Living here is a joy since replacing the previous manager with Vincent White. He understands the role of a good property manager and that he is in the hospitality industry. Building maintenance is fully staffed and has greatly improved. Problems are fixed, questions answered with a smile and genuine concern for the needs of the tenants. The building is now clean and well maintained both in the public areas, inside and around the outside of the building.

This is a very clean facility with great employees. My mother moved in a short time ago and has been helped many times by the front office. They continuously help the residents and provide many activities while instructing them on many services that are available to them.

I did move in and I'm very impressed. It's clean and the people are extremely friendly. I know that when I first came here to see it the lady told me that they had meals and when I asked the gentleman that is now the manager about it he didn't seem to know anything about it so I don't know if there are or there aren't. They're very helpful and nice and it's clean. They don't seem to have a program where you can meet some of the other residents. It's really nice. I highly recommend it to others.

Activities are minimal but, they have a huge game room. They do several outings a month & have parties for all holidays. There is no dining room or meals but, you have a full size kitchen. That includes a full size fridge & separate freezer. &electric stove/oven a lot of counter space. My apartment is a 1 bedroom & is huge. The other apartments are 1 bedroom also. They have several diff. Floor plans staff is fantastic. 2 elevators. A laundry room & trash room. Housekeeping if you want at no extra charge. 2 emergency pullcords. They also have a system where if they don't see movement in the bathroom by 9 am (motion detector) they will do a wellness check. It is located in central area near the casino off street parking. A pace bus stop right in front of the bldg. To get into bldg. You need a key fob, or, use call box to be buzzed in. You have to pay for own cable, all other utilities are included.

For me, it's simple, I have been without my own place for years... and now it's friendly, it's highly convenient, public transportation wise, and most of all... it's mine!

The experience I received was great. It made me at ease to be moving to a new residence.

My dad really loves [removed name]. He's been very helpful in his transition, both on a "new to the building," but on a personal level. He also likes the unit and feels as though it's enough space for him. He's been able to make friends easily and has organized a bi-monthly card game. Not giving a 5 because: When he first moved in he had some water back up in his sink, called the emergency hotline and was yelled at by the building manager. To date, his sink has not been replaced. More importantly, in the 5 months he has been there, the elevators have been down for 4 months, which as you can imagine is a major safety hazard. There was a time when neither elevator worked and having my dad on the 4th floor was not ideal. Thankfully, he was healthy enough to walk up and down 4 flights of steps but it drained his energy. People in wheelchairs had to call the fire department to get in and out of their unit. It was very concerning! And a fire hazard!

From what I saw, the facility has taken the consideration the client's lifestyle and need to be promote a healthy lifestyle. I like that there's place to be other than your apartment. There's good places to relax and catch your breath.

Love my studio apartment. Love the staff and the amenities My only complaint is, I wish they were a bit more selective when renting. We have some shady tenants. Some that should be in "care" facilities.

The facility is clean and safe. The 1 bedroom apartment size is good, but studios are very small. All amenities are good except for maintenance. He takes a while to fix things or fixes them half way and they charge for everything they fix.

To just make sure all necessary paperwork is accounted for and don't be afraid to ask for clarification on things.

Rent is extremely high for a studio. They do not assist with subsidize rent. Rent is $[removed] a month. We only receive $[removed] ssi and ssa

When I moved here, I wished I had not moved here. The unit had not been cleaned, it was stinky and nasty. Fast forward to now, new property manager and living here got much better. Thank God! It was so much, it was unbelievable. This property has improved immensely since the other manager property has exited.

I have experience great customer service from the very beginning. I was a walk-in at Central Station the staff here helped me to find my new home here.

I am very interested in a studio looking forward to move by July.

One thing I like most about the community are my neighbors. Apartment size is small, and the activities are usually nice.

The worker here are very nice and the staff are very helpful at what they are. They do best at least as they can with they the people they help here. Sorry about how a write this but I am happy about living at some times.

It was very informative. The person that showed me around was very knowledgeable concerning the property. She took the time to explain explain every area. It was the end of the day. I didn't feel pushed. I actually enjoyed it.
