She also volunteered the idea of independent living with à la cart assistance rather than automatic assisted-living. 80 to 90% of the facility has undergone a recent face-lift or is just finishing. The room sizes and layout configurations of both assisted living and independent living sweets are generous and well configured. laundry is included in assisted-living but not in independent. Weekly housekeeping is included in both. W/D units are available in all independent sweets, and some assisted-living, but not the layouts that Dad favored.

Looked at a lovely largish studio with an apartment feel. Located in quiet Old Agoura. Clean newer facility with a variety of activities. Will put it on our short list to visit again

My mom enjoys her new home! The best part was going from a studio apartment to a one bedroom apartment. The staff is excellent and all of her new neighbors are very nice.

They were very kind to my husband made sure he was taken care of..

They are always helpful when ever I have a question.

Park Creek was very nice. You could walk inside in a big circle around the halls. I like the town square in the center, and they have a lot of activities. The staff was very attentive in their reaction to a resident that was confused... it was nice to see them in action. I would highly recommend this facility, and its one I'm considering for my mom.

Mom spent very little time there, 1 1/2 months before passing away. But while there it was very good and she was well taken care of. During the final two weeks, the staff respected our family wishes, offered support and cried with the family in the final days and after. The only reason that I marked cleanliness as good is we arrived during a transition. I had to ask about the laundry several times, abundance of ants and a few other minor things. I'm confident that now that the transition is over, everything is superb. I totally recommend this facility.

Our experience with the Breakers was somewhat limited. We signed up our great aunt because we loved the look and feel of the place. Aunt lived downtown Chicago for many years so we knew she'd appreciate the city feeling. The tour was very low pressure which we appreciated. Unfortunately Aunt passed away before we actually got to move her in but they were so considerate and fair to us. I appreciated their customer service.

Working in this industry, for 7 years now, I can honestly say that this is one of the most impressive communities in SW Florida. > It employees many of the most experienced & altruistic personnel I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. > The community is a beautiful state-of-the-art community that showed its strength during Hurricane Irma. > The location of the community couldn't possibly have been chosen any wiser > When it comes to cuisine, Bayshore has set an unprecedented standard. > Bayshore's Nursing, Care & Management are known throughout their piers as an icon for the perfect team! This is a beautiful community that is warm, welcoming, and exceptionally clean! The staff are all friendly and make you feel right at home.

I am a social worker here in Naples FL and have had the opportunity to refer to Bayshore. My families are all very pleased with the care, socialization, cost and especially the amazing staff. I look forward to sending more families to need memory care to Bayshore.

My Mom moved to spring Oaks about 6 months ago. She is doing amazing. She was in a private home care and was not doing well. She could no longer stand or walk and was confused. I wish I could attach a before and after photo.. It really is remarkable how well she is doing. She can walk now and enjoys all the activities at Spring Oaks. The people there are awesome. Very special people that have loved my mom back to health and happiness.

Courtyard Fountains has proved to be a wonderful fit for my Mom. The residents and those that are employed there have all made her feel welcomed and accepted. She did not know one person when moving in, but that changed almost immediately. The activities offered are fun and stimulating. Weekly trips to a variety of stores adds to the appeal for my Mom who doesn't like to sit still for very long. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and there's a wonderful walkway inside and out for the residents to enjoy. Our experience with A Place for Mom has been a God send. They responded to my inquiry immediately and we found Courtyard Fountains within 3 days. Mom could hardly wait to move in. We feel like it was meant to be since there was a room vacant that she absolutely loves when we went for the tour. I have recommended Courtyard Fountains and A Place for Mom to many others.

I work in home health and visit Bayshore numerous times through and the week and love this facility. The staff, caregivers and management are top-notch! Love this facility and highly recommend to anyone looking to place their loved one in a clean, safe, family friendly environment.

Amazing place! Residents are always engaged and the care is above and beyond! Music and social activities keep residents socially and intellectually active! It’s a wonderful community and I love to visit and spend time with the Bayshore family.

I am a regular visitor to Bayshore Memory Care and have found them to be an amazing facility. The hallways and common areas are always kept neat and the smell of the building is clean and fresh. Activities are constantly going on to stimulate the residents with exercise, brain games and a variety of entertainers. Weekly trips are planned for residents to attend breakfasts, luncheons and local attractions such as museums, plays, boat trips and more. The food is excellent and they are always trying to improve their menu with the residents expectations in mind. The nursing and caregiver staff is always friendly and quick to accommodate the needs of the community. Everyone seems to pitch in where ever they are needed. I am very impressed with the Bayshore Community and would highly recommend them to any family looking for a home for their loved one.
