Overall it's clean and the people are friendly. We don't have any major complaints. There is a bit of a learning curve, what you can and can't have, just how everything works. The activities are wonderful, I wish my loved one would participate a little more, but they do make the effort.

Our whole experience has been a good one. The nursing staff is excellent. Very caring, friendly, and polite. [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed] and all the staff on the 2nd floor have been great. The food is good with a variety of choices. The maintenance team has been prompt and polite. The housekeeping team do a good job with keeping the rooms clean. The therapy team is absolutely exceptional; [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed] have all helped my wife tremendously. God truly blessed my wife and I with such a nice staff that was welcoming and very kind with their greetings and smiles. The staff went above and beyond and we will miss everyone.

The staff have all been very helpful at making sure my needs have been met and that I am satisfied with my stay. They provide transportation and make sure I am able to get to and from my doctor appointments. I am very comfortable and pleased with my new living environment.

Mom's favorite part of being at this community is the food. The staff are friendly and treat her like family. The community is clean and well maintained. Mom loves it here and I would recommend this community.

They were very helpful. They have been terrific. We haven't had any issues with people not showing up or being on time. We have had a great experience with every person we have spoken with.

My father is starting to engage in activities little by little. The staff also does try to encourage him to a level of comfort. His meals are good he hasn't said anything negative about them. I feel that he is most importantly safe and in a place with caring staff. The housekeeping does a wonderful job and the caregivers are attentive.

I received "in home" health care from Christina Fisher for over a year. She was a very hard worked and very friendly. My sister is retired and is able to help me now. I no longer need your service but of anything chance.. I would surely hire your company again. Thank you so much!!!

The tour guide was very nice. He gave me a proper tour of the whole community. My questions were answered and i got a lot of information about the community. Meals are provided as well as some activities. The staff met along the way was attentive and friendly. I would recommend a tour of the community to families.

This is a excellent community for my mom who is just settling in to the new environment for her. The staff is excellent and very caring and helpful. The food is good with a nice variety. Activites are offered to her when she is ready and wanting to join in. The community is highly recommended to other families.

I am living at this community and my care is good so far. I am happy with the atmosphere. The staff and caregivers are very nice to interact with. The facility is a clean place and it looks very nice. The community has activities available and I like it.

The experience here was very good. My guide seemed knowledgeable about the care and community. The atmosphere was very much like a high end classy hotel Overall I thought this community was a little pricey for our budget. This was a good insight of the community.

This is a great community. Both of my parents have received excellent care with the great staff who are very helpful all the time. The meals and the dining experience is wonderful and a good variety. My mother, brother, sisters and I would highly recommend this for other families for excellent care for loved ones.

My grandmother is doing very well here. I know she is safe and in good hands. They have a lovely staff here, they are caring for her well. The community looks nice, everything is nice and clean. They offer many activities for the residents. The meals are nice, she is pleased with the food. I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. Very nice facility with no large buy-in fee. Everyone is friendly and there are a lot of activities to choose from. The food is delicious and my parents are very happy there!

My mom really enjoys the community and it has been a great experience so far. I really liked the layout of the community with shorter hallways to get to the rooms and elevator. Scott the admissions director was really great and knowledgeable. The move in coordinator made it very easy for my mom's transition into the community. They got her involved with the activities and other residents.

This is a nice locked down and secure facility. I'am pleased with care they are providing my father in law with. It is a well-kept community, they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is wonderful, they are very loving and caring., He is participating in a few activities in a way that is comfortable with him. There are nice activities offered. I know he is safe and being cared for well. Everything has worked out very well and I would recommend this community.

This community is very much a good fit for my mom. She has been involved with many activities they offer. She is satisfied with the meals that are served. The community is very clean and no concerns. Everything is going very good and my mom is doing fine here.
