Brookdale Valley View is very welcoming. They make everyone feel valued. The food is very good for my loved one and he can't stop raving about it. The room is good, it is smaller than we hopped for. However, the layout is good.

I meant to leave a review for a long time. I'm not one who does these type of reviews and etc. I felt I should share the experience. My grandma and my mom both lives here. Grandma have been there close to 4 years and my mom has just recently moved in maybe close to 7 months. If I was so unhappy here, why would in the world I would bring in another love one here. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The very first time my mom and I came to tour was for my Grandma. My mom and I were trying to help to my grandma out of the car. One of the worker saw us, she stopped to ask us if we needed help. She noticed both grandma and mom have a hard time standing and walking. She told us to wait by the car while she brings assistances. She returned back shortly with 1 other worker plus 2 wheelchairs. They offered to assist us. To me... just the small helpful kind gesture did it for us. They made my grandma felt very welcome and comfortable. She was very nervous with the changes from living at home to living at an assisted living. She is very happy here and so as mom.

I’m well impressed with the staff here at Lakewood. My uncle who got sick few months ago and refused to go the hospital due to the fear of higher risk of tracking Covid. The staff there took care of my dad and made sure he was back to health. My uncle is very happy with the care services. Highly recommended!

My father has lived here for years! He started off independent but now requires full caregiver assistance. The increase of care was met by the great and supportive staff working here. Administration is also involved throughout the community which I think is nice.

The care staff member here go above and beyond. I have peace of ming knowing my parent is cared for here. I am happy that he gets treaded with dignity, respect and top care here. Very satisfied. Highly recommended to all families looking.

I toured this facility and I really liked the cleanliness from the inside out. The lobby area is inviting, second floor family room is a great open dining space and the third floor entertainment room is homey, great place for residents to spend time and play pool, bowling, darts, watch movies, etc. The best facility visited by far!

Overall very satisfied! During this pandemic I must say I was very nervous and had a bit of anxiety thinking of how I would keep in touch with my mom. Lakewood Park Manor provides alternative visits, which has made it easy to keep in touch with my mom. Friendly staff, great environment and most importantly happy residents.

I am very happy with my aunt living here! The medication staff are always on top of making sure she has her medication on time and refilled promptly! Any questions that I have they answer to the best of their ability and if they don’t have the answer for me they are quick about communicating with my aunts doctor and I will have answers by the end of the day. The facility is peaceful and clean and my aunt has had such an easy transition into the facility! Keep up the great job guys!!

Lakewood Park Manor too great care of my mother. The staff was very caring and the activities program always kept her busy. They even arraigned for physical therapy to come to her room. Overall, we were very happy with Lakewood Park Manor.

The community is very homely, clean, and cozy. I definitely recommend taking a tour here. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The executive director was very knowledgeable of the facility.
