While looking for an Assisted Living community in Oak Ridge,Tn I stopped at the Alexander Guest House. When I walked in the front door I had to ask some one if this was really an Assisted Living facility because it is not like any I have seen. It is very homey and looks like a nice hotel, which it used to be. I was given a tour of both assisted living and memory care, both are equally beautiful. I was impressed during my tour how the employees that I saw stopped and spoke to me. I spoke to a few residents who had only nice things to say about Alexander Guest House. Also, I was given a menu and an activity calendar and both looked great. I was told that the community is all inclusive in their prices and was pleasantly surprised that they were very affordable, actually their prices were lower than a lot of other assisted livings. I now just have to decide what size room I would like.

The building is absolutely beautiful. When we first walked in everyone was so friendly and they actually looked you in the eye to acknowledge you and say hello. We loved the tour and decided this would be the best place for our loved one. The staff are so caring and the nurses are very knowledgeable. It is so nice and reassuring to know that they provide 24 hour care and are always prompt in providing care to our loved one. This place is a blessing and I will recommend this place to everyone I come across needing the best for their loved one.

Loved this property! One of my absolute favorites thus far in our search! Great location for our family! [Name removed] is top notch in her organization of the entire facility! She was so helpful and comforting to me in her understanding of the transition from Skilled Nursing to Assisted Living. The fact that she is herself a nurse and lives in close proximity of the facility was an added plus! The hardwood floors in the apartments are gorgeous and far superior over carpet offered at other locations I have seen. I loved that the hallways were very wide, allowing wheelchairs to easily pass in both directions. The atmosphere was very homey and inviting. The residents placed their personal stamp on their entry areas, displaying personal momentos/decorations... absolutely precious! I am honestly torn between this and another property in "only" that the bathrooms need updating at The Pointe. It is, afterall, an older facility, but very clean and organized!

The staff members are helpful and really attentive. Mom had difficulties adjusting to her new home and the staff recognized this quickly. They recommended and I agreed that extra assistance was needed for a few days to help with the transition. Mom is doing much better and has settled in. The community has many activities to choose from during the day and the facility is kept quite clean. The residents as well as staff are very friendly. Good value. Glad we found this.

Beautiful community in a lovely neighborhood. The management team has dozens of years of experience and are passionate about ensuring your loved ones get the best care and live as independently as possible. Great activity program and plenty of food choices on the all day dining menus. Spacious apartments and competitive prices, along with a stellar reputation!

We enjoyed a tour of Court at Round Rock and got a chance to see all the positive amenities that would delight anyone looking for retirement living. We met several of the residents and they all sparkled!

The Pointe at Cedar Park Al is a home environment that is great for the patients and their families. The staff is very caring and loving. Great place to have your family and know they are safe and well cared for.

I love the feeling of community and the care my father receives. It is smaller than some other facilities which works great for my dad's dementia. He never gets lost! Friendly and caring staff.

The Pointe is a wonderful, homey community. The staff truly love the residents and treat them like family. They have weekly entertainment that is well attended and so much fun. Great place for Cedar Park families!

Outstanding and caring staff. Constantly plans activities for the residents. Management and caregivers are always open to changes or recommendations to better the residents experiences and care. It's a family oriented establishment.

I love Pinnacle! I could not be happier with the care that my dad and my mother-in-law receive there. Every member of the staff treats the residents with love and respect, attending to their every need. The management team is awesome! Placing our parents in assisted living was a very difficult decision but the people at Pinnacle have been wonderful from the very beginning. I highly recommend them!

A perfect medium between an "at-home" setting and the (often three times) larger communities! A sincerely caring staff :)

Our family has been a part of the Pointe at Cedar Park family since 2012. The facility is well maintained inside and out. The food is "so good and we have choices". There are opportunities to socialize from moving exercise, card games, bingo, trivia, happy hour to Sunday church service and ice cream socials and outing for lunch, etc. I am very grateful to the staff for their exceptional care of my family members.

I love this community. It's one of the wonderful things that could happen to anybody. The food is good and the activities are good. We are always on the go. I can come and go when I want. I have lived here 3 years.
