I toured this community and it was good!

Building was very clean and inviting. The team was super kind and knowledgeable. Happy I toured!

Great place and staff except for the person who stole and tried to use my mother's credit card. Never heard anything else about it. Place is really nice with friendly people. Never had any other issues. But to steal from a senior resident...

Overall it has been a good experience, but they need more people for assistance and need to work some on training the staff that are there.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice experience, the regular part of the community looked great but the memory care side where our loved one would of stayed was under construction so it was a bit messy. However we are sure that it is completely finished by now

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really nice tour experience but for us the apartment rooms felt like little hotel rooms with a small bedroom and shared rooms that had little to no privacy, but the staff members were incredibly nice.

The food looks good. They keep my loved one, pretty busy with activites. It is a very clean, welcoming, nice, and friendly community. The staff is great. Overall, it's a nice facility.

The experience has been good for my loved ones and family, overall. The community seems to be understaffed and this is the reason for my rating of a 3. My loved ones have experienced a lot of delays in getting requests resolved that they have spoken to the community about.

It seems like a nice place to take care of my loved one. She's still getting used to it. But overall, we're pretty happy with the service so far. The staff are pretty good, although I think they could be a little more communicative. I think the outdoor areas could be more comprehensive, but the facility seems nice and clean and well kept.

This community was very nice but there was another community we liked more.

I had a nice tour at Anchor Bay at Greenwich, but I didn't like the atmosphere. It seemed like a more stuffy place and didn’t seem as welcoming as it could be.

I would recommend The Chelsea of Marlboro if you are looking for a place for your loved one. I researched many places for my dad before I chose Chelsea of Marlboro. My dad has been there now for [dates removed] and he is adjusting well. As with any facility, there are things that aren't always going to be perfect but our overall experience so far has be very good. I am very happy that we made the decision for my dad to live here at this Chelsea.

This is a seemingly safe community. Everyone seems to be nice. There is a lot of space for the residents to walk or stretch their legs. The food could be better, as it can seem like a cafeteria food. Some of the activities include movie nights, trivia, coloring, and more for the residents to choose from.

Cornerstone at Canton is a great place, she loves it and she feels safe here. They treat her so well and they have tons of activities provided as well. The activities director has been awesome and the residents seem to be very happy. What they feed the residents is amazing, they have a chef on site and the food is very good. They have no contact if you need recommendations on things, so I think they could use someone like that. I would recommend to others looking.

This community was more of assisted care even though it was independent living. The place was more modern and looked nice but it was more for the transition to assisted living. They were nice and followed up a lot of times in the beginning before the tour, but after we toured there was no follow up once we had already went through.

We chose Atria Ridgefield because the facility itself is brand new, it was opened [date removed]. The decor and overall aesthetic was perfect for my mother, it did not feel overly formal but still upscale., The 2 bedroom unit she chose got a lot of natural light which made it more cheerful. I think the size is nice, it is easy for my mother to make friends and they put a big emphasis on being social. She participates in all of the meals and most activities provided. There has been a lot of staff turnover and a hard time filling positions, so that has been disheartening to her. The food is improving since they hired a new chef. If you do not like what is served you are able to choose from another menu but they could use more variety on that menu.

The staff at Methuen Village were very nice and took a lot of time with us. The people seemed happy there. I had no issues with them. They weren't our first choice simply because the location wasn’t ideal for our family.

It's a really well-appointed, clean, and lovely facility. The décor is great. But it's kind of like a hotel. It's sad to me that my loved one seems to be kind of on her own. I'm not seeing many activities, which is a big downside. They have the TV on, and I've seen some people playing Scrabble. They've also taken the residents out in the van to visit some horses. But that's about it. The staff is helpful, but I've seen other communities that have more going on and engage the residents better. Other than that, it's a very nice place, and the staff is so nice. They think of the family members as part of the Atria family, and that part is priceless to me. I appreciate that very much. I just wish there were more engagement and things going on for my loved one. But as much as I wish there were some changes as far as her daily routine, I know that she's in good hands. They have her back, and I never have to worry about her. That gives me such peace of mind knowing that she's safe and well cared for.
