My mom is very happy with the care that she is getting with the great staff here. They take excellent care of the community. She is happy with the variety of the food that is very good. We like that she is participating in activities . We highly recommend the care here and the great value.

For my visit I saw that this community is more for independent living residents. My mom needed assistance and more care. It was a clean place and the residents were doing well from what I seen on my tour. They did good showing us through out the community.

The community is small and has a homelike feel to it. We would definitely recommend it just based on the people who work there. The staff is very nice, and tend to all of my father's needs. During the cubs game, the community had a room with the game on, popcorn and hotdogs. The only thing I wish they would improve on is having more excursions. They only have one driver with one shuttle, I wish they would add more.

It's a brand new and clean facility and everybody is still learning.They are giving the care that is needed and providing safety for my mom. It is working out and fantastic, now she is more active than before at home. The transition was good. My mom likes the meal but she thinks the quantity is too much and at times she says the food is not warm enough. They have activities and she does a lot with the small amount of people that show up. Her mobility has increased tremendously. The main reason I chose them is for the location, she is familiar with the area and what she is use to. She is able to use the same doctor and church. She has her own apartment and independence. There was no big transition. Mom likes that she is getting 24 hour care if she needs. There is someone in the building for her self security. As new as it is, they have lived up to our expectations

My 94 year old mother has not been this happy in years. The place is clean, quiet and very organized. The staff are very attentive to all the residents needs and concerns. The number of activities available is amazing. Everyone seems happy and I cannot speak enough about the great staff.

I am happy with the community. My mom like the staff that are treating her good and they are very patient. The food appears to be good and a good variety. They are keeping her active with alot of activities. I know other families would be happy with the care here.

The staff are exceptionally kind, thoughtful and caring. They have an executive chef there and the food is very good. They are respectful and good with your personal dietary needs. The community is clean and the grounds are well kept. They have a courtyard with patio furniture. This community has a lot of sunlight coming into it.

After touring several facilities, Bayshore was the best option for us. The location, the facility, the staff, the programs, all fit our needs. Now that she has been there for over 2 months, she is doing better than we could've ever expected. She participates in more activities than she ever did at home and the staff gives her the extra attention when we request it. The staff is open to our phone calls, texts and emails, which we greatly appreciate.

What a breath of fresh air, amazing memory care facility! The staff could not be nicer, they truly care for all of the residents. There is always a hug and a kiss when they great the residents, very sincere. I use to hate to visit my mother at her old residence, it was very depressing. Bayshore is totally different, it full of activities bright clean and a beautiful courtyard to visit with your loved one. I highly recommend bayshore Memory care!

Pretty place great location for seniors, but not truly assisted living for another few months and I needed something NOW!

We moved my mom to Lindsey House about a month ago. We had a few problems in the beginning, but since then things have been worked. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Lots of activities for my mom. Overall it was a good decision to put my mom at Lindsey Place.

Recently, my uncle's dementia progressed to a level whereby he required a facility transition from assisted living to memory care. As a Marine vet who had never been married my wife and I were quite concerned as to my uncle's ability and willingness to transition to a less independent environment. Fortunately, after a thorough review of various memory care facilities in Naples, we selected Bayshore Memory Care for his residency. His transition has been remarkably seamless as a result of the excellent and professional care provided by the nursing, administrative and support staff. Importantly, as a new state of the art facility, Bayshore provides a thoughtful, nurturing and calm environment that has been very conducive to my uncle's successful move to memory care. Enjoyed my rehab stay at Wellspring. The therapy department is top in the nation in my opinion. Excellent care from the nursing staff especially on day shift. I also enjoyed the conversation with all of the staff.

It is a very difficult decision to have a loved one move into a memory care unit. My wife, age 73, has had cognitive issues for 5 years and has declined over that time. We have had help in our home for 8 hours a day, 7 days a week for the last two years, but I finally was exhausted by the care needed from me in the remaining 16 hours per day. In late August 2016 she moved into Bayshore. Our experience has far exceeded my best expectations. She is content and feels very secure. She has never asked to leave and when I take her out for lunch or dinner she is always willing to return without any resistance. The staff at Bayshore is very compassionate and well trained. They have made her feel welcome and comfortable from day one. There are activities through out the day and my wife is much more stimulated and active than she has been in two or three years. She has a two room suite with a bathroom. We have furnished it with her own furniture and she is quite comfortable there, however, during the day she does not spend much time there since she enjoys the activities. She is sleeping better than when she was at home and I think it is due to her daily activities providing stimulation that results in her then having a good rest at night. The staff has also worked with me to make the transition as smooth as possible. They are always willing to discuss issues with me and there is a monthly support group meeting for family and caregivers. I visited several other facilities and felt Bayshore was superior. The main factor was my comfort with the staff who were very generous with their time and met with me and my family four times before we decided. The facility is new and well designed. There is no requirement to use a house doctor and my wife continues to use our existing GP. I am very happy with the care my wife is receiving and the support provided to me. I would recommend Bayshore without reservation

My father has been participating in some of the activities that the community offers. The staff encourage him in a level of comfort to participate as well. He likes the meals that they offer and the community is very clean. I would recommend a tour to family and friends this is a very safe place.

Community is nicely maintain...very friendly staff & residents

The staff from the community always keep me updated about my loved one's care. My friend has been doing great transitioning to the community. Her meals have good taste to them and are healthy. The activities they offer have worked out as well. I would recommend this place to families and friends.

Overall it's clean and the people are friendly. We don't have any major complaints. There is a bit of a learning curve, what you can and can't have, just how everything works. The activities are wonderful, I wish my loved one would participate a little more, but they do make the effort.

The housekeeping team do a good job with keeping the rooms clean. The therapy team is absolutely exceptional; [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed], [Removed] have all helped my wife tremendously. God truly blessed my wife and I with such a nice staff that was welcoming and very kind with their greetings and smiles. The staff went above and beyond and we will miss everyone.
