I also toured Sommers Place. The facility was nice and clean and all of the people that I came in contact with were friendly and welcoming. After considering it with my aunt, we chose another community that fit her needs a bit better.

My sister in law is doing well since her move to this community. We do feel comfortable with her move here. She is safe, and in a good facility. Everything is working out well, and this is a good community.

This was a nice community, however I did not think it would fit my loved ones needs. I liked the people we met there and they do offer daily activities.

The staff are doing a good job of taking care of my loved one. She says they are kind to her. They offer daily activities and the community is beyond clean. The food I had there was good. I liked that the manager that took us on tour would stop and engage with the residents. I would recommend this community.

This community was our second choice. The community was clean and the people we met were nice. This community allows pets and they have some nice activities and amenities. They did not have an opening at the time we were looking.

I like that this property is always very well maintained and has a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. The staff have been wonderful to my mother and have accommodated her needs the best as they can so far. I do wish that some of the residents where not so challenging to socialize with and where more welcoming to my mom.

This was the nice tour. The staff was nice and friendly. They did not have the first floor. We knew that the layout of the community and we did not want her having an elevator due to it being difficult. We did not feel safe here due to the layout. This is a community that has a lot of options. We would recommend that families tour this community due to the different types of care with the other residents.

This lovely community, and my father is doing very well since his move here. I know he is safe, and in good hands at this community. They have a good staff, and they have been helpful, and attentive. When I visit the community, and his room are nice, and clean. It has been a pleasant experience, and this is a community I would recommend.

I'am very impressed with my fathers move to this community. So far everything is working out well, and I'am comfortable with his move to this community. The staff is great, they are taking good care of him, and his needs. There are activities offered for the residents. I have already recommended this community to my friends, it is nice facility.

My mom and dad became residents of The Addison of Pleasant Prairie recently and since then it has been going well. Everything they do and provide has gone well.

Mangrove Bay was a very nice community. The building was maintained very well and everyone there was very nice. It just did not compare to other facilities that I liked more.

The staff at this community has been wonderful to my mother. They have been very helpful in helping her make the transition and adapting into her new living environment. I have no complaints about the meals and is looking forward to participating in the activity programs they have available throughout the day. Overall great experience and I have no complaints

This community did not have an opening when we were looking for a place. I know someone that has a loved one living here and they seem to like it. The community seems clean.

The Liberty Heights was a gated community and at the time of my tour, it was a higher level of care than my mother needed.

The staff at this community are nice, helpful, friendly and open to making improvements. They listen and take advice well. The food would be a seven or eight on a scale of one to ten. I think they could use a few more servers as sometimes the food is cold when you receive it. There is a new chef that is making some minor improvements and has even asked the resident for their opinions. They have great birthday parties. The community is immaculately clean. They have daily activities and I would recommend this community.

The owner of this service is excellent to work with. They made setting up the service easy and they explained everything up front. The caregivers that come out to the house have been good and on time. They help with dad's personnel needs and are a companion.
