The time my loved one was there, we found it to be really nice. We were satisfied with their services.

Super nice facility. In a rather urban area so traffic might be a concern for visiting families.

I enjoyed meeting with Tiffany Traczyk who put me at ease and seems to genuinely enjoy what she does. I loved the woodsy surroundings of the building even in the winter. The residents all seemed happily engaged in their individual pursuits whether it be library, a casual sandwich or the cheerful dining area or anticipated game of bingo. I was encouraged by the more inclusive nature of the monthly unit cost of a unit, the available activities and loved their pet policies. The model 1 bedroom apartment was adequate for an individual though somewhat basic. My overall reaction was positive, however I felt I might be a bit premature in residing here as it was well suited to a good many active walker-assisted residents going about their activities. That is a good thing but perhaps I'm not there yet.

My mother was at Mangrove Bay for 3 years. Those were very happy years for her. We visited her often & conveniently stayed in the guest suite. Mom made many friends, & the staff were very helpful. I would recommend Mangrove Bay.

Diamond View was a very nice place. Very Clean. Staff was very helpful. Residents seemed happy. Rooms were nice. View would be great on a clear day. I was pleased.

We toured this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. This seemed like a good place, it was a nice looking facility and the staff were friendly. However, I don't feel like it would have been a good fit for my loved ones. It felt more like a hotel than a place someone might live, lots of long hallways, etc. I thought my loved ones would be more comfortable in a place with a homier feel.

My loved one was here for a short respite stay, and overall I thought the Barrington of West Chester did a good job with the respite care. The management staff were all very responsive and outgoing, and they put a lot of effort into making sure my loved one felt welcome and comfortable. I will say that I think they could improve the food, however.

Overall things have gone well with the Barrington of Oakley. It's a nice looking, well kept, clean place, and the staff all seem friendly and professional. They take good care of the people who live here, and provide everything you would hope for and expect from a senior community.

The place is clean and the staff is very friendly, but there are a few things where I feel they could improve. One thing that I found when I was calling and getting prices is that they would give you the price of just the room and board, and did not tell you that there was another fee for care which could be just as much as the room. There were hidden fees, and I feel that they should have been more up front and transparent about the costs. It is very expensive, especially regarding the level of help and attention that mom needed. She was not as supervised as I feel that she should have been.

The people at The Woodmark at Uptown are very conscientious and genuinely care. I do think they need a little more staff in the evenings and on weekends. They don't have enough staff sometimes in the memory care unit where my wife is. It has been a good experience. I just hope I can continue to afford it, as it is quite expensive.

This facility is about 18 months old and is very well maintained inside and out. We visited a number of assisted living facilities from Jacksonville, FL. to Brunswick, GA and we chose Benton House based on Value and Staffing per number of residents. Staff response to our needs, questions and concerns is outstanding. This is true from the Director down to the aides. We have also had the opportunity to visit and speak with numerous residents and their immediate families and EVERYONE has spoken highly of the staff and facilities. This includes a resident and her family who have been with Benton House since the day they opened. My mother-in-law has adjusted very well to assisted living due to the friendliness of the staff and her fellow residents. She especially enjoys the friendly social atmosphere that pervades the Benton House. The feel here is that of an old fashioned, close knit, friendly neighborhood.

After researching and visiting assisted living facilities that include memory care, I decided that the Woodmark at Uptown in Albuquerque best suited my dear wife's needs. It's quite expensive and that required me to examine by finances closely, but all things considered it has been a good choice. The care givers are conscientous and attentive to the needs of residents, each with unique problems. My only concern is the night time limited number of care givers in the memory unit. I believe they need at least another staff member on duty at night. The top management has been very responsive to my inquiries and seems to be genuinely concerned for resident safety, comfort and needs. I believe we made the right choice with Woodmark.

I like that everyone is very friendly. They seem to go out of their way to welcome new people. My mom had somewhat of a difficult transition. They kept trying to incorporate her, and they paired her with people who took her under their wing. I was impressed by the fact that a lot of people were sitting in chairs in front of the facility, and were very friendly, and wanted to talk about the place. Inside, people were also very friendly. They have quite alot of activities, but not everyone can participate in all of them. A few more activities would help more people participate. The location is really good; it is right near where I live.

She is in independent living so there is no care provided. I like that my mother is happy there, and that the people seem lively there. I wish that the extra services were included in the cost that I pay. It's less convenient than it was, because I don't go in that direction. She used to be at a much closer location. She likes the place; it is where she likes to be. She likes the activities and the people. They are interesting and lively and more well than where she was previously. They are active, and not all in wheelchairs.

We selected Woodmark after visiting several other places. Woodmark seems to meet our needs.

Overall I think Woodbourne Place is a nice community. It is generally clean and well taken care of, and the staff are all very friendly. However they do seem a bit understaffed. The people they do have are fantastic and hardworking, but there just are not enough of them to handle all the needs of every resident, and some care needs get ignored or are not covered.

Things have gone well so far with Spring Hills of Cherry Hill! It's a nice looking facility, they keep it very clean, and the staff are all very friendly. They do a good job communicating with families and have been very accommodating regarding facilitating any of my loved one's specific needs.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I love the events they plan for the resident's. The residents are super friendly. Besides the appliances being outdated, we are very happy with the facility.

I am one of the people who love and appreciate living at SEASONS. I moved from Springfield Twp and I didn't know anyone here. We chose SEASONS because I love my apartment, the people who work here are most cheerful and helpful, the activities are terrific and the food is delicious. Seating in dining room needs improvement. Other than this, I feel blessed to live here.
