going on! Activities and parties are always happening to celebrate the serious and special dates. Our family here has grown, its ever changing but remains loving, caring, respectful and it's lovely to live in such a place as this is. I couldn't imagine it getting better but it does!

I visited 10 assisted living facilities before deciding on Magnolia Springs. I have never regretted the choice. It is all about the caregivers who are kind and compassionate. No matter when the staff's position they are willing to help.

This place is amazing! They have treated my mom like a queen. She’s changed so much since moving in. She’s happy and laughs and has so many friends!

Grand View is a wonderful place for your loved one to live. The staff shows so much love and compassion for the residents or as they would call them " friends". I have never been to place as such that provides so much care on so many different levels. I love how the community is a home like environment. The daily programs and meals are amazing. During my tour, they were hosting something special through their Meaningful Moments Program called a"Residents Choice Day." This was a day they planned for a special resident that included his favorite meal, hobbies and lots of other interesting things about him. They even invite the families in to be apart of that day. That was so breath taking to me because they truly went beyond to make that special resident feel just that " SPECIAL'. I would recommend Grand View to anyone that is looking for placement for his/her loved one.

Grand View Alzheimer's Special Care Center in Peoria, Il is head and shoulders above the rest of these places that pretend to be memory care providers. I recently had the privilege of having my dear mother admitted to Grand View. The staff and residents all welcomed her with open arms and could not have been more helpful to us. The love between the staff and residents is palpable. What a wonderful community. My only regret is that my father was not able to live at Grand View. He lived at a poorly run memory care community in Washington, IL because Grand View was full at the time. My biggest advice to anyone looking for memory care is to go experience Grand View and get your loved-one on the list for accommodations. Grand View is the only place I would trust to deliver on what they promise. We are all so happy with our decision to place Mom here.

[Name removed] was a hoot! So friendly, calming, reassuring and very attentive. The place looked like a hotel lobby - did not look like a nursing home or smell like one (that was very important). Love the layouts of the rooms and the hallways too - very smart design. Friendly staff with longevity. Lots of rooms for activities to keep mom busy...that was comforting as well. And very affordable.

[Name removed] and [name removed] have been a great addition to Memory Way. Staff is always available to provide assistance and/or answer questions. Very thankful we found Magnolia Springs.
