I would like to start by stating that the nursing staff has been phenomenal with my mother. Great care all around and she is happy there. The administrative team however is very unorganized. It has been a nightmare to get information. If my mother had resources this would be the last place that I would have her.

Right now there is a lot of construction going on so hopefully things will get better when they are finished (which will be years). The physical structure has been neglected for many years and now it's catch-up time. The landscaping is lovely and we are in a residential area which I like very much. We have lost a lot of independent residents because of the raise in rent. I have a 2 BR apartment which is very nice and spacious. I could go on and on, but I won't. All in all, it is a homey place to live. There are only 3 floors which contributes to the cozy feeling.

Value for the money you spend is great. Apartments are very spacious and clean. A little dated, but still very nice. Bridgeway is more apartment living. Meaning, it is very quiet and residents keep to themselves. There is not a lot of "communal" activity. There are some activities but not as many as I had hoped. Staff is very friendly and it is a completely safe environment.

They have never once brought my dad a monthly calendar of activities, and I have mentioned it before. They want him to always sit with a group of people a meal times. Sometimes he is ok with that and sometimes he just wants to eat alone in the dining room (which is fine). So now he always just eats in his room for every meal so he is not forced to sit with others. There is no outside area for residents to hang out, sometimes I see them just in the parking lot. At the beginning, I didn't know who to contact if I had questions or concerns. I had one nurses cell number and they always just told me to text her even though she is not working 24/7, I didn't feel comfortable with that. They do now have a central number which is nice. He never had an initial care plan meeting with the head nurse, I had to ask for it. They told me they do a reevaluation for level of care after 30 days and that hasn't been done yet. The rooms are lovely and very spacious. All the staff there is so nice. It seems to be pricey for what he personally is getting out of it. A lot of other places seem to do a more tailored monthly cost for each individual.

Seems like a nice place with what I assume my mother will need. [name removed] gave me plenty of information and a nice tour.

Older than some we have seen, however your pricing is very attractive.

This would be a good place for independent living. There doesn't seem to be enough assistance or staff for the residents in memory care and assisted living. If you are able to make it to the dining room, the food is great. The food that is served in the memory care and assisted living areas is second rate. If I don't say anything nothing gets cleaned.

The gal who gave us a tour was nice but we did not get a welcoming feeling that we were looking for.

They promised a lot of activities, but my loved one hasn't even left her room too many times. They're not active in the activities department. There are dining rooms they can't really use. They said they were going to pick her up and take her places and to activities, but they don't. I know Covid is impacting those things, but I think they could try harder. I think the food is okay, but my loved one isn't happy with it. The staff are all very friendly. They're very nice people. But when it comes to doing their job, they're not really doing it. Especially for the money we're spending, you'd think they would do better.

Loved [name removed]. Good tour. Unit is okay. Strong urine odor throughout floor. Location is doable. Probably will pass on this place, but keeping on my list until I check out other places.

I had some issues with this community when my mother first moved in. There were some promises that were made during the interview process, and they did not follow through with. We have had some housekeeping issues, and it took three weeks for them to correct the situation. Other than those issues she is very happy here. The other staff members have been very helpful. Overall it is a community I would recommend, everything seems to be working in the right direction, but I'am keeping my eye on everything.

So far we are having an okay experience here at this community. My package I got my husband and I, is one that allows us to live together. He is getting his assisted living care and I'am able to remain independent. He isn't getting all the AL attention he needs, and I'am paying for it. I have spoken to the director, and he is working to get my issues resolved. I do like the fact we able to bring our cats along with us. There are activities, and we get three meals a day. Overall It is still a work in progress for us here.

Started out great but as time went on the care and assistance provided really declined. The staff, nurses, management all gave us conflicting information on care level needed. It was not comforting that the care team was not on the same page. Was really disappointed with incontinence clean ups and help. Seems every time family was there we walked into needed clean ups. A lot has changed in the almost year of my loved one being here.

I was not happy with the staff member from this community. I was informed that there was a waiting list to get in. The community needs to repair the carpet. The staff was not very welcoming. Most of the residents were sitting in the hallway. They rushed me on the tour. This was a very close location to me. I would recommend that other families try and tour this community for there loved one.

When my parents first moved there it was really nice.But after another company bought it downhill it went. When my mother passed away 2 months ago she would press her alert button and have to wait a couple of hours sometimes to get help. The week ends are really bad because they have only a couple of people on duty for all the assisted living residents. On top of that I was told there was a grace period for clearing out the apartment and then they want to charge me for the days it took me to empty it. Plus they won't return my security deposit check. If you are planning on putting a loved one here really make sure you know what your getting in to.

1 - 1 Terrible. The staff including the head of Marketing and Executive Director are incompetent and clueless. I've left them both messages and neither have returned my call. 2 - 1 When we moved mom in the room was dirty. We found a broom and swept the floors ourselves. Found the roommate's underwear hanging in mom's bathroom. 3 - 1 Every day the CNAs on duty were playing on their phones instead of helping or interacting with the residents. 4 - 1 First day there the nurse did not have mom's medication. I literally gave the meds to their nurse when we arrived. Head nurse could not verify if mom received any meds all weekend. I found a pill on the floor in her room so maybe???? O ya at dinner time the nurse handed out the meds to the residents. She asked their name and gave them the pills. It's the memory ward! Do they know their own name? Would they just say yes to any name and take the pills? No IDs on any residents. 5 - 1 Again the Head of Marketing and Executive Director have still not returned my calls or texts. They owe us a refund. I gave them a month before the first reminder. It's now two months since we've left. I call them every week and still haven't heard from them. 6 - 3 Mom seemed to like it 7 - 3 Mom seemed to like it but it wasn't very often. 8 - 1 Definitely not worth it. I would NEVER recommend this facility!!

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! My mother left the facility in early [date removed], and we still have not received the [fee removed] security deposit. They have given us no reason for keeping the deposit - a letter was not sent in a timely fashion. Their only reason seems to be greed. We will be taking the owners to small-claims court. And we will be suing for double the deposit because they never sent the letter.

Do not move to this place.. when they finally opened up we were able to go into the assisted living apartment my mom had… We knew she wasn’t being taken care, but let me tell you finding feces all over the bathroom was quite disturbing. It’s been 75 days since we were allowed to remove her belongings and still have not gotten the security deposit back… Lots of Indians there but no Chiefs!

This is a good place if the resident is low maintenance . Despite promising that they were equipped to treat my brothers condition at the first set back they would not accept him back . He was there less than two months .

My mother was not provided the proper assistance she required and was promised. Based on my opinion some of the employees do not tell the truth.
