Senior Lifestyle - Suites

This one was terrific too, I was trying my best to get my friend to move into Garfield Ridge, I loved the way it was set up, the coziness of the place. She wasn't quite sold on the location and that was her biggest problem, I live over here so that wouldn't have been a problem for me but she wanted to be somewhere that was familiar to her.

My friend's apartment is great, everything is going great. The common areas are clean, the residents there are very friendly, the office help are wonderful and helpful and I like the way they take the time to explain things to you and they understand, because they're seniors, that sometimes they don't understand so they take time to re explain it. Overall, the place is just terrific, her apartment is so adorable and it was clean. I didn't see anything wrong with it, even the elevators and the floors and the laundry room was clean to me. I didn't have no complaints about it, my thing is cleanliness and I didn't see anything that I could complain about.

My friend moved here and she's still pleased with the place, I talk to her and ask her how things are going. I'm really impressed with the people, the palce and it was a real learning experience for me.

The familiarity of the community really made our loved one feel safe and welcomed. The atmosphere was just perfect for our situation. When our loved one came to visit the community she found out several of her friends were already living here. Roselyn, which works at the front desk, provided us with exceptional customer service and lead us every step of the way.

We chose Senior Suites because it was the first places we visited and the people were friendly, the community was clean, there is a bus stop right across the street, just everything we wanted or need they could offer. On each floor there is a washing and drying room and that is included in the rent. Before my loved would ask me to get her quarters and that was a bit of a hassle, but with it being included makes it just that much easier. Josephine the director is just wonderful and a sweetheart, they took my mother in with open arms. We are very happy with Senior Suites and would recommend them to anyone.

I really liked that Senior Suites of Joliet allow residents their independence with the full functioning apartments (full kitchen.) And that they also offer additional services if/when needed. I would certainly recommend Senior Suites to others.

We were very impressed with this property! Excellent location, the apartment was very clean, spacious, and safe, and LeRon was very professional and helpful. My mother-in-law was ready to move in today! We completed the waiting list application and hopefully will hear back from them soon.

I really loved this one. But I have to wait till I retire to show that I get less money and get put on a waiting list. Thanks so much for your help

Great Place

I'm so happy to say we have decided(Mom too) this is the place she'll be moving to. It's a small step from living on her own and only blocks from her old apt.We all think she will be happy here and it will be a good fit for her. The Director was also very helpful. The fact there was a move-in-special pricing helped also. We're very thankful for our Senior Living Advisor's help and persistance. Her kindness and ease of use of this online site were invaluable.

Loved the place, the view and it was well kept. Plan on making this a keeper.

The staff are very helpful and they make you feel like family. They do offer a variety of activities as well as transportation. They keep the community clean. They offer a meal plan, however I have not tried it yet. I would highly recommend this independent living community.

At Senior Suites Gage Park the staff are very helpful. She is very happy there. The transportation is somewhat limited at this facility. The overall care and support that the residents receive is good. She has no complaints. I cant think of any areas that need improving.

Senior Suites of Jefferson Park is a great place for low-income seniors. It is very clean and well maintained. The seniors have many activities and there are day rooms and laundry facilities on every floor. I would recommend this place to others. The only criticism I have is that there seems to be a problem with hooking up TV access if you do not have cable.

Living here is a joy since replacing the previous manager with Vincent White. He understands the role of a good property manager and that he is in the hospitality industry. Building maintenance is fully staffed and has greatly improved. Problems are fixed, questions answered with a smile and genuine concern for the needs of the tenants. The building is now clean and well maintained both in the public areas, inside and around the outside of the building.
