Magnolia Springs became home to my Dad. While hesitant initially about the idea of leaving his home, after a couple of weeks he lost all interest in going back to his house. He enjoyed the social activities, the other residents, the staff and the food. It gave all of us great peace of mind to see how he became involved and enjoyed being there. The staff were wonderful to him and if they noticed a change that concerned them, they called to make sure the family was aware and could follow up. Magnolia Springs hosts wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for families to come and have a holiday meal with their parent(s). It became a holiday tradition and made it so much easier for Dad when mobility became an issue. We were so fortunate to have found Magnolia Springs when we did. Don't know what we would have done without it. Thank you to the Assisted Living and Memory Care teams--you couldn't have done more.

My mother has been at Elmcroft for over 17 months. This is the second facility my mother has been in and this is the best one. I visit my mother 2-3 times a weel, I notice the following: 1) facility is clean. 2) my mother's room is clean/no orders. 3) My mother is dressed in clean clothes with hair combed. 4) the staff is friendly and appear to know their duties. 5) I'm kept informed on my mother;s condition, and 6) with my mother's memory that comes and goes at times, the staff is patient with her. Everything indicated a very good staff and a well managed facility. Thank you

My wife and I visited this area to spend some time with her sister living at Elmcroft. We traveled from Richmond, Virginia and have been impressed with the location. We also can't say enough good things of the care her sisiter is getting at Elmcroft.

In 2016 we checked out loved one in as she was no longer able to care for herself. The care that my loved one has received has been above and beyond. Excellante! Not like living in a facility but a wonderful community. Staff always cheerful and ready to help with anything. I visited many communities and found Elmcroft to be an outstanding choice!
