I was able to meet with management who gave me a good tour. I was able to see how lovely it looks. It was clean and I did not see anything to complain about. I only noticed that this community is smaller than other places. I would recommend this community.

There are many emotions involved when the decision is made to leave a private style of living in a home. Considering moving to a senior retirement facility, involved touring several facilkties, and comparing the pros and cons of each. In my home, the main topic of conversation ,with my son and his wife,for many months, was, size of living quarter, activities, transportation,and, menus that offer flexibility of ingedients to accomodate an allergy. We agreed that we searched and researched enough. The facility that met my needs was, and still is, Armbrook Village. Griendlyness s a key word here. Smiles and offers to help from both staff and residents are encountered constantly. It has been an easy transistion.

Armbrook Village is a very nice place overall. The facility is clean and well kept, and feels more like a nice hotel than a "facility". The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and they do a great job looking after the residents. The food seems good, and they also have a variety of social activities. I'd highly recommend them, they do a great job here.

All of the people that work at Cornerstone at Milford are very professional, experienced, knowledgable, caring individuals. The facility is top shelf. Talking to all levels of employees is easy.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This is a very nice looking place, and was our number 2 choice overall out of the places we saw. It is a very nice looking community, and the staff and the care they provide both seem extremely good. This price was also affordable compared to some others we saw. It was a bit on the expensive side for respite care, however, which is what we were investigating at the time. They do an excellent job with the food here, they serve an excellent Mediterranean diet selection.

I knew from the first visit that this was the place for my Dad. It's extremely clean, the food is great and the staff and residents are all very friendly. They have plenty of activities for the residents too.

We chose this community because it was in our budget and it was close to were our family home is. Our mother was able to stay in the neighborhood. The feeling of Greenwich Bay was very warm, welcoming and supportive; they really made us feel like we belonged there. Our mom has been adjusting wonderfully and we are thankful for A Place for Mom. It seemed like perfect timing for our situation.

We chose this community because its location was very convenient for our family. The staff was really great. They have a memory care unit that we liked. A big factor in our search was to keep it within our budget and this community provided us with what we need for the budget we had.

We chose Greenwich because it was in a very easy to get to location for our family. It is located close to our home. We also like the room they had available location, it is pretty centrally located to everything that is needed or wanted. The room is very easily accessible. We are very pleased with our choice and would recommend it to anyone.

Communication was good. Staff was friendly. Place was clean.

Holiday meals...people interact with others from different units, and with families of other residents. And seeing my relative eager to join in activities with other residents.

Overall, we have been satisfied with the care our family has received. Lately there has been an issue with her health and we feel it has not been dealt with correctly. We have brought it up more than once and have been told not to believe the staff that deal with her. I have to believe that what they have said is correct because the issue has not been resolved yet. Tomorrow, she returns to the doctor, and we will get the right answer. We are sure the protocol for her issue has not been followed. Her comforter was supposed to be washed and at first we were told they couldn't do it. Then we were told they did. This information was not conveyed to us by the staff. All her clothes were supposed to be washed, and we know they were not. When we bring these issues up, they tell us a different protocol. She sits in the same chair in her room, and we believe it was never dealt with properly. To add insult to injury. they asked us to take her comforter and wash it.

My mom has been living at Anchor Bay in East Providence in their memory care unit for a couple of years now, and she loves it. She says the food is delicious. She really enjoys the weekly outings on the bus and the Tuesday entertainment. It is a great relief to see her so happy every week and not sad to return home after I take her to lunch. The regular staff on the floor are wonderful, as are the medical team. It gives me peace of mind to know she is happy and cared for. Personally, I would love to see the area where the residents gather daily, spruced up a little. The colors are boring, and it doesn't look very inviting or comfortable, but that doesn't seem to stop my mom from spending most of the day there. Overall, we are happy with our choice to make Anchor Bay her home.

Staff is very kind and really do take good care of the residents.

They were engaging. My wife just didn't want to engage. The second thing was the staff they could've found different ways to engage her to get things done. The patrons over that facility are too old for her so that really does threw her a loop. It was too old too much of an older crowd. There was no connect there whatsoever. She felt totally isolated. I said the food was good and decent that's good but other than that much too expensive it's overrated.

Such a difference after Capitol Ridge which was not a good match. This does not feel like a hospital and the function rooms are more modest. The grounds are beautiful. Plus the price, although still almost beyond my means, is more reasonable. Not as top heavy with managers. I do wish the meal times were different. 8. 12 and 5:30. And coffee for self service near lobby should return. I will ask that the piano in memory care be tuned. I would play it if it were and wouldn't mind an audience. Music is so important to memory care. The main lobby piano is fine but very public.

The staff was very patient and helpful as my mother took over a month to adjust to her new living situation. When I hear the staff talking to the patients, they're always so kind and positive. There are so many activities to keep the residence active and happy. It did take some time for the staff to get the à la carte care pricing correct. When mom first moved in the care prices were extremely high and we had to work with the nursing staff to determine what she actually needed..

The activities director is amazing. Her name is [name removed]. She goes above and beyond for the clients and families. The staff is friendly. The dining is excellent. A few of my mom's clothing items went missing which was frustrating

It seems at times that the facility is understaffed. But I have only had positive experiences with the staff.
