Loved the place, the view and it was well kept. Plan on making this a keeper.

The staff are very helpful and they make you feel like family. They do offer a variety of activities as well as transportation. They keep the community clean. They offer a meal plan, however I have not tried it yet. I would highly recommend this independent living community.

At Senior Suites Gage Park the staff are very helpful. She is very happy there. The transportation is somewhat limited at this facility. The overall care and support that the residents receive is good. She has no complaints. I cant think of any areas that need improving.

Senior Suites of Jefferson Park is a great place for low-income seniors. It is very clean and well maintained. The seniors have many activities and there are day rooms and laundry facilities on every floor. I would recommend this place to others. The only criticism I have is that there seems to be a problem with hooking up TV access if you do not have cable.

Living here is a joy since replacing the previous manager with Vincent White. He understands the role of a good property manager and that he is in the hospitality industry. Building maintenance is fully staffed and has greatly improved. Problems are fixed, questions answered with a smile and genuine concern for the needs of the tenants. The building is now clean and well maintained both in the public areas, inside and around the outside of the building.

This is a very clean facility with great employees. My mother moved in a short time ago and has been helped many times by the front office. They continuously help the residents and provide many activities while instructing them on many services that are available to them.

I did move in and I'm very impressed. It's clean and the people are extremely friendly. I know that when I first came here to see it the lady told me that they had meals and when I asked the gentleman that is now the manager about it he didn't seem to know anything about it so I don't know if there are or there aren't. They're very helpful and nice and it's clean. They don't seem to have a program where you can meet some of the other residents. It's really nice. I highly recommend it to others.

Neighbors are friendly. Employees are helpful.

We chose Senior Suites of South Shore because they were readily available, the location was good and the price was one of the best in the area. Although all of the people there have been great, they do not return phone calls which is frustrating. I usually have to go in to get an answer.

The office staff assist you with getting the most out of your stay with service, program, and activities with a smile. Also all amenities are included.

I picked this community because it was close to family, referred threw a high school friend. We don't have meals here, just free utilities and laundry, parking spot thru wait list. My rent is reasonable now. Stores, pharmacy, immediate care, in walking distance.

These ratings are based on my experience, I am the resident at Marquette Village Senior Suites. The only reason I gave cleanliness a four, is because I walk up and down the back stairs for exercise and they don't get cleaned. But the rest of the place is very clean.

I think it was a breath of fresh air. It's good for the community. The community will blend, by just having Senior Suites of Joliet offered to it.

I prepared to come to Joliet because I grew up here and raised my children here. I moved aways because I'm an artist and I left for 36 years. Now I'm back in Joliet and found an apartment and Senior Suites of Joliet. I was pleasantly surprised at what I found here in an affordable senior community.

This is an independent living building. Therefore no meals or housekeeping provided. The common areas are cleaned by staff. Meals on wheels and other services are available through a city agency. The staff here has changed a lot in last year. However, now it appears to have stabilized. Staff mainly communicate with tenants.
