My Father moved in to the Court at Round Rock [date removed]. [name removed] was so very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was very sensitive and caring about our needs financially, emotionally, and spiritually for not only Dad but us. I can not say enough good things about [name removed]. You have a superstar in her. She made the move so much less stressful than I anticipated. She is expedient with answers to calls or emails, she is pleasant, caring, and accommodating in these difficult times with COVID. Every employee that I have come into contact with has been lovely, concientious, and helpful. I don't know [name removed]'s last name but he is the maintenance man who hooked up Dad's TV and then very patiently explained to him how to use it. Very genuinely caring. I have a background in hospice nursing and in the past have made visits to this facility. This was on the AL side but I always found it clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the residents well cared for and happy. Thank you for providing such quality at an affordable price. Also have to pass along that Dad says, "The food is good".

This community does a great job caring for its residents. Since COVID has become prevalent in our community, they have done an excellent job of remaining diligent so their residents can feel safe. As a registered nurse, I am always impressed by communities like this. Also, the staff are always helpful, kind, and personable. They really get to know their residents and provide a warm and hospitable environment so people can really feel comfortable living here.

A great place for Mom. [names removed] and staff are so pleasant. They made the transition so easy and treated us like family. The food is great. My Mom loves it here. The caregivers are wonderful. They are so helpful and treat my mother with care and understanding. I would recommend Regal Estates to anyone wanting a safe and wonderful environment.

Finding an assisted living facility for a loved one is rarely an easy or fun task in the best of situations. When the situation is already rough to begin with, and you’re in the middle of a pandemic, it can be a downright nightmare. For my family, that’s how it started right up until the moment we found The Pointe. After that, everything fell in to place like a dream because of how phenomenal this place is. To start with, I firmly believe it’s not possible to find a more caring staff anywhere. Everyone from the director, assistant director, business office manager, nurses, right down to the kitchen staff were so friendly and pleasant to work with. They answered a million questions patiently and completely without batting an eye. Not only that, but all of them came at a time when the state was updating guidelines surrounding covid and the staff itself was still working out new policies for visitations in order to keep their residents safe. The staff also asked questions in return that showed they wanted to know who my dad was as a human rather than just another tenant in order to best provide a comfortable home for him. We were told at the beginning of everything that they are like one big family and this is apparent in everything - it’s not just a sales pitch. The facility itself is very cozy and has been maintained beautifully. It’s not the newest, flashiest place but that’s part of what adds to its charm. Everything seems to be in working order, is very clean, but somehow feels like an actual home versus a sterile hospital environment which is what we found in so many other places. It has a lovely courtyard where residents can get some air along with very nice outdoor furniture to use while doing so. Additionally, the food we’ve tried so far has been really delicious and quite far from the hospital food we were worried about. As if this wasn’t wonderful enough, it all comes with some of the most reasonable costs and fees we found anywhere. Because of this we were able to splurge and get more space for my dad without having to cut corners just to afford to get him in the door. Overall, I can’t say enough about how thankful I am for this place and its staff. My sister and I left feeling so light with the knowledge that our dad was somewhere he would be genuinely taken care of, both in body and mind. That feeling is something I could spend days trying to describe and still fall short in doing so.

I have two family members at Regal Estates and they are thriving. I cannot thank them all enough for all that they do every day and especially since COVID keeping everyone safe and no-one getting sick. [names removed] all the ladies on the desk and the care staff. They are totally awesome and I am beyond blessed that I found Regal Estates for my loved ones!

I recently moved my mom from Houston, where she was in an assisted living place in order to have her closer to me. I did a virtual tour with the sale representative and was very impressed with her presentation of Garden Estates facility and its living environment. The sale person answered all my questions which were base primarily on the previous assisted living place where my mom was. The staff was extremely professional during the registration and explained in detailed their procedures. I must say, that my mom is very satisfied with the living conditions there and loves the food. The staff at Garden Estate is very courteous, respectful and professional at all times to me.

Six years ago, toured all facilities in the area. We lived near Greatwood and immediately signed on. Since then, I have lived here and would never consider moving, even though my husband is deceased. He loved Greatwood too! The management and staff are exceptional. It will always be my home.

They take really good care of me here. I love the staff and my apartment is very homey. I have lived here for a while now and don't plan on leaving.

Just want to give a shout out to the folks at The Pointe. Hey, do you know how hard these folks have worked to care fir your loved ones? No Covid cases among the residents. Great accomplishment! I have some folks I want to highlight here: [names removed]. [name removed] has a way with my loved one, (who can, at times, be difficult to work with)-she notices details. I am so grateful for her watchful eyes! [name removed] is upbeat, with a sunny disposition. She’s often the first person you speak with/see. When I drop items off for my loved one, I know they will get there. I have great confidence in her! Please know that there are so many more that I’d like to mention. Suffice it to say-the staff is the reason my loved one resides at The Pointe!

Just want to say thank you for making my mom happy & keeping her safe , along with all the residents that live in the best Assisted Living facility! Thanks for giving her dignity through these tough times.

Regal Estates is the best. I have first hand knowledge of what a wonderful place this is for your loved ones. My father in law made Regal Estates his home for 2 years+ and they loved him as much as we did and took the best care of him. There is no-one better than Angela and her staff to take care of your loved one.

[name removed] - I am so impressed with you and your facility and can’t imagine my mom living anywhere else!! Your prices are the lowest around for the excellent quality of care you give to each and every resident. My mom seems to be thriving there and really loves it!

You all are managing this pandemic with cool, steady grace and should be applauded for your work. No other facilities in this area do as much to keep their residents safe while providing them as much freedom and normalcy as there can be under the circumstances. We are the family of [name removed], age 98, who has been a resident of Regal Estates of League City, TX for seven years. While [name removed]'s abilities are not as strong as before, her needs have been met by the wonderful staff at Regal Estates. They have met the challenges of COVID-19 with great skill, protecting the residents from the infection. We are grateful for having found Regal Estates for our Mother and Grandmother for all these years!

Love shined through every single day my Dad was at The Pointe. From the beginning I felt our prayers were answered! [name removed], Executive Director, and my Dad hit it off at the first interview while he was still in rehab. In less than 48 hours she had everything in place to have my Dad moved in! I still remember his first day there! We were greeted with a big smile from [name removed] the concierge. Later, we were greeted by [names removed]! I later learned that [name removed] came in on her day off just to make sure that my Dad had everything he needed! That afternoon we met [name removed], the Business Office Mgr. He came down to welcome Dad to The Pointe, and they were laughing and joking in less than a minute! I stayed with my dad that night in case he woke, up he wouldn’t be afraid. He was checked on every two hours. Our first morning there, I knew then that he was where he needed to be. My dad told me later that day that The Pointe was a good place to be! My family and I always felt welcome while we were there. Birthdays, Happy hour, Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas celebrations, you name it, it’s celebrated! These people become your family! It’s really saying something when you know that they will take care of your family member. This facility is top notch! They ALL go above and beyond! The most important part is that they treat your family member with Love and respect!

The staff at The Pointe is wonderful and they create a friendly and family like environment for the people living there. They have a lot of processes in place that really help families manage the care of their loved ones. I am always able to reach someone when I need help or have a question. My mothers room is a great size and the room is nice and updated. My family feels very luck to have found The Pointe and Mom is much happier and well taken care of.

I have to say The Pointe and staff are exceptional, they care and love your loved one. My experience with them has been a blessing. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make my loved one happy, clean and safe in all ways, I am proud to say. They love BIG and are genuine! I feel I made the best choice with them...communication has been exceptional.

This has been an extremely challenging time w/ COVID-19 for my mom. Considering the restrictions the staff has been supportive and helpful. Overall I think they do a very good job.

First choice for Assisted Living. - Great staff - Very friendly and truly care about residents - Concerned about the needs of residents - Exceeds expectations A place to call home!
