First, our choice was facilitated by the amazing work of [name removed], who led us through every single step of the process. The room is clean, well adapted for my m's needs, and a good size. The staff seem to be responsive and send us updates, even photos, to put us at ease.

My uncle recently moved into Anchor Bay (one bedroom apt). Having helped him with his choice and move, as well as visiting daily for 2 weeks, I feel like I have a good picture of the facility and how it functions. First, [name removed], the sales director, was very easy to work with. There was no pressure in our meetings, he answered all my questions in detail and spent as much time with us as we needed. [name removed], the GM, was also extremely helpful and very approachable. When my uncle’s health dipped, [name removed] also quickly help us put together an additional plan of care that provided the services needed and staying within our budget. The care staff was very attentive to my uncle’s needs (he needed a good deal of additional care) and made him as comfortable as possible. The facility is in a nice and quiet area with many active and friendly residents. Meals are well attended and offer an additional opportunity for socialization While my experience is limited, we are very happy with our choice

Wonderful staff of caring professionals. Very attentive to residents and plenty of activities that can appeal to many interests. I would absolutely recommend them to others. We left another location to come to you. We waited for a room to become available then made the move. We knew right away we wanted my dad to be with your staff.

I would absolutely 100% recommend this wonderful facility. The staff is amazing, the daily events and special events keep everyone engaged and it's the first time I've seen my mother happy in a while

Initial tour was handled very well. Intake of my dear wife was efficient and empathetic for both her and me. Of course, it took most of a month for both my wife and me to begin to get used to the situation, at least as much as we ever can. As usual, I, now alone at home, probably have a harder time with this than she. Indeed, after about two weeks she began calling Anchor Bay “home.” She comments on how nice her room is. The staff expresses great fondness for my wife and they realized early on that she’s an angel, something I’ve known for 67 years.

Staff is wonderful. Helpful at every point. My sister has dietary issues and the 'waitresses' at meals are accommodating to her needs. Activities are appropriate for residents. My sister loves the painting class and Bingo twice a week. After visiting 8 different places we finally found a home for her.

Move was great. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Great place. Would highly recommend the facility. Administration is also hands on. My aunt has regained her vitality as she is never in her apartment. Has made many new friends.

I really like the workers here the best. Love visiting the people here and make them smile especially my mom. I love the people here and the people at the front desk are amazing. The activities are great

It’s been a great facility. There’s great stuff and good food. The staff pay close attention to the residence and help out the visitors as well. The atmosphere is like a 5 star hotel for older folks.

We have been very happy with the facility and the employees. The apartment is cozy and our mom has everything she needs. She feels at home. The residents are very friendly and seem happy. Thank you for all you do!

It's difficult to make that decision for a loved one to move from their home, but Anchor Bay really helped. Not only are their facilities outstanding, but their staff, especially [name removed], are first rate. Everyday my mom says how they are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

my dad resided in Anchor Bay of East Providence for the last three and a half years.....Anchor took very good care of my dad with a special shout out to [name removed] who personally cared for my dad....Dressing him, and bathing him during his last year at Anchor...My dad was always clean and safe at Anchor, whiuch was very important to me....Their prices for these services were very reasonable so i highly recommand putting a loved one at Anchor!

They have been so wonderful and attentive. The staff is very attentive and friendly and everyone knows your name. There is always something to do in the bright sunny Great room. It's a happy place.

Brookmeadow is very clean, very friendly. There are activities every day, every hour pretty much. They try to keep everyone busy by offering something for everyone. Food is very good. Very creative with inside and outside entertainment.

From our initial contact, to our meeting with [name removed] for a tour, through the evaluation process, all through the application process, everyone we encountered couldn't have made the process more pleasant and straightforward. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and helpful. All the nurses were so great through the intake process, settting up the medication management and any other questions we had. It was really heartwarming and wonderful how the other residents welcomed our loved one. There is a real sense of community at Anchor Bay. Definitely a 5 Star experience all around. We highly recommend Anchor Bay!

I'm happy with the care my sister receives, she has been a resident of the memory care unit unit for three years. She is at home there and the staff is great. I recently spent a month there for respite and was happy with the facility and the care that i received.

Mom needed memory care support. At Anchor Bay she is happy, safe and well taken care of. She enjoys the delicious meats and activities. Most importantly the whole staff has become a caring extended family to mom and she has made many friends. This place has brought peace of mind to all of us.

What we like the most about Nashoba Park is that it is very clean, and easy to get around. The staff members are very friendly who really know the residents. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families and w have already.

Very lovely place that tries hard. Compassionate care; outstanding food in memory care; a little expensive; access to the nurses that run the place was somewhat problematic for me (direct communication difficult compared with some other places).

All categories are a 5. My mom is very happy there. She has made a lot of friends and considers Anchor Bay her home. The room sizes are very ample. She started off in a 1 bedroom and it was almost as big as her condo. She is now in a studio. It is much larger than studios we saw at other facilities. She has a large window that she enjoys watching the birds and wildlife through. Occasionally she sees deer. Also, I would like to add a comment about the staff. They were very helpful and supportive during and after my mom's heart attack. They all know me by name and are very approachable.
