The communication is very good at this facility. You're not going to have anyone do better than this community. The food is good they have multiple options if you don't want the meal of the day. The rooms are large and the value of this community is great compared to others.

Providence Assisted Living is a very clean and beautiful facility. The management has been very friendly and very helpful. Our loved one enjoys the piano, and this has overall been a great experience from the get go.

Very pleased with the community. I had my 1st meals in dining hall and I felt like I was at restaurant and felt so welcome I was very pleased. I was surprised by the main menu and the 3 different alternates offered.

Being at Regal Estates is like being at home. The first impression team, their Concierge and Receptionist, warmly greet guests and residents. There is a wonderful sense of community that isn’t always present in other facilities. The residents are out and about throughout the spacious building, and the staff finds ways to celebrate life. Regal’s staff is nurturing and friendly. They genuinely love the residents as many of the dedicated staff have been at Regal for many years. The residents enjoy many activities throughout each month, including festive happy hours! Anyone looking for a truly caring assisted living experience, look no further than Regal Estates!

I had the privilege of visiting Regal Estates some time ago and was met with friendly staff and happy residents. The environment is homely and there is a packed activity program to suit everyone. These last few months have been extremely challenging but [name removed] has led her staff tirelessly to ensure they keep all the residents and each other safe, successfully maintaining a comfortable, safe, and as much of a 'business as usual' environment as possible, well done to all!

The team at Regal Estates, led by inspiring Executive Director [name removed], are wonderful. They offer all in their community respect, kindness, new opportunities, fun and laughter. All of which ensure residents enjoy life in their senior years, improving their health and well-being. A beacon particularly in these challenging days.

Regal Estates is a wonderful and inviting community. They provide fun events, happy hours, delicious meals, and excellent care to all residents. Through the pandemic, they have consistently put resident care first while keeping families informed. They even organized facetime calls etc. with families so they could still see their loved one. I have, and will continue to, recommend Regal Estates to anybody looking for an assisted living facility.

Mom has lived there 2 years and is very happy. I hold the management in high esteem and I think the world of them. They've been very attentive, forward thinking and they act quickly specifically with COVID issues, but even prior to that, they were very passionate and concerned about the residents there...I get a weekly newsletter and it's been very, very good. I have sent several emails to Angela about the staff, commending them, and she shares it with them. I am very happy with the dining - it's as good as many restaurants around here…There is a variety in the menu and they also have a set menu that the residents can order from if they don't like the main entrees...The people working there seem to take pride in their work. When they're serving, they're very gracious with the residents and they talk to them. I haven't seen any negativity amongst the workers there at all."

The price is very reasonable compared to everywhere else we were looking....We were amazed how much we fit into that apartment. The management is very easy to work with and they are wonderful people. I cannot say enough about them. They made the whole process easy for us. They gave us a calendar of activities. It is great what they have planned. She loves bingo and dominos, so it is perfect what they have for social events. The housekeeping and laundry is great and Maintenance is wonderful and they respond whenever my mother needs anything. The building does not need a deep clean. The hallways look very nice, like a hotel. The care staff is respectful and responsive, they are right there when she needs something. Things flow very well and my mom has not complained. We would recommend this facility!

My parents moved here in August and had very mixed feelings as Dad did not want to leave his home, but Mom really needs more help than he can give her. Oh my...I cannot BELIEVE the change in them both! They are so happy - Mom got her hair done in the Salon and loves it. Dad has made friends and has started playing Dominoes again - he hasn't done that in YEARS! I never thought I would see this - it is so wonderful. Even their cat is happy! They always seem to be doing something fun - like I call and Mom will say can i call you back, I'm going to Happy Hour. I am so so thankful they made this move. It's a great place and everyone is so caring - just like they told me when I came to tour-thank you Regal Estates!

My mom moved into the court during one of the most hardest times COVID-19. May I say im glad I choose this community. My mom may be grumpy sometimes but she hasn’t gotten sick. I want to thank [name removed], and the whole team for making sure I’m able to see my mom healthy.

When I call up to check on my friend she’s always bragging about how well the staff is taking care of her. Asking when I will sell my house. Sometimes I used to drive by before visiting her and question it. I’m just glad during this crazy time in all of our lives she’s well taken care of and I don’t have to worry.

We chose Garden Estates because they offered me the ability to have both of my parents at the facility. The apartment sizes are just fine, they have a one bedroom. We ate here before COVID and the food was fabulous. They give you large portion sizes and everybody cleans their plate. They have deserts for after dinner and they are very good. They have just opened the dining room. My favorite part about the community so far would be how they are handling COVID, they have been phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend the facility and already have.

My Father moved in to the Court at Round Rock [date removed]. [name removed] was so very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was very sensitive and caring about our needs financially, emotionally, and spiritually for not only Dad but us. I can not say enough good things about [name removed]. You have a superstar in her. She made the move so much less stressful than I anticipated. She is expedient with answers to calls or emails, she is pleasant, caring, and accommodating in these difficult times with COVID. Every employee that I have come into contact with has been lovely, concientious, and helpful. I don't know [name removed]'s last name but he is the maintenance man who hooked up Dad's TV and then very patiently explained to him how to use it. Very genuinely caring. I have a background in hospice nursing and in the past have made visits to this facility. This was on the AL side but I always found it clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the residents well cared for and happy. Thank you for providing such quality at an affordable price. Also have to pass along that Dad says, "The food is good".

This community does a great job caring for its residents. Since COVID has become prevalent in our community, they have done an excellent job of remaining diligent so their residents can feel safe. As a registered nurse, I am always impressed by communities like this. Also, the staff are always helpful, kind, and personable. They really get to know their residents and provide a warm and hospitable environment so people can really feel comfortable living here.

A great place for Mom. [names removed] and staff are so pleasant. They made the transition so easy and treated us like family. The food is great. My Mom loves it here. The caregivers are wonderful. They are so helpful and treat my mother with care and understanding. I would recommend Regal Estates to anyone wanting a safe and wonderful environment.
