I visited Brookdale at North Napkes a few times before making the decision to move my Mother there. The staff and the aids are very friendly and made me feel very welcome during this difficult time. [name removed] was very caring about not only my Mothers needs but mine as well. It is a caring and cheerful place to be. There are a lot of activities and things for all to do

Given the short time we have been here I still don't know all the staff that being said I strongly stand by a 5 for overall rating. I have truly high regards for Vista at Hammock Cove. They have made an excellent ,caring professional ,transition for us ,during an extremely difficult time I mean EVERY ONE From the front office, care givers Dr's Nurses, entertainment staff Dinning staff housekeeping, Maintenance department.

While caring for my husband and my Father, they have been the best staff. They are very attentive, knowledgeable, responsive and professionally personable. They always strive to make the residents happy, especially with the food. They have a lot of special events and meals for families to engage in too.

We selected Brookdale North after searching for a smooth transition for my recently widowed sister in PA. Factors that influenced our decision included: a safe home-like environment, an old Florida vibe with palm trees, courtyards, outdoor seating with a pool and fresh flowers as well as a sense of community, and a competent staff. Underpinning the sense of community was a need for services to build her up, a culture of concern to understand her emotions, staff who were pleased to come to work with older clients, a sense of pride and purpose in the work, and a “we can do this” attitude! On our second visit, we met with wellness directors and the administrator, to ensure that egos would be subordinate to partnering with the Hospitals of the University of Penn—the team was helpful, suggested options I had never considered, and used their compassionate hearts to smooth out and anticipate our needs! My sister is an extremely complex patient and we are fully committed to Brookdale North!

From the first contact with Brookdale, I felt that this was a place that cared and wanted the best for the residents. All of the people working there were friendly and accommodating. Even now, I am c greeted with a friendly smile and a warm hello. This attitude carries over to the the resident who are treated by the staff as if they were family. I am happy that my mother made the choice to live here.

Very happy with the facility. Good therapists. The facility is well maintained. Food service is excellent. The staff really cares for the residents. They understand their needs and do their best to accommodate them.

Hands down a very positive experience for both myself and family members. Top notch in the industry for Senior Living Facilities. The staff is helpful, kind and welcoming. They really give you a sense of home when at their establishment. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a Senior Living facility for their loved ones.

This proved to be an excellent move for mom. The sales director [name removed] is an intelligent young woman with an infinite capacity for understanding who readily provides truthful answers to questions. [name removed],the executive director, is upbeat and knowledgeable about all aspects of senior adult care. [name removed], business office manager, is thorough and made the check in process easy and quick. All of the staff that I met are personable and engaging. I am extremely comfortable leaving my mom in their care.

When I visited the facility, I found the staff very friendly to the visitors. More importantly, they were genuinely happy to be part of this community. The resident's seemed very happy, mingling with other residents and laughing with staff members. I found the facility to be very clean and without odors. I've visited many facilities and odors are always a huge concern.

After visiting at Brookdale North Naples, meeting the staff, experiencing the food, and touring the spacious accommodations, we felt comforted and happy knowing it would be a smooth transition into assisted living for our elderly parent. The food was A+ and every question we had was answered happily from management. Highly recommend.

The cost is a bit pricey. The support staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They must all like where they work!

We chose Canopy at Azalea Grove because of the interaction we saw between the staff and the residents. They are so professional and answer absolutely any question you might have in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I was referred to and toured a few assisted living facilities in Naples by A Place For Mom. My mother chose Brookdale North Naples and was a resident from January, 2023 until she passed in August, 2024. Every staff member from the receptionist, wellness center, housekeeping, maintenance, dining and administration was extremely helpful and caring. The rooms are larger than most of the assisting living facilities in the area and laid out well for mobility. There are plenty of engaging activities available, the building is well maintained, and has many open spaces with plentiful natural light. The location is great; close to NCH North and many physician's and diagnostics offices. Any concerns for our mother's well being were addressed immediately when brought to the staff's attention. My brother and I are very happy our mother made the choice to live at Brookdale. If you're considering assisted living for a loved one, I highly recommend Brookdale North Naples.

Well my mother is much happier in Brookdale then she was at Amira. I would recommend to others.

This is an amazing place. I'm not sure if the management company changed but this place is much better than before. The staff is kind and welcoming. The building smells a lot better and looks better now. The management staff is caring and ensure that an complaints are taken cared of right away. This facility makes you feel at home for the minute you walk in. I love visiting this community.

I would give it all a 5, especially the dining room. The food is good and healthy. The value for cost receives a 3 because it is just very expensive. There are a lot of different activities going on - our loved ones likes the chair exercises and the Church services on the big screen tv on Sunday's, They give her a daily paper listing the activities for the day. She likes that. Yes I would recommend them. The staff is friendly, the nurses are good and the community is clean.

I absolutely love The Canopy at Azeala Grove The staff is absolutely amazing and the facility is so clean and bright Mom is a different person since I have moved her in February Mom loves the food and her whole demener has changed having loving people around her

Being from a rural community, we are satisfied with Valdosta because it's still small but, has everything there to take him & out & enjoy. Doctors office's etc. I want to Thank A place for Mom for helping & staying in touch after placement. Absolutely would recommend The Canopy to others in fact I have

I know the price and care that my mother receives meets and passes my expectations. I picked this community because it was best suited for mom.I would recommend to others.

Our dad recently passed away but not before spending his last years at Brookdale North Naples. We cannot express our gratitude for the love they showered him with at each step of his journey. We haven’t been back to visit yet but when our hearts have gotten stronger we will be back to give a proper thank you to his friends and the staff who gave us the opportunity to just love him. They took care of his every need and then some. This is the place where senior living comes alive, we are forever thankful.
