This is a nice facility, and my tour of it went well. The staff I met was very helpful, and kind. My tour guide was informative, and my questions were answered. The community looked great, and very well-kept. Unfortunately this was not a good location for us, but my tour was a pleasant one.

This was a nice and clean community. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The residents were very friendly and seemed so happy. We would have chosen this community had it been closer to our family members.

I am happy with my mother's stay, but the facility promised us more than they have offered. They promised that they would do things like check up on her every few hours and help her often, but they don't really do this. I am also concerned about the fact that they don't have thermostats in the rooms, so my mother's room stays at about 58 degrees. They say they're working on fixing it, but they've been saying this for over a year, with no results. Overall, though my mother is receiving good care, it is very frustrating to have to work through these issues.

My mother is enjoying her time here in this community. I do feel she is safe, and in good hands. The staff is good for the most part, and they are taking care of her, and her needs. She is pleased with the meals, and is getting involved with the activities they offer. She is likes it here in this facility, and I would recommend it.

Independent living. Sister facility to Chevy Chase House. Reasonably priced, especially for Washington DC.

The Memory Care was on the third floor of the building. The tour was very nice by the representative. However you would need supervision to go outside. No enclosed outdoor area. The rooms were bigger and very nice. I would have picked the community but we found a better pick.

I have recently taken a tour of this community and I have no complaints of how things had went. I was looking for a comfortable living environment for my father and this place was defiantly in the running. They had a clean property with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. The staff where very professional and organized in there work. It was just not the right location in the end decision for my father.

When I toured The Addison, the tour guide took over an hour showing me the place and answering questions. So far, my loved one is adjusting well now that she has moved in. The place is clean, well lit, and it is working out well.

We toured this community for my in laws, and their needs. The tour went well, and everyone was friendly. The community looked nice, and from what we saw everything appeared to be well maintained. Our tour was a good one, but unfortunately my in laws was not ready to make the move yet.

This was one of our top picks for my mother in law, and her needs. Unfortunately she decided to go with another community, but our tour of this community was very nice. The staff was very kind, and our questions were answered. The experience went well, and I would recommend for anyone to go take a look at this community.

My loved one has recently made the move into this community and so far I have had no complaints of how things are going. I am comfortable with the care she is receiving and would recommend them to anyone. She has had no problems with the meals and enjoys participating in the activities from time to time with the other residents.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since she has made the move into this community. The staff have all been lovely in the memory care unit and helpful on getting my sister adjusted to her new living environment. Overall we are pleased and are satisfied with the care that she has been receiving.

We toured this community and found it to have a feeling of being closed in. The staff was nice, but it was a smaller community. They have a little dog which is nice to see. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one for care

Everyone was very kind to my family, and I during our tour of this community. There were many factors that played into where to move my father in law too. This is a nice community, but we did find another community that suited out needs better overall.

I am very happy with my apartment, it has a lot of space and it is very nice. The community is outstanding but there is no back up here. The person who originally showed me around told me a lot of lies. He said if I need help with moving furniture the maintenance is available. They are bad and do not help out. I call and fill out work form and nothing gets done it looks like they are doing nothing. I got yelled at by the community relations person so I don't talk to them. [Removed] is the only one that is outstanding, he is the only helping and it seems like he does most the work. Since I have moved in I have not seen the community relations and no one showed me how to get familiar with my apartment. I had to learn on my own.

We are satisfied with my father in law move to this community. He has adjusted well to his move here, and he is overall doing well. The staff is friendly, and polite when we come to visit. We haven't had any problems, or concerns about this community. It is a community I would recommend, everything is working out well.

It has been a good experience for us so far at this community. My parents are doing well, and we are satisfied with their move here. The staff is great, they are very responsive, and work with us regarding any of our concerns. They are great with keeping us inform of any updates about my parents. I know they are providing my parents with great care overall. My mother is pleased with meals. The community is well-kept. Their room is nice, and has a lot of space. This is a community I would recommend, it is working out well for my family.

We liked this community. It was newer, so had less wear and tear. I liked how it was staffed in the evening (after hours). They offer a lot of activities which is wonderful. They did not have a library. They are too expensive for us however.

Had a good visit.Lots to think about with my mother. Lovely facility. Studio rooms are fairly small. Not sure a queen bed would fit.

The rehabilitation at this community is good. The staff was nice and the food was fine. The community was clean and we liked it here. Unfortunately, they did not have an opening in the assisted living section when my loved one was ready to move.
