We moved our grandmother into the community late January 2019. We were extremely nervous about the move and how she would adjust to her new surroundings. We were surprised at how quickly she settled in. The team at Park Creek couldn’t be more warm, welcoming and accommodating. Our grandmother immediately felt like she was home and often is so involved in the activities we seem to inconvenience her when we visit! She is thriving in her new home and we couldn’t be happier or have better piece of mind. [Name removed] and [name removed] were instrumental in our final decision to select Park Creek Place. Their passion for caring and enriching the lives of those who are affected by Alzheimer’s is evident in everything they do. We would wholeheartedly recommend Park Creek Place!

The Barrington is a vibrant facility with lots of activities and options for residents. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean

I visited/toured Sheridan at Park Ridge, and found it to be not only a beautiful place to live, but all the staff are so personal, friendly, and knowledgeable. I rate it a five stars in all area and the best to consider in our Park Ridge/Niles areas. [Name removed] is my counselor and she is great ... she always has a smile for us. My mom recently moved to Barrington from another facility after a stroke and she is so happy! The food is restaurant quality and the servers are kind, courteous and make the dining experience a pleasure. The nursing staff is caring, smiling, engaged and they respond quickly when called. The facility is beautiful and has a more "open" feel than others I toured. There are so many activities and the residents appear to be out and about instead of staying in their rooms.

Lakeside Vista has a very welcoming staff! The facility is great and your loved one will be well taken care of!!

From the initial phone call to now having my mother living there for several months, this place is wonderful! Our family was full of anxiety and sadness to shift our mother to assisted living and how she would react to this shift. The compassion, guidance, and support offered by [name removed] were beyond amazing! We are forever grateful to the staff caring for her. I would highly recommend.

I could not be more pleased with my choice. The Sheridan looks more like a beautiful boutique hotel than an assisted living and memory care facility. The people who work there really care about the residents, the food is fabulous and the activities are amazing and really diverse and fun. The apartments in assisted living are modern and spacious yet comfortable at the same time. I would highly recommend The Sheridan as your loved one’s next home

My husband has been living at Bayshore Memory Care for six months and I can’t say enough positive things about the staff and the facilities. The caregiver and nursing staff genuinely cares about the residents. They are attentive and responsive. The food is excellent and they offer a variety of menus and options. The calendar of activities is impressive with a wide variety for all levels of physical and mental abilities. Last, the facility is very well maintained and odor free!

My husband has been at Bayshore Memory Care for six months and I can only say wonderful things about Bayshore. The caregivers and nursing staff are genuinely friendly and very responsive to the residents (and family) needs. They offer a variety of activities for the large continuum of residents' abilities. The chef provides good quality food and choices for picky eaters. Last, the facility is well-maintained and kept clean and odor-free.

I have been visiting residents at Addington Place for the past four years and can say without a doubt that it's a very well-run memory care home. The staff is so friendly, and they genuinely care about the residents' well being. From the front desk, to the nursing staff, care-givers, environmental, dietary, and maintenance crew, everyone is attentive to the needs of the residents. They go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and content. Having spent time at various assisted living homes, I can say that the activities provided at Addington are the most frequent and comprehensive that I have seen. Each neighborhood has a variety of appropriate activities, along with entertainment and outings. There is something for everyone to enjoy at Addington Place. Your loved one will be welcomed with open arms and will become part of the loving family at Addington Place!

She also volunteered the idea of independent living with à la cart assistance rather than automatic assisted-living. 80 to 90% of the facility has undergone a recent face-lift or is just finishing. The room sizes and layout configurations of both assisted living and independent living sweets are generous and well configured. laundry is included in assisted-living but not in independent. Weekly housekeeping is included in both. W/D units are available in all independent sweets, and some assisted-living, but not the layouts that Dad favored.

Looked at a lovely largish studio with an apartment feel. Located in quiet Old Agoura. Clean newer facility with a variety of activities. Will put it on our short list to visit again

My mom enjoys her new home! The best part was going from a studio apartment to a one bedroom apartment. The staff is excellent and all of her new neighbors are very nice.

Park Creek was very nice. You could walk inside in a big circle around the halls. I like the town square in the center, and they have a lot of activities. The staff was very attentive in their reaction to a resident that was confused... it was nice to see them in action. I would highly recommend this facility, and its one I'm considering for my mom.

Mom spent very little time there, 1 1/2 months before passing away. But while there it was very good and she was well taken care of. During the final two weeks, the staff respected our family wishes, offered support and cried with the family in the final days and after. The only reason that I marked cleanliness as good is we arrived during a transition. I had to ask about the laundry several times, abundance of ants and a few other minor things. I'm confident that now that the transition is over, everything is superb. I totally recommend this facility.

Our experience with the Breakers was somewhat limited. We signed up our great aunt because we loved the look and feel of the place. Aunt lived downtown Chicago for many years so we knew she'd appreciate the city feeling. The tour was very low pressure which we appreciated. Unfortunately Aunt passed away before we actually got to move her in but they were so considerate and fair to us. I appreciated their customer service.

Working in this industry, for 7 years now, I can honestly say that this is one of the most impressive communities in SW Florida. > It employees many of the most experienced & altruistic personnel I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. > The community is a beautiful state-of-the-art community that showed its strength during Hurricane Irma. > The location of the community couldn't possibly have been chosen any wiser > When it comes to cuisine, Bayshore has set an unprecedented standard. > Bayshore's Nursing, Care & Management are known throughout their piers as an icon for the perfect team! All and all, I hope to one day live in a community as perfect, and efficiently run as Bayshore Memory Care!

This is a beautiful community that is warm, welcoming, and exceptionally clean! The staff are all friendly and make you feel right at home.
