The staff did a great job in showing us around they took their time and answered all our question, this is a very nice community and clean and the staff was very friendly. I think this would be a good fit for my father-in-law.

I had recently taken a tour of this place for my mother and I have no complaints of how things had went during our tour. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the great activity program as well some of the other amenities for the residents. It was just not the right fit for us in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful place, remodeled hotel. Offers a lot. Staff attentive and helpful. Rooms are fabulous, and all handicapped accessible. Overall cost could have been lower.

Spoke with [Removed]. Wonderful facility but too outgoing for my sister. Beautiful setting, dining area, close to beach, lots of activities, outgoing residents: my sister was solicited 2x by people wanting to know if she played mah Jong or scrabble. I would love it there; I'm not sure about Her.

The Sheridan at Tyler Creek was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We chose another community because we were looking for everything on the ground level and the memory care was on the third floor. Also, they were not Medicaid approved.

I have no complains about the tour I had taken of this community for my wife and I. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan as well as many of the other amenities they had for the residents. It was just a little to much and overwhelming for what my wife and I where looking for.

Very comfortable, homey, friendly, clean place. Lots of activities, cute cafe. Reasonably priced, apartment spacious and comfortable. Concerned about lack of well checks on independent living residents. Overall, liked the community.

I would defiantly recommend it to anyone it was just not the right location for us in the end decision.

This is a nice facility, and my tour of it went well. The staff I met was very helpful, and kind. My tour guide was informative, and my questions were answered. The community looked great, and very well-kept. Unfortunately this was not a good location for us, but my tour was a pleasant one.

This was a nice and clean community. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The residents were very friendly and seemed so happy. We would have chosen this community had it been closer to our family members.

I am happy with my mother's stay, but the facility promised us more than they have offered. They promised that they would do things like check up on her every few hours and help her often, but they don't really do this. I am also concerned about the fact that they don't have thermostats in the rooms, so my mother's room stays at about 58 degrees. They say they're working on fixing it, but they've been saying this for over a year, with no results. Overall, though my mother is receiving good care, it is very frustrating to have to work through these issues.

My mother is enjoying her time here in this community. I do feel she is safe, and in good hands. The staff is good for the most part, and they are taking care of her, and her needs. She is pleased with the meals, and is getting involved with the activities they offer. She is likes it here in this facility, and I would recommend it.

First, let me say that this was the place that we took our mom, to be closer to home. There was not a great deal of difference between the skilled nursing communities I looked at, but the attitude of the admissions director is what sold me on Brookdale Lisle. My mom was a social butterfly before her stroke, and Brookdale Lisle said that they would do all they could to get her out of the room and participating in the social activities they had to offer. And while making no over the top promises, they said that their physical therapy would do all they could to "set new plateaus" for her to strive for.

Independent living. Sister facility to Chevy Chase House. Reasonably priced, especially for Washington DC.

The Memory Care was on the third floor of the building. The tour was very nice by the representative. However you would need supervision to go outside. No enclosed outdoor area. The rooms were bigger and very nice. I would have picked the community but we found a better pick.

I was looking for a comfortable living environment for my father and this place was defiantly in the running. They had a clean property with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. The staff where very professional and organized in there work. It was just not the right location in the end decision for my father.

When I toured The Addison, the tour guide took over an hour showing me the place and answering questions. So far, my loved one is adjusting well now that she has moved in. The place is clean, well lit, and it is working out well.

We toured this community for my in laws, and their needs. The tour went well, and everyone was friendly. The community looked nice, and from what we saw everything appeared to be well maintained. Our tour was a good one, but unfortunately my in laws was not ready to make the move yet.

The staff was very kind, and our questions were answered. The experience went well, and I would recommend for anyone to go take a look at this community.
