We had the pleasure of visiting brookdale, and we can't say enough about the wonderful experience wehad there. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and a genuine sense of caring that immediately put me at ease. The facility itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, with a focus on both comfort and functionality. The living spaces are spacious and well-appointed, providing residents with everything they need to feel at home. The common areas are inviting and offer a variety of activities and amenities to suit every interest. What truly sets Brookdale apart, though, is the incredible staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that residents are not only well taken care of but also engaged and happy. [name removed] our salesperson helped me understand the facility through and through. Overall, Brookdale is a shining example of what a senior living community should be. I highly recommend it!

We had an excellent tour of the senior living facility recently. [name removed], the salesperson who guided us, was incredibly thorough and answered all our questions with grace. Highly recommend checking it out for a comprehensive understanding of what they offer and how much they care for their residents!!!

My uncle has been living at Brookdale /North Naples since March. He has been very happy here! The staff is wonderful and very responsive-especially Holly and Salina! He has absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend!!

Brookdale North has been a great place for my elderly Uncle. He enjoys the friendly staff, the wonderful food and the friends he has made. Overall, he is very happy and pleased with the experience. We are thankful to have found a place like Brookdale!

Absolute best staff I’ve had to the pleasure to be around. Nothing but caring and passionate folks who truly look out for your loved ones. They are not in it for the money, it’s way more than that for them. Cleaning staff is always on point as well. After looking at other facilities, I can say that my family and I have not looked back!

My mom has decided to stay with my sister but after researching senior living and visiting countless facilities, North Naples was the most home like and inviting and when my Mom decides it is time, this will be her new home. Our tour was very informative and helpful. The residents we met were all friendly and answered our questions very honestly.

I have been a resident at Brookdale North for 6 years have been 3 different Directors and our current Director is doing a fantastic job, she is outstanding, friendly , efficient is open and honest with Residents and always available to chat and listen. I was on Resident Counsel board for 4 years a good place to bring up issues and always best place to vent issues. Staff is all friendly and available and courteous and knowledgeable of information and readily accessible. Have gone through several Chef’s but our current Chef is extremely knowledgeable and brings new ideas and tasty meals has been a little rough road but his hard work is showing us good dishes to enjoy. Respect from Residents is showing lot less gossiping and complaining, We are a family united of a community put together because of our needs of being elderly has lead us to our new home here at Brookdale North.

Amazing location near hospital! Very prepared to shelter in place during storms. The community is lovely and the apartments are very comfortable and inviting. Wonderful staff eager to serve its residents. All and all a perfect environment for seniors!

The Brookdale North Naples community is really run well. All of the employees we have encountered during our experience are all friendly. They have a nice dining room and many different activities to offer the resident. The residents living there all seem really happy.

I would recommend Barrington to others!I was very favorably impressed by[name removed]the first rep we met from Barrington, and [name removed], the Head Nurse. The cost for Barrington was lower & that was the final determining factor. [name removed] could not have been more helpful in helping my friend choose the room he was in - measuring it in detail for us, and recommending movers that came to his house and took his favorite pieces of furniture to be around him in Arlington.

My 81-year-old mom lived in the AL section of this community for almost 3 months while she received physical and occupational therapy and recovered from an automobile accident. I was absolutely amazed at the lengths the staff went to support mom and be sure that not only her physical needs were met but also her emotional needs. She THRIVED here! The meals were prepared fresh 3 times a day. Family are always welcome to eat with loved ones for a small additional fee. Since mom was in a back & neck brace, transportation was provided via the community’s private bus to and from medical appointments. There were “field trips” to visit local restaurants and businesses, art and craft projects, games (mom loved Bingo), religious services on Sundays, interesting and educational presentations from local personalities, pet therapy and SO much more. The facility is always very clean and the staff treat all residents with the respect, patience and love they deserve. They are the best!!

My mom is a resident at Brookdale North Naples and I love this place for her! Everyone, including the staff and the residents, are friendly and welcoming. Most of the staff have been here for many years. I would definitely recommend this facility to others!

Exceptional care. Easy to reach if I need assistance or have a question. The care of the residents is the theme of this facility. I feel safe leaving my loved one in their care. They are always striving to do better and open to feedback. Food program is consistent and they do a great job serving the residents. We are very happy!

The Experience I had from the very beginning, when speaking with, [Name removed]l made me feel very comfortable. The staff , are very friendly and welcoming.. [Name removed] Took the time to answer all my questions regarding my dad’s care.

My mother was given the diagnosis of dementia/Alzheimer four years ago. After spending a year with me, I knew she needed more help than I could give her. We went on a tour at Bloom at BELFAIR and found it as a very good fit for her. At first she was on the independent living and she really enjoyed it. Eventually her disease caught up to her, but they at Bloom made it a very easy transition over to the Memory Care side, where she still resides. She says she loves it there and that is all I can ask.

The staff are caring towards my loved one. They are responsive to the family's questions or concerns about our loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices for the residents to choose from. It would be nice to see more choices available for the residents for meals. Some of the activities include bingo, games, and more for the residents to participate in. There is a new Activities Director in the community.

My loved one seems to be enjoying the food. We picked this community because the tour person was great.

I would tell a friend that it's not the most elegant place but is generally well kept and the personal care is excellent. The head nurse did a great job of understanding where all her patients were at and what their needs were.

Brookdale North Naples has been a lifesaver. My father chose Brookdale because he was inspired by their Veterans activities and felt at home when he visited. 3 years later, he is in need of more assisted care and it is of great comfort to me that the staff is there for him. As most people know it is a challenging time for most assisted living facilities, but the team at Brookdale North obviously cares and does a great job!

Moved my mother in about a year ago. She was depressed and it seemed like she was nearing the end of enjoying life. Within a month she had come back to life. She has told me several times that "this is the happiest she has been in 20 years. We looked at several places but selected Brookdale because of the staff.
