In all of my long years of geriatric nursing, I have never experienced or witnessed such excellent care and caring for the residents here. This place if the best.

I have been a personal caregiver for one of their residents for over 1.5 years. The facility and staff at Magnolia Springs are top-notch. I love coming here every day and enjoy getting to interact with the wonderful residents and staff.

Living here is close to living in my home. At age 94 I get the atmosphere I need this knowing I got the comfort that someone is watching over me. Thank goodness for a great place to live out my senior years.

The employees are caring and welcoming. The layout is very nice, clean and well kept. The residents are well cared for and loved by the employees. If I had parents in need of a place to live, I would definitely go to Magnolia Springs.

I would highly recommend Magnolia Springs Loveland! I've had the unique experience with both my mother and father living in Assisted Living, and then as my dad needed more care, moving him to memory care. One of the things that strikes me most is that the leadership and staff deeply care about the residents. It comes across in big and small ways. The decision to move my dad to memory care was difficult and the compassionate and informed counseling and advice I received every step of the way was so valuable. Seeing how well my dad has done in memory care validated it was the right decision. The stimulation from activities and interactions with the staff and residents has been fulfilling for dad and he's happy and very well cared for. I've also been very impressed with the leadership during the pandemic. We have regular zoom calls where the director and staff provide updates and plans. They have upheld the highest standards keeping residents and staff safe and have gotten very creative with how to do safe, supervised visits outdoors (constructed plexiglass booths) and socially-distanced 'parades' to create connection and excitement.

This loving and caring community is the best. [Names removed] are so compassionate and friendly and understanding of my husband and all the residents. The staff including caregivers, is great!

Hands down one of the best communities I have been to in Northern KY. The staff is very friendly and the residents seem very well kept and happy.

The employees are nice and make me feel very welcome. I like that I don't have to cook my meals. The food is good.

I would recommend the community, the value is good. I have been pleased, and not sure if you can get more for the value. I know what we are paying, and am not sure if my loved one would partake in the other benefits at other communities. The community has had a lot of turnover with staff. Their administrator had come on last year, and they already have a new director. My loved one doesn't care for the food; however it's one person's opinion.

This community is exceptionally clean, the staff is just wonderful, there is really nothing bad that we can say about this place. This community is expensive but you get what you pay for. The care services are amazing. the offer a lot of activities like arts and crafts and different games. Before COVID they would take the residents out on different outings. They have an entire calendar that lists the daily events and activities.

Magnolia Springs has been a blessing to our family - especially during this pandemic. The staff has provided such great, SAFE care to all the residents even though the times are touch. The safe surroundings for limited visits are greatly appreciated. Thanks for making my dad smile!

We chose this facility mostly because of the affordability. The room sizes here seem very generous, my mother has a 1 bedroom and it is plenty of space for her. Pre-covid, the food was very good and she was happy with it. It has been a little limited now due to the virus. The best part about the facility would be that they are very good at communication, especially with the families during COVID. I also like that they have a mentor program where they help her get involved. One downside is the transportation to appointments. It has been a hustle trying to get her places due to the bus service. Overall, I would recommend.

Our first impression of Birchwoods was that it was excellent. For us it was a very good value, but for those who loved ones were more independent it would be more higher priced, but for us it was perfect. The CNA's at this community were great, we also brought in outside services to help out like a physical therapist. The rooms at this community are very functional, they did offered a variety of room sizes to choose from depending on what you needed.The food was good, no excellent but overall good.

This is a nice place and a low amount to be there, it's not a bad price compared to others. The food is good. The nursing staff is taking care of my loved one. The room is nice and they were able to furnish some of the room. We were able to bring our loved's one bed and chair.

Great facility with friendly staff who display professionalism and take great care of residents.

It's really good. It was a big adjustment for me to move and everything has worked out wonderfully.

I have lived in 4 different retirement facilities, independent and assisted living, over the last 12 years, in two states. Magnolia Springs Lex is by far the best of the 4 in all areas of review.

Magnolia Springs is a wonderful facility - easily one of the best in the state of Kentucky. The staff and management are very welcoming, friendly, and truly caring. Residents are very happy with a true sense of community. The facility is always spotless and even with COVID, there is always something fun for residents to do.

I am a Hospice Nurse who sees patients at this facility and I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff are to work with. They truly love their residents and trust them like family. I love working with them as they are always available to give me updates on my patients. They work hard to keep them safe and keep them comfortable. I love this place!
