The staff here are amazing and treat the residents here with the upmost respect! My dad loves it which puts me at ease. Garden Estates, Tyler TX, is a great place!

We've been more than satisfied with the care that our 101 year old grandmother has received at The Pointe!! They have an "Angel on Earth" in one Jessica Garza....that personally goes out of her way to do little extra things for residents to make them feel loved and special....Family!!! Beautiful new facility. I was most impressed with the people I met who have an obvious passion and heart for seniors. I am certain my dad would be well cared for and made to feel very special here.

I met with [Removed] who are both wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and hard workers. I could call them anytime with all my questions. This facility is lovely, clean and full of life. So many activities that the residents are actively enjoying. So many things to do here like a resident run store, a quarterly auction event for the residents, happy hours, community outings, etc. The menu has lots of variety and the generous portions of food are quite good. I totally want to spend my golden years right here. Fabulous, friendly and helpful staff too.

All the staff was great and professional and very caring, Mr. [name removed] who was giving us the tour was very caring and understanding. We were so happy with him. Mom enjoys the food and is getting stronger since being there. Thank you Garden Estates.

The Court at Round Rock is excellent, and we are very happy to be here. The staff is outstanding. They are very friendly, and they are always ready to jump on anything we ask about or need help with. Everyone from the residents themselves to the maintenance people greet us and make us feel welcomed there. The food is plentiful, and balanced with a lot of variety. I think the chef does a great job. They offer a lot of activities, and the place is super clean and well-maintained. It's bright and homey. We are so pleased my loved one is here.

My Mom really enjoys being here. She’s very happy with the food; it’s well-balanced and there are a few different options she can choose from every day. Even outside of meal times, there’s more food than you could imagine. She really likes the staff, they’re very attentive to her needs, and she has become close with a lot of them. The only issues I’ve had have been the amount of time it took to get her medications sorted out and that her toilet has been backed up since she moved in. However, that’s something they’re actively working on fixing. Housekeeping comes by once a week to do her laundry, but they empty the trash at least once a day and there’s always someone coming in to help make her bed. They have a few different activities available like bingo and happy hours. Even during the holidays, they had elementary school children come in to sing carols for everyone. There’s always something new and fun going on. There have been a few hiccups overall, but they’ve been quick to work on them. I like that they’re a smaller, more intimate, community and that they’re family oriented. I would recommend them.

Was a great visit and think my dad will thrive there. I next step will be the hardest for us, but hope that he will accept the move gracefully.

Beautiful with a caring staff and good community involvement

I feel good about my decision for choosing this community. It is a nice clean building in a nice area. The staff is very nice he knows all of their names and they know him. He is happy here and the food is good and they get 3 meals a day. They clean for him on Tuesdays. He has a friend that will come and help him do his laundry and if he didn't want to do it all he needs to do is pay a little extra. He wanted out of Dallas and we are very happy with this community. I would recommend this place.

Care is very good. Truly care about my parents! I highly recommend this community to my friends!

This is a good place to live. They take good care of you – always have meals on time clean and well decorated, the room cleaning and laundry service is good. Some meals could be better but is generally ok.

This is a larger community than what we wanted for my dad ( age 99). It was nice and clean the staff answered all of my questions. But I just feel like dad would get overwhelmed here with so many people and activities. We needed a smaller community.

I have toured and also see patients in this facility. [removed] and [removed] do a great job! They make the atmosphere feel s friendly. The staff seem very compassionate.

I think it is a great place to live. I have met so many nice people here. We have all kinds of activities to do. We have a bus for doctor's appointments. The bus takes us to grocery and other places twice a week.

An excellent place to live. Many activities and employees are always nice and accommodating. To me, all residents seem very happy.

This is a wonderful facility, not only the building but the residents and staff. I have been here six months and I plan to stay here the rest of my life. We have a variety of activities to stimulate the mind and body.

This is a wonderful facility. We were very closely with the administration here. They are very professional and it’s very obvious that they love what they do and truly care about the residents that live there and employees that work there.

I work in the industry and go to multiple facilities, and I have to say this is my favorite facility to visit. The staff is so warm and friendly and the environment is beautifully decorated and clean. I would certainly recommend Antebellum for anyone looking for a comfortable assisted living facility!

Antebellum has the best staff they always willing to assist me when caring for the patients.
