I loved the Regal Estates. My loved one lived there. Three friends of ours moved in. I think it's very welcoming to the residents. They want them to feel apart of their home. The facility is always very clean. The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. The staff is very friendly, nice, and accommodating. Everything is excellent here. I would recommend the Regal Estates to anyone searching for a nice community.

They do a fantastic job at Garden Estates of Temple, we are very happy with how things have turned out! The staff here are friendly and professional, and they seem to be very well organized. They're able to provide each resident with a great deal of one on one personal attention! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they have a lot to provide to the people who live here!

They do a very good job at Country Gardens! The staff here have been incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process, and really worked hard to help make the transition as easy as possible for my loved one. The care and the services they provide at Country Gardens really are a fantastic deal for the price, and the availability for shared room rates were a huge factor in our decision. My only complaint is that the common area in the Alzheimer's care wing seems a little small, otherwise we are completely satisfied!

I think RIver Oaks Place does a fantastic job. The staff are friendly and caring, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. My loved one was only here a short time, but they elft a very positive impression overall.

It is a pretty place. It is also very welcoming to everyone. Everyone smiles, speaks and really cares about each other. I visited 17 places. When I walked into Greatwood, I knew instantly I was HOME.

We have been happy with them. We don't have any concerns about how clean it's kept or how friendly the staff is. We don't get complaints about the food. There really isn't anything I can think of that I would like to see added or improved. I would rate them very highly so far.

They definitely have a very professional administrative staff, which is very inviting. It was really good to know that there was a good professional team there to greet the resident and go outside the box when needed to help her get transitioned into their facility.

My Grandmother is a resident. It is clean, the care is TOP NOTCH. The workers at Country Garden truly care for the residents and do everything they can to make them comfortable. My Grandmother was concerned there would be abuse of some kind but her fears were put to rest the first days! I love this place and the workers the only change I would make are more activities on the days when the activities director is off, they tend to get bored easily on those days and they need a cook who gives them more of a variety of foods. They get three meals a day but the residents regularly complain about how bad the food is.

The people at The Pointe are very attentive and always willing to help. They are always asking questions to find out how they can further accommodate us, and they do an excelling job. We are very well pleased.

My husband was at the carriage house inn. My overall rating would be five stars. My husband could not participate in all the activities, but they did offer many things to do. My husband was there for a short time and the staff was very nice and caring. The place was clean and friendly and we are very pleased with them.

Love this place! ONE SPOT IN BRIDGES COMMUNITY which has locks/code on floor- short term stays welcome though not in his case probably! have extensive knowledge of dementia (great EMORY docotrs who visit)- partnership with Emory Center for Health in Aging!, evergreen program proactive memory care-Alzheimer's support group-individual plan of action specialy trained dementia care- 20 memory care and 69 assistant living (89 total) can opt for ground food (no choking!)in a dining room. near olde towne tennis club Great web site. looks like a lot of FINANCIAL ADVICE fo selling home etc.., looks like medication care is a monthly fixed bill (think this is better than a one by one basis) also for free: senior relocation help regarding selling your home. advice on tax deductable stuff... 'Bridges' is for in between dementia and assisted living ; decatur one would have more possible opennings in dementia/memory care then we could transfer him to east cobb when spot in dementia care becomes available . Possibilty that he could be in 'bridges program' and do day programming with 'Evergreen'....if nurses thought this could work. Seems with medication, food and good care - dad would be great here.

I've been very happy with the staff in general, and Lisa the director has been great. It was a big change for them. The only thing is that they are having a hard time with not as much privacy as they are used to. I want the staff to check in on them, but maybe they could just make sure that they are ready for people before bringing a friend to the room. They take wonderful care of them, I am really pleased with the situation. The food is good and the only thing they miss is fresh fruits and vegetables, they understand though. The facility is clean, and the laundry is clean and meticulously folded, they love that.

Mom lived here fro 3 months and loved it. She is now back in her own home. Pelican Bay gets 5 stars.

Words are not adequate to describe how blessed we feel to be a part of the Country Gardens family. My mom, age 87, has been there now for two months. Making this move from her private residence to assisted living was not an easy one for her and was many months in the making. She fought it vehemently. But when it became clear to her that she could no longer live on her own, she agreed to move 4 hours from her home to join me (her daughter) here in the Atlanta area. After extensive research, I decided that Country Gardens was the place for her. The initial process with Scott, the Director, and all the staff was so smooth. Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming to both Mom and myself. That warmth and helpfulness has not waned at all since her arrival there. She quickly began making new friends and to this day so appreciates the professional, thorough, and loving care she receives. The staff is very diligent to keep me, as Mom's primary caregiver, up to date on Mom's status and needs. Mom feels such security in their presence, attentiveness and response to every need, regardless of what that need entails. Country Gardens provides a wide range of activities for their residents. Bottom line is, my Mom adjusted much more easily and quickly than I had anticipated and feels like she is "home" now. I even feel at home when I go visit her. Even though her room is relatively small, it is so very comfortable for her. The entire facility is consistently kept extremely clean, and both the outside and inside of the facility are well maintained. It is beautiful in appearance as well, both inside and out. My Mom is very particular where her food is concerned, and she has had nothing but positive things to say about meals at Country Gardens and the attentiveness of the dining room staff. We are extremely pleased with this Assisted Living facility in every regard. Both my Mom and myself can recommend it highly without any reservation. Thank you, Scott and staff at Country Gardens for making a comfortable home for my Mom!

We have been thrilled with our experience with the Court at Round Rock. My mother is so happy with her choice to move into her apartment there. She loves the food (so do we!) and the staff is very helpful. We highly recommend the Court to anyone!
