They have done a nice job trying to acclimate my mom. I feel that she is really coming around and all the people are really friendly. She has to wear a Responder and sometimes it takes them a little too long to respond. I'm not sure if they could have fixed this, but that would be only negative.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I though Woodbourne Place seemed like a very nice place, overall! The facility was clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed very friendly. We did not select it initially, but it is high on my list if I need to place another loved one in assisted living!

I toured here when I was looking into options. I really liked Evergreen, but it was a little big. I was concerned that my mom would get overwhelmed. Kathleen was nice, I liked her, but ultimately this wasn't the right choice for mom.

My parents have been at Mangrove Bay Assisted Living for three years. Our family has been impressed with the facility and the excellent staff. They work as an effective team who are focused primarily on the residents! The facility is clean and the staff are super friendly and anxious to please. I looked at many places before making this decision and while all facilities in the area are expensive, Mangrove goes above and beyond to make it feel as much like home as possible. There are always activities and special events going on to keep residents involved and entertained!

Under new management, so things are looking up. My mother is happier than she has been in years.

Overall things have gone well at LakeSide, our experience has been a positive one! The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility is well kept and clean. My only complaint is that there was a bit of confusion about my loved ones hearing aid when she moved in, which I thought they could have been more proactive about. But we got is straightened out and now everything is going well!

It's very nice. The food could be better. I think they could step it up on the food. My loved one has a lot there to do. We like the place. My main concern would be the food. The care is pretty good. The facility is very nice and clean. Everyone there is really friendly and caring. The staff has been helpful. We are really pleased with the Brookdale Lisle. It has been a pretty good experience. I would recommend.

Overall I think Brookdale Montgomery does a very good job in terms of the care they offer and the amenities they offer the residents. The staff here is friendly and professional, and the care that they provide is top notch. However, I was a little wary of their a la carte pricing for their care services. The price we are paying now is reasonable, but it has the potential to get very very expensive, and I've already seen our charges increase in the short time my loved one has been here.

Putting your mom in Assisted Living is such a scary experience but Lakeside Vista made the decision so easy. When I first arrived, they were having a yard sale with some pretty cool stuff and the residents were out there with their walkers and canes checking everything out. It was so cute and they were all so happy! During my tour, one of the caregivers was actually playing Uno with a group of residents. So the big things that struck me was the interaction the staff had with the residents and how happy all the residents seemed. I was convinced this was the place for my mom. She has lived there for a month now and sounds more happy than she has in years.

They seem to be doing pretty good. This is the second time we have used them for a respite stay. It's pretty clean and the staff is very friendly. I don't think the food is that great I would give the food a 2.5 or a 3. They are quick to respond to an issue, should it come up. They asked a lot of questions about her daily routine, and they have been pretty accommodating and nice. There are some laundry mix-ups and you can lose items. I would be wary about bringing expensive items that could get lost.

My dad is there and seems happy, he does like the food and the staff which is great for me since i am the single care giver and work in the city. I have one concern and it is in regard to a review that I did not get a chance to completely review , I think there were some negative tone to it. I started to read the review and when I went back to it it was gone. The main topic of the review is when the senior's money runs out the can continue to stay there using medicare/medicaid. That is one reason why spring hills was on my top list. i was assured that this would not be an issue. According to the review that I was able to read this is not the case, and this disturbs me. Spring Hills is a little higher than most places and i was led to believe that this ws the reason why. I will say it was not the only reason, i was pleased with what I saw.

They are doing a good job. It's a new facility, so there some kinks to work out, and a little organizing to figure out. Overall they are doing a good job, my loved ones like it here. Everyone is really friendly, and we are happy with it.

So far they are doing a pretty good job. It's clean and the staff is friendly. They are creative about coming up with ideas and solutions for issues that have come up. It's still pretty new and the adjustment has been hard, but I think so far it's working out okay.

Nice, newer facility, great staff. The only draw back for us is it is in a rural area, far from stores, restaurant and our son's home. Also no covered carports.

Nice home style setting and beautiful, spacious apartments with lots of natural light. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming and all the facillities neat and clean.

Benton House is one of the best for memory care. It's very clean, I have never smelled an ounce of urine. They run a very good operation there. You couldn't ask for a better staff. The food is fine, I don't get any complaints at all. They are lacking in activities a little, sometimes they just don't happen, more on the memory care side of things. It's a big plus that they can have both of my parents there together. It's roomy and big, and they have a nice patio area. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were very impressed with not only the professionalism but the compassion of the staff. They worked with us to make a very smooth transition of my mother-in-law from her home to assisted living. They were very generous in letting our family come in with her for lunch so she could see what the facility looked like before even moving in. Since we were from out of town, they were extremely accommodating with getting all the paper work done as quickly as possible. The director of this facility is wonderful and I am sure will continue these excellent standards!

I AM A FAMILY MEMBER. ON BEHALF OF MY FATHER, HE HAS RECEIVED EXCELLENT CARE REGARDING HIS MEDICAL CARE AND NUTRITION CONCERNS. ADDITIONALLY, WHEN I ACCOMPANY MY FATHER TO HIS DOCTOR'S, SHCH STAFF HAVE HIM DRESSED AND READY TO GO. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO ME SINCE I LIVE OVER 60 MINUTES FROM THE CHERRY HILL FACILITY. FINALLY, THEY KEEP ACCURATE RECORDS OF ALL HIS MEDS AND WHO THE ADMINISTERING PERSON WAS.

Nice facility and friendly staff. Carpets smell moldy and workers come and go so they are not always "up" on what the patient needs or subtle changes to the care plan. Activities are wonderful.

Caring place for my mom. Love the fact that everyone is so friendly n caring.
